Simple, user-friendly, fantastic support!

There is nothing that I dislike about Gusto.

Gusto has made payroll and monthly tax filing simple and easy.

All the information is easy to find I've never had an issue logging in I've never had an issue getting paid and is always been a great place to go when I need to find my W-2 or anything else.

I don't have anything bad to say I don't have a dislike about gusto I think it is a great company. I'm sorry I don't have anything for you to improve on.

Gusto takes all complication out of payroll and HR questions/concerns. They've been a great resource for our small business and I recommend them continuously. They recently added an international contractor payment option and it lined up exactly when we needed it. Their customer service has been fantastic and I always know that they have our back.

I truly have no dislikes. It's been a great resource for us.

Since the pandemic, we've started hiring employees in different states which can be scary, but Gusto guides and handles everything for us.

I appreciate Gusto sending me notifications of charges every time. I loved starting with me pulling the payroll trigger manually, then letting me decide when to automate. Now it runs automatically and lets me know when funds are withdrawn and deposited. So easy!

I haven't run into any downsides yet. I am yet to review my taxes for this past year...

I created an S Corp this past year to mitigate my tax burden and I needed help doing my payroll. It's so helpful.

I can make choices regarding my finances without having to necessarily involve HR everytime.

This platform makes it incredibly simple to process payroll. It has many other services I haven't had to use because I'm such a small business, but I cannot say enough about this site's value.

Absolutely nothing. It is so easy to use that I have not had to reach out to customer service. I have my CPA set up to receive the tax reporting, so filing my taxes is a breeze.

Gusto processes my monthly payroll with three simple questions to see if anything has changed about my employment status. Since I am a small business and things don't change frequently, I have set up automatic payroll processing. Now I get an email each month to tell me payroll was processed successfully.

Consistent and reliable payroll processing, including taxes. Set and relax. Year-end W-2s are prepared and ready to go.

I have not found a downside. it is working well for my needs

I love that gusto has everything you need to set up your company to pay individuals via contract work or w-2 based employee. I also love the HR tools that are provided, to include the ability to have access to hiring tools, performance tools, and learning tools.

I don't have dislikes with Gusto at this moment that I can think of. I think the initial setup with Gusto was easy, and my only issue or lack of understanding was with the tax setup for each state. I don't think/believe this is a Gusto issue though it would possibly help to have someone who could be an expert on guiding individuals in this area.

Gusto helps me to hire individuals as I need to grow my business. Gusto has allowed me place myself on the payroll as well. Gusto provides access to HR-related tools that have helped with the hiring, evaluation, and benefits and taxes processes.

Gusto makes getting paid SO EASY. Even when it comes to tax season, finding my w2 is a breeze. I wish more companies made services sstraightforward and minimalistic like Gusto.

Honestly, there is not anything I dislike about Gusto. It is simple to use, and that is why I love it. I cannot complain. Sorry, not sorry! It is just the best!

Again, I do not have any issues with Gusto, so I cannot speak to this portion of the survey. Gusto is easy to use, and is the best portal for my paystubs that I have ever encountered. No complaints.

A friend recommended Gusto to me when I mentioned I was filing to become an S Corp. Their customer service was amazing and one of the main reasons I decided to go with Gusto. The price point is fantastic and the website is very easy to use. I had a million questions when I was trying to get my account all set up and every single agent I talked to was so helpful and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what I was doing. I've already recommended Gusto to other friends with small businesses.

I have no issues so far! Customer service is wonderful, website is easy to navigate, monthly fee is affordable for my small business budget and I would recommend to anyone.

I use Gusto for payroll and it's much easier than I anticipated. They file all the paperwork and do all of the "stuff" that I would never have the attention span to do.

I love how easily Gusto integrates with Quickbooks Online as well as the ease and use of the Gusto portal.

Sometimes the Journal Entries don't necessarily sync up properly.

The design of the website is incredibly user friendly and helps me with streamlining paperwork to help me run my company. I definitely wish this was the payroll system I was using from the beginning !

I dislike that there are not live people or an active phone number when you need customer support. While the email system has worked for me so far, I do prefer to speak to a live person at times.

It is helping me with onboarding paperwork and submitting payroll seamlessly.

As an end user, Gusto makes it very easy to look up your paystubs, as well as divide your paycheck across multiple accounts (like checking and savings). Vacation or PTO is also easy to monitor. As an Administrator, all you need is to plug in the numbers for each employee a couple days in advance and Gusto takes care of the rest. You can set up automatic vacation or PTO accrual based on your company policy.

End users loved the option to receive some of their paycheck early, but this option was depricated sometime last year. Users were expecting some sort of service live that to replace it, however, I'm not sure anything has come out since then.

As a small business, we were looking for something quick and simple to provide direct deposit to our employees in order to keep up with "the big boys" benefits wise. Gusto has filled that gap for us.

I like being able to check anything at anytime! Had to change my withholding, logged in and took care of it! Wanted to view my paystub, it's right there. I borrowed money from my savings and set up payroll deduction to pay a weekly direct deposit back to my savings account to pay myself back!

I didn't like that when I viewed the calendar everyone's birthday was visible. That's private.

Keeps track of my vacation/sick hours.

The Support team is very helpful. They take care of all paperwork necessary to run payroll and comply with your state's laws. Pricing is best I found for full service. Great for people like me who have no idea how to do payroll and quarterly stuff.

I wish they had a cheaper service for single owner LLC's that just need annual or quarterly payroll for one person.

Solving the problem that I'm legally required to do payroll because I structured my LLC as an S-Corp (to save on self-employment taxes) but I'm totally clueless as to how to do payroll. And disorganized - they remind me when things are do and all I have to do is go click next next next and it's taken care of.

Gusto makes doing payroll easy and the reporting and reports are great!

Payroll service provider with affordable package options and system reporting and financial software integration

Admin setup has been a breeze. Gusto Help Center has answered all of my questions. Desktop and app formatting are easy to navigate for employees. Favorite features: Onboarding, Documents, Expenses, Time Tracking, Time Off, Reports, Performance Reviews, and of course Payroll processing. I have previously utilized Intuit, ADP, and Paycom; Gusto is by far my favorite for its ease of access, affordability, and Payroll and HR features.

I've been working with Gusto for a little over a year now, and I do not have any complaints!

Gusto has improved our onboarding processes!

Gusto is super user-friendly and does all the work for me. I have used other programs, but GUSTO is far easier and makes payroll quick and easy.

I haven't found anything that I don't care for yet!
