Best thing about Zoho is the flow and way of design of the application. Fastetst delivery of the messages. We can create instant meeting as google meeting. Here it provide everything like calendar, voice call, video call etc.
Calender design I think zoho have to work on that. Sometimes it is default to see the events. Notifications glitches are also there in the application. On Calender and Notifications Glitches work needed.
It is the solution of the voice call, video call, email, reports, generating tickets, location etc. User can easily do all these works with the help of Zoho cliq.
I am a marketing professional, I used to use a lot of marketing-related tools and features that Zoho has. Even small features like UTM capturing in the forms can cost you more pennies in terms of budget. Social media monitoring and scheduling, and creating highly customized forms were the best. If you use all the tools and features they offer in the package your marketing ROI will skyrocket.
Ceratin tool-related support used to take a long time, initially, you have figure it out on your own, even though they have a support team. The video tutorials are outdated.

My whole company connects through Zoho Cliq. We can share any doc or text with the help of this software.
It creates a lot of sounds when someone messages you so I have to mute the groups.
Using Zoho Cliq, no one in the org needs to connect over WhatsApp otherwise your personal life get mixed with professional life.
Most helpful about Zoho Cliq are:- 1) it is already installed across all the applications of Zoho. 2) Teams can communicate easily from any of the Zoho applications they are using. We don't need to switch to any other tab to message back the team, this saves a lot of time. 3) Almost all the features that a chat application needs are there in Zoho Cliq. Above mentioned points are the upside of using Zoho Cliq "it saves our time".
Till now I have not seen anything that I dislike about Zoho Cliq but I would like to recommend one thing if they can include a calling feature in Zoho Cliq, it will make it more useful then.
The problems which I am solving with Zoho Cliq are as such:- 1) Communication with the team, without going back and forth to another tab. 2) Sharing files and documents with the relevant teams. 3) It is our daily use application for quick communication. Benefits which I have realized after using Zoho Cliq:- 1) Cross Application chat ( we can chat without switching the tabs) 2) Saving a lot of our time, on file sharing, text etc.
In zoho cliq lot of magics available. we can easily integrate all other products. Bot message in one of the awesome concept, external channel notes,widget, reminder all are very good things.
Dislike means nothing but in some are just can improve like cliq connection, support feasility, for mobile app sometimes notifications automatically off.and we can't enable that.
I have associated all zoho creator with zoho cliq for snding the notification to the admin, it very used one for admin he can easily check all the notifica.tions in mobile app and it reduces the mail count
I can do a call to anyone connected with me on cliq without any other applications or extensions. Instant TAZ notification for meetings created by/for me.
Cannot add a user in between a call with someone else. If I want to call more than 2 people's, I need to create a group and then call them. While in Slack or teams calls, I can add anyone in current calls.

Till now Zoho Cliq has covered all the needs of the customers and made the software. Currently, there is only one small drawback is on Zoho Cliq it takes so much time to send large files.
Through Zoho Cliq, we can directly do video calls, share our screen, Note down our tasks, We can also create a direct channel to communicate with team members, etc. The main benefit which I have personally realized is its all in one live chat software with all the features in it and makes our work easier.
It already has the tons of feature but the new feature which are making currently is the ability to upload the document on the receipt and it automatically fetches the all the data and saves time
Well there's nothing to dislike but sometimes I have felt that I did not receive the notification for the reimbursement. Is Pyar able to fix that problem that would be really awesome
At our corporate office we use this application to monitor our expenses and they received using this application I can get away my reimbursement state away hence quite good

Zoho Cliq has a simple but powerful user interface of a cloud-based office suite that has made our internal communication easy and quick among the teams in our organization.
As of now, I didn't find any issues while using the suite that is annoying, but sometimes the call drops suddenly, and I had to refresh the app to reconnect again.
I am using Zoho Cliq basically for internal communication in our organization. With Zoho Cliq, there is no need to send separate emails to my team workers anymore. Zoho Cliq has turned out to be a perfect and quick communications platform for sure.
It makes collaboration very easy. From instant messaging, creating channels for projects, adding reminders, sharing meeting invites -- everything is made easy with Cliq.
Sometimes message notifications are not triggered and the recipient may not come to know about an incoming message.
It is a great tool for collaborating with remote offices across continents as it works great for sharing media, messages and getting on conference calls.
We have access to all users of the company. In addition, by following all users' processes, we can contact them quickly by following their availability. In addition, we can soon make group conversations in sudden situations. We can also use it on mobile with a simple interface.
The only problem I have with Cliq is that when the user session is active on the browser and on the mobile simultaneously, in some cases, calls do not come. This needs to be developed.

If you are online in web or desktop version and someone writes to you through chat, you are receiving mobile push notification with sound. Sometimes it's annoying. Why I'm receiving notifications on the mobile phone while I'm online in the web or desktop version?
In general, we are solving team communication problems. With Zogo Cliq communication has become softer and more pleasant
What I love about Zoho Cliq is the integration it has with Zoho CRM and you can communicate with your team while in the CRM. Not to mention it makes talking with your team that much easier without having to leave the CRM.
The only thing I don't like about it is the video conferencing feature that is still not at the level of Zoom. Once it does hit that level, Zoho Cliq would be one of the best chat systems out there even when compared with Slack or other communication tools.
With Zoho Cliq I know who is online on my team and when I can check in on them. I can also point out specific parts on the CRM and talk about it with my team on Zoho Cliq. It is extremely useful!
What I probably like best about this software is the 3 column layout that allows me to chat in 3 different chats at once.
