"Collaborative whiteboard manage and implement ideas."
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro is a robust tool that combines tools to reach a specific purpose, the software offers options for flowcharts and diagrams of parts very complete, however, can also be an ally in the area of mind maps and videoconferencing, the tool also provides a framework for drawing ideas, it is so collaborative with the user that gives you multiple options for creating slides for presentations or projects. Not only is it a management tool, but also depending on the needs it can be transformed into a support tool with built-in video, audio, calls, I can give talks and show my mind maps while interacting with users in meetings. Miro can run on almost every operating system out there, and can also be downloaded as an application to manage it from your cell phone. The system is a complete collaboration toolbox that should not be missing on our desktop.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Miro is already part of my work panel is indispensable in my project section, the bugs are and surely will be improved in the future, the interface is very current could be improved, customization options are basic I would like to improve the fonts of the templates or perhaps a more extensive color palette for diagrams and maps, some integrations can go wrong or not be as expected, for example, Azure.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro is already part of my planning section, in projects it is always a very reliable presentation tool, useful to exchange ideas between work teams and provide a better understanding when sharing knowledge. Mind maps act formidably to provide a better understanding of the solutions to be provided in the area of software development. Video options allow us to run long distance meetings, making presentations and discussing ideas between teams and sections.

"I always recommend Miro because its the most intuitive"
What do you like best about Miro?

I love the inifinite virtual space to use with team members. You have post it notes, connecting arrows and realtime status where other members are working. It's the best tool for collaboration.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Once you decide to pay, its difficult to share with team members who barely contribute. We pay our fair share, but we need to use a share link workaround to get them using the tool without increasing our monthly bill.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Online collaboration and working with out using real post it notes. We often brainstorm and revisit our workspaces so that we know where we left off. Easy for others to understand what we were discussing and to see the flow we were in.

What do you dislike about Miro?

System diagrams used to be harder to build but that's mostly solved.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro solves all of the problems that Lucid used to solve for us and more. The biggest is the strategic vision for everything we do. It's invaluable for sharing ideas.

"Ideal for team activities"
What do you like best about Miro?

I like its powerful mind mapping capabilities. The tool is very easy to use. Allows large teams to work remotely. It has a very user interface. I love the added functionality. It is remarkably useful for creating the opportunity to collaborate. It is an invaluable idea generation tool. Allows asynchronous collaboration. It facilitates the organization of our work for planning. It has easy-to-use features to encourage collaboration.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Its performance sometimes lags when there is too much activity. I would like it to be more flexible when it comes to transferring. I don't like the lack of customization options. Some tools are not as intuitive as I would like. Sometimes the loading time is a bit long.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's great for remote collaboration. Help everyone to actively participate. I am incredibly impressed with the capabilities of this tool. Available templates help generate knowledge and ideas. It helps me connect with my team anywhere. It has allowed me to conduct workshops with teams. I've also used it since brainstorming sessions.

"Organize your project management strategies with Miro's tools."
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro is the most complete tool for project management that I have used, first, the interface is beautiful, you can create boards and customize them for your team, you can attach, develop and customize mind maps and flow maps which are the pillar of a well organized project, in fact, we can cover even structures of ideas the software offers virtually everything. Miro is a universal tool we have software for Windows, macOS, but in the mobile section is not far behind either, being able to download an application from our smartphone the scope is extensive. It has a lot of templates that adapt to the need of each user I personally want to highlight the building blocks and community templates are very well done, and I have implemented several in my projects. It in integrates mostly with the most used software in the market including Salesforce, Asana, Trello and many more, the catalog extensive.

What do you dislike about Miro?

There are very few reasons to have negative points about Miro, it is a complete program that covers almost all my project management strategies, however, we can always improve certain aspects among them, I would like to get more benefits for the Business plan, another detail that I have noticed is that sometimes the mind maps or flowcharts load very slow may be the connection or maybe there are some things to adjust within the program. But in all honesty, the software really adapts to any work situation.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro is a robust program in which I am currently developing diagrams and mind maps for meetings and workshops within the company, in fact, with the customization templates I have it is very easy to execute and organize the truth the design is very complete, and I love to take it to meetings. It is amazing how useful it is for the creative process with the brainstorming panels where I can capture work ideas and then take the best for use, planning sprints and retrospectives is another reason why Miro is a program that I always take into account. I also want to highlight the use for visual strategies, its use and execution are very complete.

