- very easy to use. - great user interface. - Very responsive customer support for any questions - big or small. - easy to change payroll / salaries. - they give you reminders to do things.

- the cost is not cheaper than competitors. It may be $5 or so per month more expensive per person - sometimes they are not able to answer questions that are more of an accountant question.

It solves the complexity of running payroll. I only have one employee, myself, and trying to figure out payroll without a software system is very time-consuming and I probably couldn't get it right.

I love being able to access all my paystubs, benefits plan, etc. easily.

I think the product would benefit from a chatbot feature.

I have been with our company for 8-9 years, initially one of five. Since then, we've grown to a team of over 20, and this has made it easy for us to make sure everyone gets what they need!

My involvement with Gusto is receiving a paycheck, and occasionally requesting time off. For those things, I haven't found a single thing I dislike.

Easy to use, user-friendly, great interface, everyone loved using Gusto! Easy to do regular payroll, off-cycle, contrcator payroll etc. Just GREAT!

We just got too big and the load time for Gusto was onerously slow as our company grew (both due to prior and current employee headcount). Likely too much techdebt.

Gusto held my hand when it came time to renew our benefits- I am new to that part of HR Payroll was cumbersome using another payroll company- Gusto has made the process much easier and more intuitive Like that our policies and procedures are right there- easy to upload

The ease of everything. Everything is so easy to find, and it breaks everything down into detail even on the benefits sides of things when dealing with things such as my insurance.

At this time, I have zero complaints about Gusto. I wouldn't change anything.

As I said before, Gusto makes everything easy. From pay day, ti requesting time off, to benefits checks. It's all streamlined and easy to use.

Gusto has the most user-friendly and intuitive interface I've encountered in any software application. Any task I need to complete is simple to accomplish especially customizing reports to get the data I need in the format that is most useful to me. The entire approach is fresh, modern, and comprehensive. It does everything I need and more. I'm a small business owner and especially appreciate the HR support.

I think it takes too long to answer tax related questions.

Gusto takes care of our payroll and contractor payments so I don't need to hire an employee for this job. Since we are a small business, Gusto's ability to provide us with key HR support is very valuable.

Ease of use and the abilty to click, print, and mail tax documents at the end of the year makes my life simple. Gusto takes the bulk of payroll off my plate with a few clicks of the mouse.

So far I have found nothing that I don't like about the app.

We are a new start-up and run on a shoestring budget and minimal staff. Gusto makes payroll a breeze. The app takes the research or second guessing right out of it and does all the heavy lifting for me.

Gusto tells me when I'm getting paid, and everything else I need to know from my withholding amounts to my W-2. I can also adjust my withholding through the Gusto app. Easy peasey! Why doesn't everyone use Gusto???

I'm unable to think of anything I dislike about Gusto. I've never had any problems or issues with it!

Gusto is extremely accessible to most users. It provides large corporation payroll and HR capabilities to small businesses, something that is extremely rare and valuable.

Sometimes, the response time is not as fast as I would like it to be. This was the case particularly when I first started working at my employer and was having issues with the health savings account reimbursement.

Paid time off, documentation of hours, seeing my paychecks and tax forms.

Gusto walks you through every phase of the process and anticipates what employers need in order to onboard new employees properly and make sure they are paid.

It would be nice to have a visual checklist that lists all of the things needed for onboarding employees. If it exists, I have not yet found it.

It demystifies payroll. I had previously always struggled to get my staff paid. Now it is so easy and smooth.

Gusto reminds you to run payroll even letting you run early. I don't have to worry. I tell it what I want to do. That's it.

I haven't found anything that I don't like with Gusto and I hope I never do.

I don't have to worry about paying the IRS and TWC. This is taken out each week and paid to these agencies when it's time.

Everything is so well automated; it makes running payroll super easy. Things I used to have to keep up with myself are all taken care of.

I have yet to find anything I don't like about it.

What I like is the fact that Gusto makes my life easier from both the business side and the personal side for all our payroll needs. Gusto website and app are both user-friendly and super easy to navigate. There were a couple of times when I had to reach out to a live person for assistance, which was a great experience. I was able to speak to someone and get the help I needed quickly. I would highly recommend Gusto to any business owners.

Honestly, at this time I cannot thnk of anything I dislike about Gusto.

All we have to do are enter our staff's hours and Gusto does all the rest. It is a wonderful system. As a user as well, I can pull up my app at any time and see everything I need to know about my personal info to include all pay information.

The user interface for Gusto is just fantastic. I've used it as a part-time and full-time employee, in addition to using it as an independent contractor. As a full-time employee, the paycheck splitter was particularly amazing for automatic savings!

I prefer to receive fewer notifications and pushes toward the "Gusto Wallet."

Because I log into Gusto with my personal email, I still have access to past paystubs from companies I no longer work for. It's great!

Onboarding is never fun, but Gusto explains the process and makes it easy for you to submit what is needed.

Running payroll and collecting appropriate payroll taxes for my small business

Gusto is extremely user-friendly. Gusto takes care of all payroll-related tax filings which is a huge help to my small business. Gusto's help desk is fast and easy to reach using the chat feature. Before switching to Gusto, I used another payroll service where we were consistently finding errors. Switching over to Gusto was the best decision.

I would love to see a time tracking app that field users could use to clock in and out, with gps location and options to create different departments for clocking in. For example, our field employees have different pay rates for different types of jobs. We track that by creating different departments for the differential in pay, along with departments for travel time, supplies, meeting, etc. I would love to be able to have my team us Gusto for time tracking instead of having to use a separate service for this.

Being able to trust Gusto to handle all of our payroll related tax filings is a huge weight off of my shoulders as a business owner. Gusto also allows our team members to easily access paystubs, W2's, submit time off requests and other payroll related tasks right through the Gusto app. Since the nature of our business is remote field work, this makes it super convenient for my team to take care of payroll issues while working.
