"Breezy-The Time Saving, Efficiency Tool"
What do you like best about Breezy HR?

Breezy allows me to streamline my job board and hiring process with a centralized location, assessments, and full spread of data points to be able to manage my hiring flow and save MASSIVE amounts of time in responding and scheduling with the applicants throughout the year. It is easy to use and implement, offers great customer service and response, and takes my applicant from start to finish inside the system.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

I'd like for my messages to be able to be filtered and stacked in chronological order. Right now, it does not allow this function.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was dealing with massive ghosting in 2022 during my hiring process; upwards of 70% of applicants were not showing up after being contacted and scheduled with confirmation. Breezy has allowed me to take myself out of the equation and puts the burden of follow-through on the candidate. Combining Breezy with a sales skills assessment, applicants are much more likely to show up and be serious about the role after completing the pipeline of requests that are set up through Breezy.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

All the candidates are in one place, and with stages, it's easy to track where they are in the interviewing and on-boarding processes for the whole organization.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

I wish it would integrate with Calendly.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Breezy HR helps eliminate the need to rely on e-mail and the confusion of where candidates are in the pipeline, which often gets lost in e-mail. It keeps all communication with the candidates in one place, for the whole recruiting team to see. And it makes for a consistent experience for candidates with e-mail templates that can be automatically triggered with stages, which saves on writing the same e-mail to multiple candidates. The integration with online testing of the most promising candidates is also very convenient.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

Breezy is user-friendly and very intuitive. It took me a few days to become familiar with the functionalities and feel comfortable with the tool. The support is fantastic, and someone is always available to answer questions immediately through the chat.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Data migration could be more efficient in terms of being able to download all the resumes in pdf at once in case we need them handy.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

Breezy is a highly intuitive hiring platform. It has been tremendous in saving me time in reviewing candidates, staying organized in my hiring, and communicating with team members. It is also so easy to teach my team how to use it. I like that the developers continue to add useful features informed by user feedback. It's the best ATS I've used yet!

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Sometimes with Breezy the load times can be a touch slow. Additionally due to the fact that the developers are constantly working on improvements you do have the occasional bug to deal with.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Breezy makes tracking and communicating with candidates easy. The use of templates and SMS messaging makes communication swift, making for a fabulous candidate experience. The design of the pipeline keeps me organized as it tells me the last time I communicated with candidates and when they applied and what stage they are in. It is easy to teach to your team at large and has just about any feature you could want.

I like that the system is very easy to use and navigate. I was able to jump right in and start using the system immediately.

The small critique is I always need to enlarge the website to get certain functionality. Compress the data so it fits the screen when minimilzed.

There seems to be a new candidate on a daily basis on my computer. If I have an issue, I can get the advice I need to move on. I have tried other and always go back to use Breezy.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Nothing that I can complain about. I do wish that it is required to put where the candidate lives to match them with a client. That would be so helpful and it would save time searching for a good match.

Marketing for employees and filling a position with our agency. Saves time and money and allows me to be more productive in other areas. Increased revenue.

Not sure how Breezy outreach to candidates. response and candidates just kept pouring in and great candidates.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Nothing to be opposed. When a candidate applies, we receive a notification with their resume and a condensed form of it. This facilitates our job. To download resumes from another site, HR must log in to their portal first.

Good pool of candidates and its in the portal even when i download it.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

Every time I have a question, I just ask, and they get right back to me. Super helpful! Darren even sent me a video to show me exactly what I needed in reference to one of my questions! I appreciate the personal responses and the time they take to make them. It makes working with them a very pleasant experience.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

I was getting quite a lot of responses at first, but once I started a paid subscription it seemed to slow down some. It could be because I need to update my job postings on there though. All-in-all it is a great site.

I need to hire many people, and they take a lot of the leg work out of it.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

I have been very impressed with Ashley and how quickly she has responded to our questions. The follow-up has been excellent and friendly. After using the tool now for a few months I can honestly say that the team enjoys the ATS even more now that they have spent more time becoming familiar with it. In my opinion, it's an excellent ATS option for smaller and medium-sized businesses. It's simple in terms of making adjustments to the process and easy enough for most recruiters to get comfortable with if they put in the time to learn the system. Building in some automation is simple and easy to do. I like how easy the integrations are.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

I would like automated messages based on the disposition reason selected. While you can in theory do this, you must expand your pipeline with additional "decline" buckets and to me, that just isn't a great option. To be fair, this isn't an enterprise system meant for very large businesses.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helping us while we continue to grow as a company and determine next steps. It's a solid ATS which allows us to use other job boards and expand our candidate pool.

I like that there is a free version which is great for someone like me who runs a solo recruiting department in a 600 million dollar company. We will grow, but now.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

I would like to have a generic spot and a spot within each job/candidate for note taking. If there is already, I must have missed it.

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organizing all of the candidates we receive for a given job. The way you have it set up is great. I can use the free version for just about anything but the paid version will unlock crazy benefits for me and is a huge selling point in the future when I am really going to need it. I can manage without for now but not much longer.

What do you like best about Breezy HR?

Breezy is a highly intuitive and easy-to-use platform. The support team is always available and, most important of all since they have a flat fee, you can add members to your teams dynamically. All around it is a fantastic tool and affordable to any sized business.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

Integration with platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn will be a nice addition (they are in the works for what the team told me!)

What problems is Breezy HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Breezy provided us with an efficient and affordable to receive candidate applications and have our entire team collaborate. The platform is really easy to use and its automation allows us to maintain a dynamic recruitment process for all of our clients.

Intuitive UI, and just the amount of functions we needed from an ATS! Rigth Google Sheets replacement for the right price :)

The calendar seems to be a redundant part of the product :)

I love that I can keep all prospective employees in one spot and switch them between statuses.

What do you dislike about Breezy HR?

The only downside of Breezy HR is that you can not export those prospective employees into an excel spreadsheet.

I will recommend BreezyHR to anyone who needs an efficient, cost-effective way to reach applicants. The staff is responsive and helpful. I'm a fan! I have used other, much more expensive software, and BreezyHR is better.

I haven't seen a downside. It is easy to use and effective.

Breezy has stock job descriptions that I can modify to suit my positions. Posting an ad is very fast and easy. I have gotten great results. I also like that I can cancel anytime if I don't have any hiring needs.
