What do you like best about Tidio?

The intuitive chat bots can actually take care of your customers before you come around. Chat bots come in handy when you are not always around and available to attend to your visitors.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I have yet to identify a feature on Tidio that's not helpful.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tidio helps with leads monitoring and I currently use that to follow up with site vsitors

Easy to learn, set up, and teach. User-friendly and you can basically do anything you want for providing a chatbot in a specific site.

limited option on the design side of the app.

From a pricing standpoint, Tidio is excellent. They are very reasonably priced, with great tech support and very good features.

What do you like best about Tidio?

It was easy from the beginning. Creating an account, setting everything up and integrating with my site was a breeze. Mobile and desktop apps make managing everything easier.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

No complaints so far but I've been using it for just a couple of days. Maybe that I haven't found it sooner.

Quicker and more efficient communication with customers. Managing my customer support queries on the go thanks to the mobile app.

"Excellent Product for Educators Doing Side Hustles!"
What do you like best about Tidio?

Tidio is really easy to use and looks great on the front end. I like that they don't limit the chat interface to a single website, which is great for my specific use case. I have the chat on my teaching website so that students and potential students (I am in higher ed) can reach out to me immediately. I also have it on my consulting website. I can monitor and get leads from both sources simultaneously. The price point is also really good for this option. I wish the email marketing was more competitively priced with Mailchimp, but Tido is more intuitive when it comes to segmentation and the fact any chat lead is added to the email marketing list saves a lot of manual processing. Works well on WordPress--easy setup and maintenance.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

So far, I do not dislike anything. I haven't had to use customer support. I haven't experienced any technical issues. If I do discover something worth noting, I will update my review.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to offer real-time chat with learners in my course at my university as well as my career coaching courses (for my consulting business) in real time increases engagement among these groups, which has improved my evaluation scores. Being able to simultaneously interact with both groups at one time from a single dashboard is great!

What do you like best about Tidio?

It gives me a live chat with customers on my website, I can even see what there typing out before it's sent so I can start my responses early.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The plan structure is a little annoying, the bots are triggered by a lot of non-customers looking for my contact info to solicit me and they use up your plan

My customers have questions and Tidio helps me to answer them quickly and with a personal touch

All of its features plus the price! The agent who got in touch with me and gave me the demo on how to use this tool went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements.

What do you like best about Tidio?

I never miss leads, previously people would login and browse without buying but now I'm able to intercept them while they are shopping and assist with any questions

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The robot limits, would be nice if we got at least double the figure for automated robots

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't miss business leads, with Tidio people are able to Shop outside office hours and we're able to assist them first thing in the morning when they leave their details.

What do you like best about Tidio?

Tidio is fantastic for interacting with your customers. Being able to offer advice / sales talk to them while they are browsing is great. The setup is super easy.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

There is a bug when trying to integrate woocommerce where it says "enable the API", but its already enabled.... Other than this nothing I dislike as it still works.

Tidio est facile à installer. En tant que débutant je l'avoue, car celà m'as pris à peine 2 min pour terminer la configuration. Le résultat m'as laissé sans mot. J'ai pas regretté mon choix. Je recommande

Tidio est présent un design très simple. J'aurai aimé un peu plus de facilité pour la configuration manuelle de l'affichage. Et aussi, il faut revoir la vitesse. J'ignore si c'est uniquement à mon niveau.

Very easy to set up, very affordable and on the spot. Templates are a time saver.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Nothing so far it's never failed. Sometimes the chat disconnects if i'm using the app on the phone. But i'm not sure if is just the customer who leaves the site.

I can tell when a customer is on my website and see if they are reviewing my proposal.

It is very easy to integrate, and then the mobile app is amazing allows for very quick replies - also the ability to actually see what page website users are currently on

What do you dislike about Tidio?

There isn't really anything that has come up so far that I can say that I dislike. Maybe the fact that removing tidio branding is not included, but the frontend looks better than a lot of other products

Reaching customers, previously all customer queries we took were through email, but in 2023 email is a dying form of communication for todays consumer who wants immediate answer satisfaction

What do you like best about Tidio?

It is so simple to install. You just have to copy the code and put it on your homepage. And you can see a nice chat icon appear on your website. It is customizable and you can greet your visitors however you want.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

There is nothing that I dislike about Tidio.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a designer and I used Framer to launch my design portfolio. For designers its really important to add a contact button on their homepage. After some time nobody was contacting me because no one wants to write a lengthy email. So I decided to add a chat Icon so people can simply talk to me whenever they want to.

This is by far the best chat integration that I have used. So many options and automations. Really makes everything a lot easier. Would give more than five stars if I could!
