In a very simple and pratical way this software has the ability to store all types of files including compressed files, .psd, documents, images, audios, etc. With the ease of the classic drag and drop on the desktop version. It also has the capacity to be able to share files through links or selecting the appropriate work team to which you wish to allow to see and/or manipulate said allowed file, thus having a better management when handling large projects and distributing documents to specific people when working collaboratively. Box is somehow compact, without having such an extensive and complicated interface that it confuses the user, but it makes you feel that least effort is required to learn how to use this software.

I do not find any negative aspect of this software because despite its simplicity, it can easily compete with other cloud stores because with its prices that adapt to any of company it meets the standards to obtain a good benefit to a reasonable cost and they also comply with what they offer.

It is particulary useful whrn you need to manage all important files in one place without loss and saving time when managing a project or when you need to store something quickly and get it in the same way at any time and any place. It drastically reduces the pussiblity of making mistakes when making an amendment to an important document when keeping said document of an ongoing project up to date, since box allows us to see the modifications that have been made and which user performed said action. There is no doubt that collaboratively Box is the one indicated by its appropriate administration tools that it has to make a good management of files in the cloud for a work team.

I love how easy it is to access materials saved to box from anywhere! I especially appreciate their mobile app that also allows you to view files.

I do not like that I can't save files to a specific location from my desktop without opening a browser.

Box has allowed me to get my files wherever I need them as long as I have an internet connection. This is incredibly helpful as I have a very mobile work environment.

Super easy to use, adding users to folders, organizing permissions and file hierarchy is quick and intuitive.

No way to sync multiple box accounts with the desktop applications, or at least not an easy way. I have not found a way to do it yet.

It's one of my main points of contact with our pre-sales engineers and other sales guys. After a project is sold it's as easy as adding users to pass the work to our consultants and product guys.

It is convenient to share folders and content. Very user friendly and all the functions are self-explanatory. The interface looks really neat. Our organization even has a specific team delegated to solve issues related with the software and the customer service has been great.

There is nothing that I really dislike about the product. Maybe add a notification when the user removed folders or files locally asking them double check because we had an incidence when one collaborator removed all the files by accident and we had to contact support to get the files back.

We have shared team folders to share documents which are convenient. I also sometimes use Box as my personal file storage. Also the files are encrypted so they are safe and meet our research study confidencial purposes. We can edit the file at the same time.

The one of the best thing in this software that is this is best software for file sharing and editing. We can easily share our files with the cloud storage. The main features including the ability to upload, edit, and share files with your team in the cloud and allow for multiple users to collaborate on projects. This is the main storage unit for all the files. It provides the best service of our files and secures all of our data and documents in a more efficient way. We can easily upload our files from anywhere and at any time in the world.

This software has very limited functionality so we can't use more functions in this software. The one of the most important problem in this software, it has inability to share individual documents to non registered users. We cannot easily upload our files, pictures, videos and important documents for just using this software. Another problem in this software, it’s all the functions and features are very difficult so we can't easily understand these features. This is not expensive because the large amount of the companies uses software.

This software is the best software for cloud storage and the most popular software in markets. My overall experience is almost good and it is very friendly user and easy to use. This is very useful for small business and it makes my life too much easy. It is very affordable software. It is very easy to store and share all of our data and documents in a more efficient way.

It is so easy to create a shareable infrastructure for an organization. Everyone can upload so easily and see each others work.

It does not translate well to different operating systems. It is difficult if one person is using Mac and another is using Dell to be able to shift from one to another.

Box.com has finally done it! A platform I've been searching for, for years. Compatibility, interaction, and integration between software programs that is seamless & works well is a rarity. Box utilizes application within its software for Apple, Andriod, PC, and Linex to name a few; that allow these platforms to utilize their own applications. Adobe, Microsoft, Google Docs and many more programs have at least one or two plugins to exceed the storage and file sharing of a small or large scale company.

The growth and expansion of a software company obviously requires the clients cost to increase. Small companies or sole-proprietors like myself need to budget and make sure the costs is worth it.

Adobe & Mircosoft integration makes life soooooo much easier!! It truly is a miracle!

What we like most about BOX is how easy it is to share, store and send files in the cloud with this tool, the best of all is that we can not only do it from the computer (with its web version), but also from the mobile phone with its application. It is easy to install, use and excellent for backing up.

Compared to third-party applications, Box can be somewhat expensive and in relation to the amount of space it offers it is also a bit lacking. Finally we can mention that they should improve the maximum transfer amount since it is not enough if we want to transfer or upload heavy or multimedia files to the cloud.

What we do not benefit most is that we can access our files from anywhere and not only from the computer, but from the cell phone with the web application. It is also excellent for teamwork because it does not allow assigning roles for viewing and editing. The files are secure with the encryption provided by Box. In our work, without a doubt, we all use Box since with the Business plan we have unlimited space for our workers.

The easy file sharing is my favorite part.

It can be finicky when trying to edit files in the online mode. I’m forced to download them, edit, then reupload.

There really isn't much to dislike, at least in the capacity I was using the app.

I find Box to be user friendly and this makes it intuitive. What i love best about box is that Sharing files is simple, no matter who you want to share with and no matter from what device. You can share a document with someone inside or outside of the organization without giving up control of the document. No need for someone outside of the organization to upload any software in order to access the shared document. There are many things to love about Box. For one, its Business plans come with unlimited storage.

I am pretty happy with this product. The only thing that I would prefer is the ability to download multiple files at once as separate files instead of being downloaded as a zip file.

With this product, I can securely save and store my documents. They can be accessed from anywhere. I can share them with colleagues and setup folders with access for multiple users.

Box is simple to use. I download a lot of planner spreads and box makes it so easy for me to retrieve and print.

I have no dislikes. Box is pretty much clear cut. I don't have a use for a lot of the technical aspects but I like the functionality of it.

One of the biggest benefits with Box is having everything in one place. I can share, download from others and print, all from one place.
