Slack is the top choice for teams to communicate. It provides a virtual workspace that helps teams maintain open communication in a business environment. With Slack, users can host voice and video calls with up to 15 participants and even screen share with a desktop app, empowering better user interaction. Slack also supports options for private and group sessions, and one of its best features is Slack Huddles–an informal meeting space that lets you directly talk to your channel where you can share screen side by side with your team. The platform integrates well with Dropbox, Google Drive, and Trello as well.

Slack provides a feature where you can create multiple channels for different topics and projects in the work place, which makes it very convenient for organizing your communication.
You have to be a paid member to view messages that have been sent more than 90 days ago.

It is very efficient and saves time for the reps.
It cannot be intgrated with multiple orgs
It connects the sales and service reps easily and saves lot of time and is very efficient.
I love that it gives me the ability to contact others within my organization quickly even though I work from home. Sometimes a simple message works better and quicker than a phone call and especially faster than an email!`
I really don't have any misgivings in regard to this app. I wish more companies, organizations, and social clubs used this as a quick means of communication. I'm actually pleased with this app!
If there's a problem with Zoom, I'll use the video or call feature in slack. This app enables me to contact others within my company in a fast and efficient manner
I love the search feature. I love how you can search certain channels for keywords and tell the search that you are looking for a message sent by a specific person.
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about it right now. It works great. Sometimes certain channels take a bit to load, but thats only when I haven't accessed that channel for a bit or if there are a ton of members.
It solves the problem of trying to remain connected to your coworkers in a fully remote world. It gives my team a virtual room that makes us feel more like a collective and collaborative team.
I love how Slack works for business communication. Especially Canvas and Huddle are awesome!
I expected more demos rather than formal presentations with slides...
My communication got much quicker and more productive!
The tool loads really fast Fast. The quick huddle reduce the use of meeting links. Canvas to share and take notes. Custom smilies, workflow automation, customize apps, group channels.
Nothing Much. If they have more features on Canvas like quip have, they can surely replace quip for most of the organisation. There should be a warning on the tool when you huddle to a channel.
It gives the quickest way to connect. Provides a mobile app. Huddles solved the problems quick connects. The canvas makes it easy to share documents with team. The best part is creating custom smileys with your own face.
I love how you get so many functionalities in one app along with a ton of integrations that make your work more efficient. The app is just so easy to use and fulfills all my needs.
Sometimes it s hard to find certains channels or groups because you stsck up so many and then it s hard to go back to some of them. The search engine within the app could be better.
Conversation among international colleagues. Through slsck i am able to draw a line between personal messaging and work messaging and the channels are working very well.
Slack is great for quick communications with customers and internally.
Messages can get lost really easily and sometimes I lose valuable info
Quick communication with pretty much everyone I need to talk to during the day
It easy to use and it's even better than what's app to communicate with peers and contacts share files.
I can't say it's not working perfectly well and I constantly ask my company to work on it.
I haven't had any bad experience since learning how to operating in slack and the new feature will make thing even more easier especially for Sales Consultant to access it on the go.
It is seemless at work, it has lots of integrations with huge amount of apps. It is really a game changer.
It might take a little bit to get used to, but nothing some practice won't change.
It is way more straight foward than an email and it keeps the company style comunication
I love how collaborative slack is. Easy searchability makes it easy to find company information and prior references. I love being able to use the huddle feature
I literally cannot think of a single thing. I love slack
It allows me to communicate with my team and coworker's immediately
I like being able to search all of our company's interactions on a subject.
Nothing jumps out as something I dislike.
Keeping all of our projects and communication centralized and organized across threads, improving productivity.
Slack and it is it use makes it so that our focus is speed, agility, and accuracy. As a group, we can collaborate dynamic way and not miss a beat when trying to document customer experience needs.
None at this time. I like old features, and it's Bility to be customized for a user.
We are able to record and collaborate in a dynamic way, with little to no resistance on our workflow or data sharing
When I use Slack, I find that I get a faster response than email or phone. It's great for quick questions, something that needs immediate resolve. Slack also allows for more personality in conversation.
When you have a lot of channels and one to one messages, it can be a lot to manage the amount of communication and lose track of conversations or action items.
Slack solves for a quick messaging system that connects internal users across the company. The Slack Huddles are a fast way to connect without having to schedule meetings.
We love that slack unified out 13 branches, allowing our engineering and technician teams to share information freely.
We would like to see new platform updates that are rolled out to arrive faster to pro/enterprise customers.
Slack solves our geographic issue. With branches and technicians located all over the west coast we now have a unified force.
Slack is super user friendly and can integrate in many platforms that I use.
Nothing, everything is great! Slack has been amazing
Communicating with my teams
Notifications from integrations all in one place.
Not easy to move or group messages into a thread without deleting and readding the messages.
Notifications and collaborations. Tracking projects and builds which allows easy visibility into ci/cd
I've used many different messenger communication platforms, but slack takes the cake! Not only did it just release an easy new interface to find and catch up on threads and mentions, but it allows you to search for past messages with filters, add polls, and keep things light with gifs and emojis.
Filtering by people you just chatted with, but are maybe not in a thread or individual conversation, and is already read.
Connecting at a faster pace with team members and starting on the same page.
Huddle makes it easy for us to connect without easting time chatting and typing your thoughts
Its not that I dislike it but it's inconvenient when your status doesn't stop syncing with outlook.
Alignment is the biggest thing that slack help
Slack is fast, clean, and does exactly what I need it to do. It has no bloat, and I can connect it to seemingly anything. I've used Teams, Skype, and other alternatives - they simply don't stack up.
The mobile app is occasionally moody about setting up push notifications for DMs. It would be ideal if there was an easier way to either report this or access a bug report.
I work with a VERY large team with many, many granular departments. I can easily mute threads that don't concern me, and hide my team away from teams that don't need to interface with them.
