What i love about is that it works in any browser and allows users to easily store and manage all your content online. It also lets you share files instantly and access documents from anywhere. No matter what device you choose, get fast, easy access to documents, project plans, presentations and videos.
Honestly from the free version standpoint the biggest issue I had was when they migrated from the simple sync client to the Box Drive client. That actually proved to be more difficult than it should have. I also lost some features that I had with the sync client - due to me being on the free version.
Security is still my favorite feature I have the confidence that my data is secure and will remain secure. Box meets a number of US based and international security regulations and data compliance requirements, Box makes governance and compliance easy.

I like box because of its ability to an easy way of sharing documents, helps you secure all your documents in a very simple way and most importantly It allows your employees to work offline.
Box has been totally useful to me but sometimes It takes a lot of time to upload a large file.
One benefit is Box has helped me to store my important documents. And Box provides maximum safety of my files because there are stored in cloud, and it's retrievable anytime.
Box is very easy to use, sharing and collaborating software. The great advantage of this software is that box also allow us to share and create backups of all kind of files, documents, images, videos etc. in a more efficient way. The one thing I like about this software is that it is easily accessible at anyone and everywhere with a stable internet connection. Box also provide the opportunity to better manage all of our online content in a better way.
The one of the most obvious difficulty that we faced while using this efficient software is that the syncing speed is also very slow as compared to its competitors. The another problem of this software is that it does not have the ability to share the large amount of data, files, documents with our friends and colleagues in an instant way. But to conclude that BOX is a more reliable, simplified, and secured software.
Box software is most reliable and easy to use software. This software is particularly helpful for us to store the data and documents. We can easily store and save the data, documents, and files in a more efficient way. Hence, it is the most popular and amazing software.

Amazing application but sometimes uploading large files takes up a lot of time.
Box has brought a permanent solution for me to store my important documents. Box provides maximum safety of my files because it stores them in the cloud, I can retrieve them anytime anywhere. Also, I use this very intuitive app to share information and files with my work team.
I really like how effortless it is for file synchronization. I also enjoy how there are apps for just about every operating system. Dropbox also upports collaboration which allows engagement among employees. This app also shows a history of actions, which help us keep a close sight as to what happens.
I dislike that DropBox is so expensive and its free version is very skimpy.
Overall, Dropbox is a simple, file-syncing and reliable storage service with very good collaboration features. It also is not as inexpensive or integrated as platform offerings like Google Drive, iCloud, and OneDrive.
Box has no limitations when it comes to the formats of the files. We can upload or download videos, music, images, folders and even files with unknown format for Box' system, and we can share them by simply sending a link. Updates in every file are done and uploaded automatically when it's on the PC.
Box does not look visually appealing for company users. Its design doesn't represent its power as a software and at first glance, it seems more suitable for individuals than for companies. Another thing is that you're not allowed to access to any file when you're offline. Having this option available would be fine for us as we're constantly traveling and there are some places where we don't have internet connection, but we still need access to files.
Box is used in every department of my company. Almost every employee have access to a Box account. This online cloud content management tool is very helpful when we are working on collaborative projects, because it allows us to edit and share files and documents on the same platform. We also use Box to store all our important data.
The best thing I like in Box app is it gives yo 10GB free storage, you can also share your files people give there opinions, you can work both ways online and offline and you can collaborate with others.
The thing I dislike in Box app is they are bit slow in replying in there E-mail support.
Yes, I am solving some issues related to my work life with this. The problems that comes in between our clients and us, we share products images they give their opinions on it.
I work in marketing communications for a large university and we produce tens of thousands of photo images, video and audio files, and collateral production files. In the past, these were stored in a number of different locations depending on who needed access to them and where. Now with Box, they are all centrally located, setting permissions for internal and external access is a breeze, and the ability to connect box to tools like Asana and Slack make ongoing project management very easy.
While I know that Box is not a traditional DAM tool, it is so close! More robust search and management tools would make this the perfect tool for our use.
Our management of digital assets had been a mess before and now everything is in one, easy to find place, and is available anywhere any of our users has access to the Internet. Our ability to share with internal teams, clients, and external artists, producers, printers, and other vendors has also simplified our workflow and sped up our ability to complete client projects.
What I like best about this app is that I can put all my files in it for years and it doesn’t get full.
What is dislike is how long it takes to upload big files even with WiFi.
The problems I solved using box is keeping up with easily lost data.
I admire this application for so many reasons; - Offers a free storage capacity of 10.0Gb - Box offers a free version, and this is very good for people that can't go for the paid version. -The software works perfectly well on all devices, both on Android and in iOS. - Box guarantees your files 100% safety when you back them up. This application stores files and documents in a safe cloud. - File shearing is another amazing feature about this app, box enables you to share files in any format. - The software is very easy to work with, it has a user friendly environment.
Basically, I haven't encountered any downside with this app but I think the storage space could be improved upon. Aside this, box is an amazing app to work with.
The major benefit I derive from using box is security of file, I have the assurance that my files and important informations are secured, without fear of loosing them.
Enjoy sharing large files with partners and customers on this tool.
Granting access is difficult at times. But, we work through each one.
Some files are too large to share over email as many clients block large attachments. Giving a link to Box and uploading files that are large is very efficient and effective when communicating ideas.
Folder structure is clean and easy to visualize, the search function is amazingly good. it can even find a string of text in a word document, really useful when the folders and documents don't follow standard names
Mobile Apps are just plain useless I have not met one people that actually use them more than once.
Organizing and sharing files and projects folders with our engineers.
It’s very simple and clean looking. It’s easy to navigate and go through the different folders. I work with a team, so it’s very handy to use with multiple people.
I think it’s nothing particularly special or different than Dropbox. It is simple, but when viewing documents it takes a while to upload and preview. I think it’s okay to use.
We have multiple cloud based systems we use. So far, box is the only one we rarely use. Mainly content gets put in folders and we archive them and use as reference to look back on later. I think Dropbox is more useful for us at the moment.
I like how files can be instantly uploaded and shared
there is nothing that I like about using Box
The benefit of quickly sharing files is great

