The UI, the ease to upload receipt, request budgets (and increase) and support given by Brex customer support agents.

Maybe is not a deal breaker but the app on my android device crashes a little bit but besides that is great.

In previous companies I've worked, we used to request travels through an independent process and also cash advances, and later we would need to keep hundreds of invoices, paste them together on paper, scan it, upload it in an Excel worksheet or in SAP platforms and this was .... ANNOYING and TIME-CONSUMING. But Brex experience has been so easy for me as a standard business user (corporate travels and expenses)

I love how easy it is to upload the receipts and make the adjustments. I also like receiving text messages about all transactions. Also, the reminders that say if anything is pending.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like about it. As a new user, I found it user-friendly and easy to navigate. I didn't find any difficulty getting used to the system.

It helps me to stay on top of my expenses. Showing all transactions and the summary helps to keep on top of the target. Especially not having any trouble when uploading receipts has been a plus.

What was most enticing is that we didn't have to get personal credit checks to get started. We were issued a large limit based on our revenue. This was such an important factor for us starting out. My business partner and I were both attempting to buy houses and NO ONE would do anything for us without hard-pulling our credit.

To be completely honest, there hasn't really been a single complaint. The bar was set so low by credit card companies we *had* been using so we were blown away when we first onboarded with Brex. I was texting customer support and I knew his name. it was actually his cell phone. I couldn't believe it.

We wanted to leverage our spending. We were purchasing all of our products with a debit card to start, then a low-limit credit card. We were earning points but paying interest. Brex allowed us to essentially merge those two ideas. We pay 0% interest, get charge-erasing points and the payments just automatically comes out of our bank account. This process could not have been easier and more convenient.

It is effortless to navigate and submit requests. Email notifications are beneficial. You can keep track of your previous requests.

I wish Brex would save some information that I have input in the past. It would make submitting an expense request quicker.

I can track all of my expense reporting because it is all in one place. It makes it easy for my company to reimburse me.

There's no real downside to using Brex. The points redemption for flight is ok, not as good as chase, but great if you're avoiding United. The other benefits are overrated - we get better ups rates elsewhere etc.

Easy to use financial platform and banking for my biz - we're grandfathered in as we're not a vc-backed company. The banking aspects for a multi-user, multi-controller environment really speed up our ops compared to the absolute joke that is Chase's website.

The fact that it's so seamless and the productized features are really good for whatever you need.

Whenever I use my brex card cuz it's saved instead of the card I was supposed to use

Expenses accounted for immediately. I like that!

Brex does have some down-time which can be annoying but overall it works!

Manual expense reporting

Upon using the platform and services, I must say that it was fantastic when times that there was a problem in a transaction, the Brex team never fails to deliver excellent service and support. They always make sure that for every transaction that has a problem, they have a solution and provided it to me.

Hopefully that there will be a much easier procedure in regard to the international transaction so the customer/client would be easier for them to process with a piece of minimum information and requirements.

Pending transactions, the Brex team always provides excellent service by giving you details information and specific solution to understand the situation and trough the solution given, it benefit us as well the customer to accomplish the needed task to be done.

Reduce time to reimburse the money. With other systems, the company would need to invest much time in reimbursements.

Text messages for Memos are very helpful and easy to use. I must say, using my Brex card is easy and reliable when making purchases. I would recommend to any friend or collegue..

Sometimes it can be difficult to request a receipt for everything and uploading one when one is not needed can be complicated at times. The alerts are annoying at times.

When flying to the airport and using during our stay, it is most problematic when having to upload every receipt that we spend our Brex card on. Sometimes that can be annoying to me.

The convenience and ease of using tools and services provided by Brex to carry out transactions are fantastic.

The only downside of using Brex is if your business is broke.

Makes the spending in my company very easy to manage. We are located worldwide so Brex has really made things very easy! Day-to-day spending is controlled and easy to follow. The rewards points are great when planning company travel

before using Brex I had to save all the receipts and then send them to the company accountant and go over them one by one, using brex just made my business trips easier, I instantly upload the recpeit and it generates the needed data that the company accountants need.
