Zoho Recruit is is very intuitive and user friendly. There is also a mobile app available that appears promising. I didn't explore the app but am intrigued that it is available. I will explore it on my iPhone as soon as I purchase the upgraded version. It will help me keep all of my candidate records and job requisitions current when away from my desktop in transit.
I've only been using the platform for a short time but cannot think of any downsides while exploring its functionality. I only wish it were possible to learn all of the features quicker. There simply aren't enough hours in the day. However, I have discovered several YouTube video tutorials that have been a big help in becoming more proficient with the software. Furthermore, one of my team members offers a weekly tutorial program via UberConference for staff with access to her screen. She meticulously uncovers each module and populates the requisite fields with data so that we can see the power of Zoho Recruit in real time,
The application is a very effective candidate sourcing and ATS resource that has significantly enhanced my efficiency as an independent recruiter. The logic built into the system enhances workflow, reduces the time required to meet deadlines, and enhances our value for the clients we serve.

I like that Zoho Recruit is full of tools that are helpful for our recruiting process. Integrating it was really easy and the software is really intuitive as well as interactive, providing us with a very generous amount of features that we were missing before. The whole team was able to revise and supervise the different CVs and choose the right people. Creating resumes and guidelines is really easy thanks to Zoho Recruit templates, which can be customized to work according to what we want. It’s also possible to add multiple recruiters into the software so they can work together throughout the whole process, and I can also monitor everything at the same time.
Customer support is not responsive and the parser feature could do a lot of improvement.
We actually find Zoho Recruit to be the most helpful software so far. We need to make sure that the people are hiring have a good reputation, and filter these candidates depending on what we need at the moment; that way it helps us keep focused and pay attention to what matters. I like how everything is stored there in the program so we can look through everything in a profile-like page without having to go through many documents to decide if a candidate is fit or not. It’s also good when it comes to choosing and contacting because Zoho Recruit will provide with all the information and it’s only just a few clicks away from contacting the candidates. It just makes the work very easy for us, it relieves the stress that comes with recruiting and gives us a better platform to work with.
It is difficult to juggle the multitude of platforms out there for job postings and recruiting efforts. Zoho Recruit makes my life easier by combining my platforms under one control. I also like the relationship with the other Zoho applications - making Zoho a go-to for my entire business needs

All the apps and Integration with Automation. I can integrate my Office365 into the Zoho Recruiter, which pulls my contacts, adding them into the pipeline. From there I set up my automated email, integrating plugins and API's to track analytics and data. It's amazing.
It's easy to get lost in all the different apps, there are so many that you want to keep finding the next thing to strengthen your platform.
I'm not having to add comments into a spreadsheet with a color code system or switch through multiple platforms for each clients positions. Its ALL there, and when I think I have everything for my candidate portal, I find email automation and marketing apps, then it's me finding that I can let Zoho source resumes for me, it's endless. Extremely helpful for Recruiters who want to stand out an make a real meaningful connection with their candidates and clients.
Zoho recruit offers a large suit of products that are easy to use and well integrated.

I like the ease of use of Zoho, it is easy to navigate and does not require a lot of experience working with ATS systems. Companies are able to log in and quickly see where they are in the recruitign process and what they need to work on.
I would like to be able to change the quick view information on candidates to be able to see pertinent candidate information quickly.
I am implementing an ATS for a client that has never had one to support their recruiting and candidate pipeline. I realized that it is an easier way for companies to keep in touch and manage their recruiting pipeline. It also makes companies aware of where they need extra recruiting support.

The automated hiring process is key for my business and this software nailed it! The ability to streamline the hiring process provides increased efficiency which leads to cost reductions as well. I’m a analytics junkie and Zoho has this covered as well. Zoho analytics allows me to manage all aspects and assists with making smart business decisions. This is invaluable.

It has additional features that I never imagine I could need. I got Zoho recruit for some simple functionality but found out I could do more and have more automation that what I had in mind. It's easy to use for everyone at the company and easy for us to interact with the candidates and clients requiring employees. It's an all inclusive recruitment experience. Also the quick response from the support team is amazing they answer right away and that's something that has a lot of value in these days.
The UI can be a bit tricky but once you get the hang of it is easy to go.

Based on this and feedback from their teams, I decided to switch over myself to this system. It is user friendly and simple to upload documents, source candidates, manage vacancies and communications. It can support large or bespoke recruitment firms.
