The fact that it integrates with Gmail has been a game-changer for me.
I'd like to be able to adjust the pipeline stages. They don't really fit the flow of my funnel.
Tracking leads and organizing my marketing efforts.
The best feature about Streak is the color-coded labels. It is very helpful to quickly assess where I am in the sales process and check my notes to find out what I need to do next. I also appreciate the fact that I can see the date of my last emails to a lead who is listed in a box. I would like to be able to add notes/comments directly to that box though because sometimes there are extra considerations there (phone call instead of email, etc).
The controls can be unwieldy, at times. For example, I have to click too many buttons to set a follow-up reminder and change a lead's category. These are two of the most common functions that I interact with and they should be easier to activate. I would also like for Streak to detect when I am writing an email to someone, so I don't always have to add them to the boxes. This is not the reason that I took a point off of my recommendation. I only redacted the point because I suspect Streak may not be sophisticated enough for larger/more complicated organizations, which some of my colleagues belong to.
I have been able to organize my leads and track how sales are coming along. The best part is knowing when I need to follow-up with folks. My clients appreciate timeliness in communication and Streak helps me out a lot with that.
Gmail and CRM is just awesome. It is super easy to directly use within GMAIL.
Less Pivot Tables . I think more options to play with dsta should be there.
Collabrative Sales
The feature set on the free version is robust where it adds value immediately. I spend more time in my pipeline views than in my email itself as a result. Favorite features are email tracking and mail merge.
Because it lives as an extension, it can have bad interactions with other extensions and then be buggy. Not entirely its fault. The most annoying feature is the mail merge sometimes goes to people's spam, also not entirely its fault. I do wish multiple recipients could be done with its mail merge feature.
Used for managing relationships and investors for fundraising. I am able to customize the pipeline on the fly and slice and dice data on a whim. The spreadsheet like interface is really easy to use and views is really handy. This has enabled me to manage a lot of relationships all from my inbox for free!
I love that streak is built into gmail, so you don't have to browse to a new webpage to use its features. It adds productivity to emails, such as send later and snooze, and has the ability to create a to-do list right inside of gmail. Again - the best feature is not having to leave gmail.
Every once in a while, it doesn't load properly on my district server. It says "page can not be found" or "page timed out." I know this is a district problem, but I would love if Streak helped come up with a solution for business to whitelist its application.
Working in a school, I'm using my email constantly. It has helped me maintain and track what parents I have talked to, when I talked to them, what's still needing to be communicated, and helps me know when to follow up again. Streak helps me keep it all in check in 1 central place - gmail.
The best is the posibility of use you email like a CRM, making diferents boxes and automatic process. Installing Streak in my GMail, for free and in less than 30 second and Streak allows you to monitor the opening of the emails that you send
Sometimes is very complex, is not easy to manage.
I can assing diferents task to workers, and send email to diferents hours, etc...
I love the fact that it just lives in my inbox. When I explain it to the team, I call it a sophisticated spreadsheet. The simplicity is what I love. I don't need all the bells and whistles of complicated CRM's... I have been with Streak for 3+ years and am really satisfied.
Note, I did say the reason I love it is simplicity. Some things are limited! For example, their mobile app is really not good, I need my team to be able to enter meetings etc. so I can track what they are up to on the road, and if they have android there are alot of limitations. Also the reporting is somewhat limited.
Simple deal tracking, and management over my sales team. I love the reports I do get and if you spend some time you can really customize the program to do projections etc.
I love many things about Streak, however some of the most useful features are that I can see if someone has read my emails, how many times they opened it and the mail merge feature has also saved me a ton of time.
I dislike that it is not compatible with similar apps but that is understandable from a technical point of view. I also wish you could attach files to mail merges (at least last time I checked you couldn't). However I find it extremely useful and have not removed it from my email since installing over 2 years ago!
I'm using streak to solve efficiency issues with traditional email. I use it to send customised mass emails to lists of people and to keep track of the status of different outreach campaigns both for sales and marketing campaigns, and know the effectiveness of my email outreach by monitoring whether people have viewed my emails.
