Nothing. The log in button is inside the menu instead of right on the main page, but that's just a tiny thing. I use it every month for payslips and questions about contract. Enough number of features for me.

I still would like more transparency in the payroll/invoice tab. Sometimes it's difficult to understand what's included or not. It would be great to have an overview of all costs of hiring someone in each country (e.g. internet allowance, meal vouchers, or any other benefits that are mandatory). Some employee turn out being more expensive than initially planned.
Some talent is scarce in the country were we are allowed to hire (Germany), so it's great being able to have a bigger pool. Legal expertise in each country.

If I have to think of something negative, the only thing I can say is it would be nice to get paid weekly as opposed to bi-weekly, however that's not too big of a deal.