For the beginners. It is not easy to use because it not very user friendly software. So, the new users take a lot of time for using all its advanced features. Sometimes, it is so difficult for us that this software does not have the ability to share the documents, files and data in an instantly way. But still for us, box files and documents are also so easy to update. By using the box software, it is so easily to save and manage our documents and files in a more efficient way.
I am fully satisfied to the box software because my data, documents and my important files are fully secured. For me, box files and documents are also so easy to update. By using the box software, it is so easily to save and manage our documents and files in a more efficient way. Hence, Box software is so easy to use, and we can easily manage all our documents and data in an easiest way.
Storing files is fast and efficient. Great software and super user friendly! Automatic sync is awesome!
Nothing! Great software! Does all my needs and then some!
File storage and transfer as well as sharing
Box's interface is really intuitive and works great for sharing files across my institution, as well as keeping certain files and folders limited by privilege. It makes organizing a great deal of information, including sensitive information, really easy. The website design is also sleek and easy to navigate.
Integration with Mac is a little shaky sometimes for the desktop application; it requires re-opening upon every startup to access the files, which Dropbox doesn't. It also has a tendency to forget preferences upon re-opening; ie certain folders I used to have saved to display in my Finder always pop up when I restart, even if I don't use them anymore, so I end up having to close them all out every time I open the application.
My institution uses Box for class-wide academic materials, and it's made getting information out to students without sending a ton of different emails really effective and efficient. It's definitely cut down on my searching through a bunch of emails to find the files and information I need.
It's a tool that we can all agree to use between engineering, marketing, sales, project managers and coordinators and managers and above. Easy to use yet very powerful.
Mobile apps are not good, neither Android nor iOS but still not really their main focus.
Sharing files inside and between teams and geographical regions.
It is so easy to collaborate with others at varying levels (full editing rights or viewing only). Box edit keeps track of saved versions that are available to all collaborators which is massively helpful for files that go through multiple iterations. Additionally, the comments feature makes it easy to alert people directly on the file page.
I’m having trouble installing box edit on my new desktop, but that’s likely a computer and not box edit issue.
Collaboration and multiple editors on single files have been the biggest benefits from Box. It’s better than Google firms/sheets/drive because the formatting isn’t changed by only using online office applications.
