Marketing problems and complete website DNA plus good cache. It's a complete system for what it needs to be. I save on external IT costs for platform ease of use.

Switched from another hosting company and saw pretty significant improvements in site performance. Support team was very helpful during the migration and answered questions/solved problems until everything was up and running properly.
While the support team has been fantastic, they are only available via chat, not phone. While this is likely part of the reason that the support is of such high quality, it would be nice to have the option of phone contact, not as a first level of support, but possibly once a case has been opened and requires additional support. Not a complaint, more of a recommendation.
Kinsta serves as our managed WP host, we have seen the benefit of better performance and far more helpful support. Allowed us to provide our website visitors a better experience and fix an issue in hours instead of days.

I made the switch to Kinsta about 4 years ago and haven't looked back. Service levels and response times are by far the best in the industry I've encountered (having used over 10 other leading hosting providers). Their admin interface, performance, security, CDN, and Google backbone all amount to a stellar experience. In addition, their migration services are a bonus. Daily backups and SLL certs included... what more can you ask for?
It's not for everyone but the 99% of the rest of us, it's hard to beat for the price. The Cloudflare integration could have gone faster and a little smoother. Also the wildcard DNS entries if you don't use their DNS - not crazy about that but it's for our protection.
Completely solved the issue of having to juggle multiple accounts for our own sites and clients'. A singular admin where we can jump around to different accounts if you have access is a huge time-saver... and realtime chat support with people who know what they are doing.

It's doesn't have a few small features beginners many begginer-intemediate user would appreciate - a built-in FTP, a wp security plugin and wp optimization plugin.

I finally have a host that has done what they have said they would do. I've been hosting multiple sites with them for over five years. Any issue I have had has been resolved very efficiently.
I was EXTREMELY skeptical when I had discovered during pre-sales that Chat was THE mechanism for obtaining support. I'd always preferred to be able to get someone on the phone. But every single time I use their chat, I get a live EXPERT responding within 1 minute or much quicker. I'm never "redirected to open a support ticket", or anything remotely like that. Instead, I am getting answers-- highly relevant and technically sound answers-- immediately. The rep at the other end has all the resources to look up any situation and often correct it on my behalf during the Chat. Their Chat window makes easy to paste screen grabs, add attachments, rejoin yesterday's chat without skipping a beat or having to re-explain anything, even if there has been a personnel shift change on their end. These guys have figured out support! A close second best is the competence. If the agent you're talking to needs to confer with an associate, you'll never know it. They handle all that in the background, and all I ever see is a prompt, well-researched, and technically sound answer right during the live chat session. They're also not afraid to tell you they aren't sure about something and will ask some probing questions to be sure they "get" your issue.
Honesty. I don't yet have any complaints, as the actual service has been nothing but sound. Way faster than my previous host. Way better CDN. No CDN/Caching conflicts I used to have with previous host. Great communications on upcoming system changes, prompt alerts of known emerging WP vulnerabilities and how to patch, etc. I've never had any uptime issues or anything other than solid hosting performance.

Difficult to pick one thing I like best. Kinsta offers many tools out of the box that are so critical (clearing cache, CDN, force HTTPS, automatic backups). The user interface design and overall language are clear and straightforward with beautiful illustrations. As a studio, we now only work with clients who opt to move over to Kinsta, due to the efficiency it brings in our development workflow. DevKinsta was a game changer. Plus, their customer support is unlike anything I've experienced. So kind, so helpful, and they just seem like real people, lol.

The major problem that is solved is the workflow setup. Having three environments: local, staging, production, has been huge for efficiency. Setting up a staging environment with a click of a button has been fantastic. Plus the motion illustrations are gorgeous, please don't get rid of them as you grow!
How easy it is to use. With Php constantly evolving Kinsta has always been at the front. They make it easy to roll back to older versions of the newer versions are not compatible with your site.
I've been using Kinsta for over 5 years now and I can't say there has been anything I've disliked. Anytime I've had issues I just sent a chat request and a member of there team fixed any issues I had right away.
Problems that have been solved was finding a reliable and secure hosting platform that I don't have to worry about any downtime with. The reliability of the service allows me to focus on my business and not worry about my website being down. It's fast and my user experience for my customers has been amazing.

Kinsta offers very powerful features for their hosting clients. Such as CDN, caching, a staging environment, rock-solid backups, integration with Cloudflare, and really fast TTFB metrics. Their customer support is also excellent. I highly recommend Kinsta for clients who are looking for high-level of performance.
Hard to find faults with this service but the price could be lower perhaps. You get what you pay for however, and the price reflects all the features.

There are many things that I like about Kinsta but the top two would be the outstanding service I always get from them and the ease of use of their platform.
So far absolutely nothing. I first thought that maybe adding email would have been nice and then I thought better and realized that email is not what they do.
The main problem I'm solving with them is the peace of mind of not having to worry about my Wordpress setup. It's all taken care of nicely and efficiently.
The daily backups, backup on command (instantly) and push/pull from staging to production environments are seamless. The technical support is both swift and always on point, we never feel like we're just a ticket. I would let Kinsta watch my children if they offered that as a service.

Not much. One or two occasions had a problem specific to a plugin or WordPress issues on one of my sites. The support wasn't particularly helpful, but they are supposed to help even with instance-specific issues i believe.
Needed an easy solution to launch a wordpress site without worrying about site management much. This allows more focus on the actual content and users, which has been great.
Here are my top 3: (1) Speed—We host 150+ sites with Kinsta. Previously, we’ve hosted with WP Engine, WebSynthesis (now gone), Dreamhost, Bluehost, etc. At the time, Dreamhost was faster than Bluehost. WebSynthesis was faster than Dreamhost. WP Engine was significantly faster than WebSynthesis. And Kinsta blew WP Engine out of the water. We speed tested every site before and after the WP Engine transfer. Out of 100+ sites (at the time), WP Engine won just one of them (and by less than 2 hundredths of a second). In some cases, Kinsta won by 6 seconds! It was mind-boggling. (2) Uptime—with Kinsta, their uptime guarantee is for real. We test the uptime ourselves and, as advertised, our sites are up more than 99.9% of the time. (3) People—We loved WP Engine support so much that we were nervous to leave them—especiallly for a chat-only support team like Kinsta’s. 3 years later, we haven’t missed them a bit. Kinsta takes care of us better than we’ve ever been taken care of before. The truth is that quality support at WP Engine was mostly “hit,” but it was sometimes “miss.” In our experience, Kinsta has never missed.
Honestly, we don’t have any negatives. Kinsta is probably our least negotiable purchase.
We deal with less headaches. No clients call to say their site is down (or even slow). We don’t have to deal with cPanel. We save TONS of time with (actual) one-click installs, built-in search and replace, one-click SSL install, one-click “Force SSL,” and one-click PHP version change, not to mention the astronomical amount of time their support team has saved us!