What do you like best about Miro?

Miro intuitive user interface makes an easy to use platform and gives everyone an easy and simple experience when using it. It offers powerful diagraming tools including shapes and process maps making it possible to make diagrams for any project. Its seamless integration with other products like Microsoft Visio makes it easy to import existing diagrams from these products. Miro offers a series of templates which guides one on the process of building and coming up with most effective diagrams. Miro offers a shared workspace making it easy for teams to collaboratively work together during diagramming which helps improve their productivity.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Nothing. Am yet to experience ant of the downside parts of Miro. Every single experience i have had when using Miro to build diagrams has been a successful one.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Miro as a visualization and collaboration tool but mainly we use it at our department as a diagraming tool to help us create represation maps for our projects. It allows us to have exact diagrams which perfectly map our actual projects. With these diagrams, we able to easily follow up on the project progress and health more easily and conveniently.

What do you like best about Miro?

I love the ability to collaborate in real time. It is a great tool that fulfills many of the functions. There is enough design functionality. I really like the option to give access to anyone. It provides a versatile platform for the creation of ideas.

What do you dislike about Miro?

It does not have many multimedia options. I wish you could edit text without multiple clicks. The templates can seem a bit overwhelming.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows you to perform critical tasks. They have been a great help in keeping the team informed. It has also been great for collaboration at work. It is a very useful tool to involve the whole team. It provides an intuitive platform. It facilitates collaboration in real time.

"No need to huddle around one screen!"
What do you like best about Miro?

Where to start! Miro is a wonderful tool that I use every day in my role as BA. From post it notes to diagramming it has it all. There are default templates which are great for newbies or a vast array of tools for the Miro expert. Diagramming is one are that I especially love. The need for me to speak to various people in the business about systems and how they are structured is key to my role. So having the ability to share a board, have what I think is the proposed structure using the diagramming tools mapped out and other people being able to update it on the fly is what i need. Collaboration plus great tools = great success for me!

What do you dislike about Miro?

The main downside is that I run out of colours for post it notes.. In all seriousness, the majority of the dislikes I had have been adressed by the product team who move quickly when a serious suggestion is raised.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro provides me with a one stop shop that helps me collaborate with my team all over the world.

"Multifunctional tool for everyone"
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro is a wonderful tool for everyone. It's intuitive features are helping to work live with a large group of people. Miro's visual clarity and large base of templates allows you to create great projects in high quality.

What do you dislike about Miro?

From our experience, we don't find anything wrong with Miro.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro is helping us during workshops with large groups of people. In real time we can work with them on the project and use lots of tools and templates helping us work out the solutions. Additionally, we find it cool and important, that we don't have to use paper flipcharts or sticky notes during workshops because participants see everything o the screen. That's so environmental friendly. After workshop we have everything saved in the account and we can continue working without the mess.

"Awesome tool"
What do you like best about Miro?

As a service designer, I can't imagine working without this tool anymore. For some activities, it even replaced some Adobe programs. It's an excellent tool for workshops and online collaboration.

What do you dislike about Miro?

There's not a particular thing that I dislike about Miro, but sometimes clients don't want to work with it due to security reasons (and that's a problem since I believe there's no good alternative that is more secure). What would make Miro even better: - When you bring people to you on the board, there's no 'release button' to let them unfollow you (competitor Mural has this feature) - The Adobe XD plugin is a nice idea. However, I don't use it since the resolution is not good enough. It would be great if Miro could improve this, so that I can start using this plugin, which would make my work a whole lot easier.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Facilitating online workshops would be much harder without Miro. It's a very accessible tool, which makes it great for online collaboration.

"Collaborative space for visual diagraming like never before!"
What do you like best about Miro?

I have been using Miro for delivering workshop and facilitation for years and the experience for massive audience is proven reliable in any type of devices used. The easy to use interface and improved features very helpful for facilitating remote team or live session such as Talktrack, Miro AI, Voting, and Private Mode that can be helpful for conducting retrospective for instance. The best part that I love is the template creators community Miroverse, very helpful to get inspiration for create pre-made diagram or learning space design made by various leaders in product, tech, management, coach, and many other powerful resources.

