iSpring is very easy to use, the tech support is extremely helpful and quick, and there are many different resources online that help you to learn everything quickly.

None that I can think of as iSpring is performing very well for us currently and we are very happy with how we are able to use all of the features of iSpring for our scholars.

Our experience with iSpring has been fantastic. We are really thankful to have found this program and the support team and individuals that we've interacted with have been so phenomenal in helping us with our inquiries. We use the program to train our scholars in our program on how to effectively research.

Ease Of Use - Outstanding Technical support.

Some of the ISpring functions are not as intuitive as I'd like for them to be.

Today I needed to create an online survey where the questions changed based on a previous question's answer. With the quick response from support through chat, I had it up and fully functional in no time.

What I like the most about iSpring Suite is that you can create a course from slides, record the camera and the screen, narrate as you show the slides and it is easier to upload videos to YouTube after making the course or video in Spring Suite.

There is nothing I do not like on Spring Suite so far.

iSpring Suite is helping us with creating courses for our new Sales Development Rep onboarding. This helps us know and makes it easier to help a new employee with onboarding.

Using iSpring Suite is pretty easy and intuitive, but whenever I came across with as little as a doubt, the support team has come way and above the line no matter what time of the day. UPDATE: Implementing iSpring Suite is waaaay faster than reviewing it on G2. #TrueStory

Well... 40 characters remaining to say there is nothing I dislike about it except for maybe the ability to use it on my mac without using windows.

It is super easy to make custom online courses. It is full of tools and resources that have made it even easier than reading this review.

iSpring provides access to creating SCORM content in an easy, approachable way. It integrates directly in Powerpoint, giving you a familiar platform to create on.

Some of the more advanced processes are not immediately evident, however iSpring technical help has always been highly responsive.

I quickly create SCORM content for use in our LMS. Employees access this training with ease.

It's easy to use and very funtional. The customer support is the best I have ever had.

Minor. I'd like to be able to have colored font in QuizMaker.

It's easy to use. I use QuizMaker and it's great because you don't have to have an LMS, only email. Everyone has email!

I love all the PowerPoint extras -- the quiz maker, the characters, etc -- just incredible. Also, the support is excellent.

It is expensive --- my dislike is that is it not available for MAC

I can write a course and get ARELLO approval -- ispring allows me so much flexibility. With everything that iSpirng offers, it makes creating a course exciting.

Intuititve layout for the plugin that feels like a true PowerPoint extension.

Hmm... mostly I'm satisfying. but there are more functions to create an interactive page.

When I have technical questions, I'm able to be supported by online help. And it's so face and your staff are very kind.

iSpring is easy to learn, and you can finish work easier.

My dislike about iSpring is when someone is using the account, it will force you to log off sometimes.

My problem in iSpring is about 3D modelling interaction, but the tech advises to use web object since the iSpring does not support the 3d modelling interaction.

I recently purchased iSpring Marketplace. When I could not find an answer to a question when setting up my first course, I was able to contact Tech Support via chat (even in the middle of the night) and get help immediately. If one person couldn't answer my question, I was quickly passed to another agent who could. I was always able to get my question answered. I was provided with links to online documentation, helpful screenshots, etc. I am happy with the iSpring products and even happier with their tech support!

I haven't found anything that I dislike.

I am a small business that provides online training. iSpring makes it easy for me to use PowerPoint to create my learning modules and iSpring Marketplace makes it easy for me to make the courses available online.

Easy to convert PowerPoint to SCORM for LMS.

Narration Manager is kind of tricky. I set a slide time to zero and am having trouble fixing it.

Building self-paced training modules for technicians and customers. I like being able to add voiceovers.

I am a new customer and was having trouble and so I contacted Tech Support. Nicole was so patient with me stayed online to help me thought my issues. She was amazing

There isn't anything I dislike about ispring suites right now.

It has easy to use PowerPoint features they had.

Making more engaging courses and quizzes for our students. We also reached our students in remote areas where they don't have any access to study.

Ability to prepare and publish great tutorials using PowerPoint as the basis is terrific. User interface is intuitive and comprehensive. Results are high quality and attractive. Quiz development and deployment is also very easy and comprehensive. The wide range of interactive questions that can be achieved is impressive. Quizzes are attractive in appearance and offer great options for how they perform. Output of both quizzes and tutorials are excellent for both desktop and mobile devices across both Android and Apple devices.

I now have a library of over 100 quizzes and tutorials. There is no easy ability to Search for a text string in these source files if I need to repair an error reported to me by my students.
