There's a transparent approval process. It's easy to forward receipts. The whole workflow is great. Makes traveling for work so much easier.

You have to upload receipts one at a time. If you don't want to use the Brex card, it's a little clunky.

It's making it so easy to get reimbursed for travel and other work expenses.

The most helpful thing is that it doesn't need to remember any PIN number or password whatsoever!

I don't have anything to state about its downside!

Brex has a fantastic interface. Easy to use and sign up. I especially love the rewards section, where I get fabulous benefits for using Brex for my business payments. They update their look and feel often and hear users' feedback closely. They are surely building something users want.

I would love to have more roles and permissions for my team so that I can delegate more things withing the platform. For example, have team leaders issue cards.

We're able to schedule payments to vendors easily and control spending on our different teams. Slack integration to upload invoices, receipts and memos works really well.

I think my favorite thing about Brex is thier easy-to-use interface. Brex's interface is much more straightforward than other business credit cards and is debatably simpler than most personal credit cards. This makes organizing and categorizing expenses a breeze!

There is very little that bothers me about Brex. I would like it if the auto-generated receipts were available to basic users, not just paid ones. That said, running that service is likely more expensive, hence why it is a paid option.

The primary problem solved by the Brex platform is the need to track down expenses internally. Brex's expense reporting makes it extremely easy to know why certain purchases were made!

The dashboard is user-friendly, making transactions easily identifiable with options to upload receipts and include memos. I also enjoy that I have the option to use a virtual card or a physical card.

I have not found anything I dislike about Brex. Although I believe the product is already good, knowing that Brex is continuously working to improve their product services only adds to my trust in them.

My understanding is that Brex was working on itemizing transactions in multiple expenses, which will help in the future when I have several different purchases for property maintenance.

Brex is so easy to use and makes doing expenses painless. I love how easy the app is to use. As soon as you make an expense it alerts you and you easily can take a picture and do your expenses.

This is a great card for small companies. The Brex card has great rewards and the User Interface for both the website and the app are super easy to use. All I need to do is open the app and snap a photo of the receipt and it attaches it to the charge. I know finance has had their job made easier by switching to Brex. No more chasing people for receipts to match up

Im not a fan of having to pay for new cards everytime a new employee comes on board who needs one. I would think with the amount we charge to the account, those would be free.

Brex does not require a personal guarantee which is helpful and I like that we have a good amount of time to pay of the balance.

Brex makes it easy to manage cash flow by dynamically linking our bank balance to credit limits. Simple onboarding allows us to quickly activate users. Having a virtual card in addition to a physical card allows me to separate expenses and limit possible fraud. Many free perks through Brex partners provide valuable offers to a startup

Only 1 glitch thus far: when I suspected fraud and terminated my card, it took a week to receive a replacement card. Other credit card companies immediately overnight a replacement card with next day delivery.

Brex allows us to offer credit cards without all the typical hassle of bank credit cards. They have simplified the entire process. Anything that removes friction for a startup is valuable.

I love the app; it makes it so easy to put in receipts and memos for my company charges. They also handled my stolen card very quickly and with ease. I appreciate it.

I haven't had any issues with them so far. I needed my card in a rush, they shipped it FedEx, no problem; my card was stolen, they froze the card before I even knew it was stolen, easy peasy.

They've made it so easy to put in receipts and memos for each charge which takes a lot of work off our finance department, and I don't have to keep all the receipts and such after long trips.

The best part of Brex is that there are no annual fees or foreign transactions. Brex is known to make the costs money from the fees they get from the merchants. I'm currently using Brex as a business card for work. I LOVE IT and will recommend it to everyone.

I haven't had a bad experience with Brex. If something goes wrong, I've had Customer support, and the person in charge of Brex fixes the issue immediately. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Brex added a Budget meter which is helping everyone how to manage the amount they have on their card by saving and using their card as needed. I love to save money, and I love to apply it at work as well.

The lack of ability to set up multiple, vendor-specific cards for individual users is a minus.

Having to keep track of all of my in-person receipts, having to keep track of invoices, and being unorganized with money and spending are being solved as well.

The payments are done easily and requires only a couple of seconds.

What I like the most about using Brex is how straightforward the app is. As a team, we do not have many issues using Brex, which helps us all continue to manage our day without having to stop to help with other tasks.

Sometimes, the application would not take pictures of receipts. It may just be a network issue, but there are times where pictures are not uploaded completely and you may have to retake pictures.

Brex is very helpful in seeing what expenses have been made. Brex is also very helpful in reminding you which receipts need to be uploaded into the software. Our business performance and reflection of costs are simplified by using Brex.

It is straightforward to use for the whole company. It is scalable, and you can access a lot of helpful information via its dashboards.

One point for improvement is to add the ability to put a description on the items so that the company can easily find out the purpose of the payment.

Allow the employees to receive gifts from the company - like paid team meals, meal allowances, etc. - and pay for company expenses, even internationally.

i like how quick and easy the mobile app is to use and how it keeps track of all your transactions