Streak integrates directly in Gmail - which is where I spend a lot of my time. The pipeline functionality, task integration, contacts, email filters and reporting are seamlessly integrated
There's not a lot to dislike. Although, as not-for-profit, it's on the pricier end.
Efficient management of potential and current customer interactions and contact management. Helps us to effectively track customer relationships and progress.
Ease of use, integration with gmail, and friendly customer support team.
API has had some hangups for us - wish it was more robust and easier to hook up a push/pull relationships.
Customer success - having the data from our webapp in our gmail so we can easily message and support our users.
I was never a fan of sales supporting tools. They always asked me to change my way of working, adopt my behaviour to theirs. Not with Streak. Their tool sits in my Gmail as a sidebar and allows me to use it as part of my normal behaviour with a minimal amount of efforts. Create a box, add basic details, add a reminder and send.
I have thought of switching with other solutions because of their lack of an Android app solution (I use their beta but it is rather basic). Another minor reason that could be better is that it's not really eye-candy. I often prefer more polished apps over the basic app that Streak is, but 1) it works and 2) the latest updates are clearly improvements...
For our small consulting business, the usual prospect phase spreads multiple months. Having a tool like Streak helps to have a better understanding on that process and deal (pun intended) with the different leads with ease.
If all you want to do is keep track of leads with a small team, is a great software
Email filters aren't that great, and the engine generating subject line often include misc words. Also, when someone not on team forwards you a deal, you can't the deal to box automatically
Collaborating with our US office on deal flow. This has made it much easier to keep track of our pipeline
We love that it integrates with Gmail, so no need to use a different app for this. It is fully customizable and it keeps your projects updated. I find myself using it every day, and for different situations: client management, business inquiries, employer enrollment, and so on.
Streak comes with a feature that Gmail does not natively do, which is "Read Notifications". This is a good thing. The bad thing is that for that, sometimes (and only sometimes depending on the receiver) my sent email is reported as SPAM...which never happened before.
It keeps my database updated and running inside my daily tool: Gmail.
I like how email tracking is very simple
The learning curve for other features is a bit too much for me
I am able to track emails I send, opens being the most important
I've been using Streak for a while now, I like the email tracking the most which gives notifications on when and how many times clients opened my emails. Also since I use Pipedrive as well it's very easy to integrate to manage my sales pipeline. The best part is I can create different boxes like Lead or Demo or Contactd which shows all the reports in one place.
At times it happens that when I send an email to the client it doesn't land in their inbox but in spam due to streak extension, not sure why but if you can help with this it would be great. Also if there could be an auto email feature when someone opens my email that would be amazing.
I am using Streak mainly as CRM and email marketing tool. It allows me to track and manage all my emails in one place and show the open rate or click rate with real-time notifications. It also integrates with Pipedrive which makes it really helpful to manage all my sales leads and contacts and I can create different categories like contacted or lead or demo which gives a clear picture of my activities.
Understand how much your interlocutor sticks to what you're saying (# open mail, time, # interlocutors ...)
If you don't pay, then it's quickly overloaded, so I think to catch 100% of the value, you need a premium plan which is quite logical.
Understand how my interlocutor is interested by what I'm saying
It's a good CRM if it works properly and I've had good customer support from their team when things come up. It sits right in my Gmail so I can my contacts without leaving my inbox, which is super nice.
There have been times when I've had issues with the platform and their support team wasn't responsive or didn't know how to fix the problem. I imagine they've improved this a bit and overall the CRM does as expected.
It's good for both outbound prospecting and also managing your sales pipeline. There are limits to the number of contacts it holds before they ask you to upgrade but it's enough to manage a pipeline, rather than a database on leads.
Streak is a email tracking solution. Helps me with tracking the views received on cold emails sent and also tells me the location of viewer including city and country.
A dashwbaord that helps me see the emails opened every single day and a prompt to help me with follow-ups.
Email tracking of cold emails sent every day. Knowing the open rate along with information on place of opening and reading by the receiver. Helps keep a tab on my follow-ups too.
