it's a CRM and ATS system all in one - easy to find candidates and clients
It fells that the CRM is tailored made for my placement company (the ability to customise every process to my needs). Linkedin extension makes life much easier, I use it to source candidate and companies. The email integration withe the CRM helps me work faster, keep track of emails and more. We use it over a year now, and we like is so much that we became their partner in Israel.
There are no labels in the email box for now.
Sourcing from Linkedin directly Managing the hiring pipeline is never been easier. Candidate history: all of his emails, call logs in one place. There is no need for me to take any action. Same about the client, I can see all of the history, open and close position , joined candidates and ect.
Recruit CRM was really easy to setup, took just a few minutes to get started. Their Chrome extension is an absolute gift and saves hours every week. They have the best customer support team I have ever worked with. They listen to and implement user feedback into the system regularly. They also respond to messages very very quickly.
I would like them to update their reporting features to let me create saved reports quickly instead of spending a couple minutes creating a report every time. A few minor bugs also pop up now and then but if you're reading this post, they've already fixed them. I see improvements in the system every week :)
As a recruiter, I want to spend as little time logging events in the CRM as possible. Thanks to their seamless Linkedin Integration, candidate/contact entity formats, and pipeline management I can store a lot of data, with very little effort. When I annoy their support team they never annoy me in return. Customer service really makes a difference.
If you ask me what's the real deal with RecruitCRM? It's just how powerful yet straightforward it is. I've tried a bunch, but none come close to how it smartly organizes info without overwhelming me. It's like having a personal assistant that knows exactly where everything is. And if I ever get stuck or confused? Their support team is always there, and trust me, they're the real MVPs. RecruitCRM! hands down, it's the best on the market right now. But, there's always room for a bit of improvement. While its reporting tools are good, they could use a tweak or two to make them more intuitive. Still, it's ahead of the curve, and with a few tweaks, it'd be unbeatable. 👌📈

With some features, I feel it is not a match with our needs, however, we then always find a useful workaround together.
I can gather client and candidate information in one place. It helps us to create a pleasant candidate journey as well as keeping track of our clients.
We had a very complicated migration and RecruitCRM was incredibly helpful in getting us set up on the platform and answering all of our questions. Their customer support is fantastic!
The only thing that we dislike about RecuitCRM is how white the UI is. It sometimes makes it hard to distinguish what page you are on and can get confusing. We have voiced this challenge to their team and I believe they are in the process of making a change!
RecruitCRM lets us navigate our own database of thousands of candidates with ease. We are also able to input data very quickly and share pipeline with hiring managers in a much more seamless manner.

There are lots of features that are super useful for agencies, their support is excellent and they are constantly working on improving their system.
The fact that boolean search is still a bit rudimentary and needs improvement, but they are working on it.
Keeps our administration up to date, makes the process of submitting candidates easier, and reporting is very good too.
We can manage the candidates and it is helpful to organization to keep records and track the records of recruitments.
As of now I don't find anything for dislike in this.
Candidate tracking was difficult for me at first. Then it is beneficial for me to get everything sort out.

Very user friendly, needs very little training and can be worked out very quickly.
The system can not be edited as much as we would prefer to work with how we would like to capture information.

Some of the extensions we were already using (i.e. Signal Hire) weren't compatabile, but otherwise no complaints!

Native features are great and principal objects are quite custmizable (candidates, jobs) A lot of engagement features allow good collaboration. API is a game changer for automations.
Data vizualisation could be better. Also an access to Hiring stage table would be great

Dashboarding/reporting isn't very mature yet, although it's not a deal-breaker since it's still able to give you some numbers.
Most CRM/ATS cater to big companies but Recruit CRM is start-up friendly - transparent, scaleable and efficient with its intuitive design and zapier-enabled automations. We're also very grateful for how easy it is to contact the support team whom have been very responsive to our needs and requests.