What do you dislike about Miro?

Customization shapes in Miro somehow still has limitation like rounded corner radius or nodes to adjust the shapes. The board map also need some improvement to be more easily to navigate for bigger space usage such as clustering or grouping in the same board. Last, the integration still need some compatibility improvement to make it more seamless with other popular apps used by industry.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

In terms of workshop and facilitation has powerful tool to manage the capability on running sequential session using various native tools and combined activities features like frames, timer and presentation that easy to setup. Miro also bring better collaborative experience within team and learners to do brainstorming, diagramming, mapping research findings and asynchronously update the documentation of product development and presenting their project across different stakeholders.

"Miro is my go-to teaching resource"
What do you like best about Miro?

The multidimensionality of the tools is fantastic. Everything you could need is built right in. I use it in my classes for online critique and we also use it to keep historical documentation to compare revisions from class to class.

What do you dislike about Miro?

It would be nice to be able to embed videos. If you could show it as a preview that opens in a lightbox or something that'd be fine, but it would be nice to setup videos and whatnot.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we went fully online with our program, Miro allowed us to set up a collaborative critique environment that allows students to look at their work in a manner most similar to how we used to present in person – either by attaching it to the wall or broadcasting it via projector. This allows for a more collaborative experience because the comments can be left in real-time and accessed later on without someone having to take notes or remember the feedback given. Additionally, the other tools such as voting and timer based integrations help keep us on track.

"The great clarifier"
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro is an excellent companion to explain schemes in meetings, especially in virtual ones. It is easy to use, and the cost is very convenient. The adoption was immediate. The templates provided are great, very simple to use and to adapt. The editor is also great.

What do you dislike about Miro?

So far, we did not find something that we don´t like.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a marketing agency, and we are using it a lot to explain the dynamics behind digital campaigns to our customers. Adding a visual explanation is powerful and helps to increase the understanding of complex schemes. Now our meetings are much more productive using the aid given by Miro.

"I love Miro just to map out my mind"
What do you like best about Miro?

Miro is great when we want to just dump all our thoughts out somewhere and then bring order to the chaos. I must say that talktrack is such an amazing feature as it saves me having to create a Loom for it and when you are on the recieving end of a talktrack you feel it as opposed to just listen to it, so well done to the whole team on that!

What do you dislike about Miro?

The apple app, theres just something about it which always means I go back to browser which is a bit annoying as I have to have a window dedicated just to Miro and then other tabs and before you know it you have another window with another load of tabs!

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Async communication - Especially with talktrack now its great for that Retros - We are fully remote so that means that we can collab on Miro Process mapping - We can map how our process are and make improvments on that

"Collaboration without limits"
What do you like best about Miro?

We've used Miro for many years from internal planning to running workshops for our clients with brand strategy, message mapping, workflows, and even app design process. The latest version of Miro enables us to collaborate with others without needing to reference different emails for files, notes or assets. We can link them all inside one place and review on the spot.

What do you dislike about Miro?

I honestly can't think of anything that is a deal-breaker for me. Over the years Miro has continually added more resources and templates that have improved the experience!

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Miro internally to plan campaigns and benchmarks for the process. And with our client work, we use Miro to run workshops, training, brand strategy, brand development overview, and even collaboration on ideation development. Most of all, it's allowed our fully remote company to collaborate more efficiently with our clients.

"Great Tool for Collaboration!"
What do you like best about Miro?

The templates in Miroverse are super helpful! You don't have to recreate the wheel. Collaborating is so much easier in today's remote environment. We use it for PI events and retrospectives. It's been critical to our success.

What do you dislike about Miro?

If you have many collaborators working on a board without the proper locks in place for the frames, it can get a little messy. We've seen random stickies duplicated all over the board for no apparent reason, but we just delete those.

What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to collaborate with hundreds of users all over the world during our PI planning events. This has made us able to focus on the right work that delivers substantial value for our business. It's very easy to use and adoption is increasing by the day!
