It is really very easy and wow's my clients with what I can put together for them in such a customized way. I use ManyChat on virtually every client campaign I create.
There's not a lot to dislike. I sometimes publish growth widgets and forget that I need to also go in and also make them active too.
It's too hard and complicated to try and create automated chatbot conversations from my ads and posts through Facebook. ManyChat makes it super easy and has way more tools to work with than I can even find or understand directly on Facebook.

I've been actively using ManyChat for our business for almost a year now. Though we are using chatbot on our website but most heavily used feature is Facebook comments growth tool. This feature allows us to quickly engage with our target audience, grow subscribers list and increase brand awareness. Also, chatbots allow us to push desired actions for our app by communicating our offers to our segmented subscribers.
I honestly like Manychat product however what I don't like is their support service. It takes alot of time for them to respond and sometimes answers provided are not really professional. It would be really if they would add an online chat feature.
Chatbot (and Manychat in particular) is an excellent way to stay engaged with your subscribers, communicate our new offers on a regular basis. Open rates with chatbots are insane, so this is great alternative to email marketing efforts. We use several tools within ManyChat - growth tools, keywords, FB comments tools and more.
It does what it needs to do and it's free, which is amazing. I can very easily send messages for my company's bot subscribers, I can segment these messages, I can create sequences, and there are analytics reports for me to analyze in order to measure the performance of the messages I send with this. Great value for money, I really recommend this, especially if you work at a startup like me.
Well that's a tough one... For a free product it's got everything I need at the moment. No complaints here. I mean, I don't love the branding, but it's a Fremium service, so can't complain about that. I really like this chatbot service.
It's another way to keep in touch with some customers in a way that pretty much guarantees they'll read the message I send. You don't get this with most channels at your disposal to communicate with your audience.

So, this is extremely cost effective.
One thing that I dislike about manychat many times I have noticed while testing chatbot funnel It does work properly with Facebook messenger. Another thing is they claim 1000 contact in free plan But it's not like that, even with 15-20 contact they will tell, your contacts is filled and you need to upgrade the plan.

Although, you cannot integrate with WooCommerce, but through integration with the Zapier, it problem could be solved. 2) Free templates available for those who don't have much technical knowledge 3) Simple & Easy to user interface
As far as analytics is a concern, it needs to update & advanced. As there is no one single in-depth analysis, rather, it has been distributed over multiple sections like broadcast, sequences, etc. Further, if a user filled in the keyword that didn't get a response, you cannot get this information to improve it.
The most important thing that it helps me to improve customer interactions without being invested my time & effort, especially when you don't want to spend money in hiring someone. Also, it acts like a funnel where you can direct the user on different responses which ultimately helps to improve the conversions on the store.
Very user friendly and easy to navigate. I have a good experience during I log in. Multiple FB page management as well, it is great for social media managers who have multiple accounts and are managing multiple account for other businesses.
To be frank non so far. If it could have funnels that competes against click funnels then that would be a big plus.
TIME management, it solves. I don't have to answer the same questions from different clients. It saves a lot of time on all the basic FAQ's while it is a bot but it also look likes you have been talknig to a live person.
I love the fact that this software allows you to custimize your responses and speak to clients on your behalf.
I wish the flowcharts were more interactive. It feels like the templates are too rigid.

There seems to be some controversy about third-party tools on Facebook. Many chat was shut down for a few weeks in 2018. Integrations for other messengers like livechat, etc would be great.
