What do you like best about Scoro?

It is customizable and there are many approaches to searching for projects / tasks depending on the client you are viewing. Gantt, for example, is very useful as a summary. You can add custom fields, so you can easily add the data you need. Multiple perspectives that show tasks for each project, person, etc. This allows you to track the time of your entire organization. The most useful thing about Scoro is that you can plan projects that occur frequently. The biggest advantage is that you can track jobs throughout the job process and track all deadlines and outcomes in one easy-to-find place. This allows everyone to access the same page. Another advantage is that you can use the Gantt chart feature to quickly change schedules and results. Clients love to see the visual representation of a project plan, and Scoro provides the ability to share it with clients.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Scoro time monitoring function is most likely one of the most in need of enhancement. It has all of the essentials for project time tracking, but not much extra to make it more comprehensive. Aside from that, the ability to create forms lead to other forms in job creation would be another enhancement that would make job opening much more efficient. Some of the connectors are simple to use, while others require customer care assistance to completely integrate with my system. Because it is so customisable, it may be a little intimidating at first, and I discovered that we didn't have an optimal underlying fix.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have client and team timesheets, and creating client timesheet invoices and team timesheet reports with Google Sheets has always been a time-consuming and difficult procedure. Scoro novel timekeeping and reporting tool solves that challenge. Scoro is all I need to manage my projects, tasks, and the launch of our product; each stage of development is highly detailed so that we don't miss any important steps in between. When I discuss notification at each stage of the progress, I may tag all team members to take care of the progress and vice versa.

What do you like best about Scoro?

I appreciate how you can manage the process in as much detail or as simply as you need for different internal teams to complete their projects and duties while maintaining transparency for everyone. We also like the option to conduct evaluations and approvals online rather than in person or on paper. It greatly expedites our work because several of our project stakeholders frequently travel or are out of the country. Because you may access the documents from anywhere with an Internet connection, this review function helps us to collect input and approvals quickly.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

While the new style makes logic and looks attractive, I like the old one since it appeared to be easier to work with. Project management has become more challenging as a result of new upgrades. Some previously simple components of project management have grown more difficult to handle, necessitating more clicks to accomplish the same amount of labor. The program also has certain restrictions for what we are utilizing it for.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting several internal teams to operate on the same system with various workflows has always been difficult, but Scoro has allowed each team to manage their work in their chosen style without affecting any other internal teams in the process, providing for transparency. Scoro helps us coordinate tasks and keep different team members organized so that each assignment is finished on time. We also utilize Scoro to submit projects and papers to team members for evaluation. The digital review procedure works effectively for us since it allows our teams to continue working and projects to progress even when personnel are vacationing or stationed outside of the nation.

What do you like best about Scoro?

I enjoy how easy it is to create projects and how task bundles may assist minimize project creation time. I also enjoy how easy it is to manage Projects, Tasks, Quotes, and Billing all in one place. The project management capabilities are excellent, and the growth of system updates has been really beneficial. Scoro customisation works great for us; we've been able to change a lot of the variables to better suit how we manage projects.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Although it is very adaptable, the system cannot be altered to the extent that we want because some of the dropdown lists are default settings. It would be good to be able to delete a task from a project without having to return to the project you were working on in the first place. Another downside of this program is unquestionably its cost.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were having a lot of trouble talking with Accounting about what had been billed, so this has helped to bridge that gap by allowing all departments to see what has been billed. Despite having so many team members working remotely, the perks have made it easier to stay up with tasks as a team. Scoro has been a fantastic time-tracking tool for every project I've worked on with my team. It also includes a summary of bills and pricing proposals. We use Scoro as our CRM and project management solution instead of many platforms. We now have a firm grasp on the profitability of individuals and roles at the project level.

All of the integrated financial management and integrations we've set up with Scoro have simplified many administrative elements of managing our work. And the real-time visibility into project performance (schedules and financials) is excellent.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Navigating through some of the integrations took a bit longer than I expected for implementation. The support to implement things was not as timely as we had hoped.

What do you like best about Scoro?

The user interface is excellent, it is simple to work with the team, and there are several connectors that can be linked via Zapier. Scoro is currently widely regarded as one of the greatest task management and project management tools, and it has really aided me in organizing and monitoring open and finished projects, as well as scheduling to-do lists. It also allows me to prioritize chores and forthcoming initiatives, something my team was very thrilled about.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

There are other features that we had to seek from Scoro that we believe would have been obvious from the start. The task creations/Gantt chart view, for example, is quite difficult. Dependencies are ineffective. There appear to be some bugs to be worked out there. Customer service can be sluggish to reply to ongoing concerns or inquiries, but the remainder of the product works great and there are no serious faults with the software itself.

We are resolving issues that arose as a result of the extension. Scoro is a fantastic tool for growth; now that we can interface with Jira, which was previously a challenge for the team, we can build projects more quickly. Scoro Dashboard and reporting tool assist us in tracking sales team KPIs and keeping track of open project downtime. Furthermore, the ability to monitor workflow and issue bills and invoices for successful agreements and leads puts you in complete control.

I would like to be able to add a resource to projects directly within the project. And I wish it was easier to pre-populate timesheets with scheduled times.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro has enabled us to fully abandon paper and spreadsheets. The program is highly powerful and has a lot of functions without being overly complex to use. The platform is simple to use and regularly adds new capabilities; it works with software that you know works and is always being improved.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Without a doubt, one of the most unfavorable characteristics is its price, which may become prohibitively expensive in big equipment. There are also a few small concerns that should be addressed in future software releases. One of them is the inability to simply reorder things in a budget in bulk; everything must be dragged individually. The inability to export Gantt charts as a PDF/JPG file to incorporate in a presentation or send to a customer is another limitation.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Where we previously depended primarily on spreadsheets, project management has become a breeze. Real-time monitoring of agency resource utilization and project budget burn. When you tried to make a report on our previous platform, it would crash, but Scoro gives this data live via the dashboard or in the Reports tab. Also, our staff are happier with Scoro than with the prior product; if you need to spend all day working on a professional services automation tool, it must be quick, intuitive, and have a decent UX/UI.

What do you like best about Scoro?

It is simply modifiable and customizable to meet the demands of the firm. It is also updated on a regular basis and communicates with our accounting software (Xero) and time tracking software (Toggl). We value the ability to organize our work and keep track of our projects, finances, and who is working on what. All that is important and easy to use leads to a lonely environment in everything we do. It has been a great resource in our efforts to improve our organizational fitness.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Scoro, in my opinion, lacks a time component that adequately reflects the demands of a creation group. The format is rather broad, and it might be difficult to adapt at first. You may achieve this by utilizing a task timer to keep track of Alow's working hours. We may also utilize TOGGL, with which Scoro interfaces. However, interaction with third-party systems such as Toggl and Xero might be unreliable, resulting in western sync difficulties. I'd want to be able to add tasks to my calendar and tasks from the Planner tab, rather than only the calendar and tasks sections.

It is also linked to Google Calendar, which is a fantastic synchronization tool, making the building panels as simple as possible. I can easily obtain any analytics that I need, which makes creating traction reports for commercial meetings simple and painless. Pending tasks can be viewed in a variety of ways, and numerous performance indicators can be used to evaluate each person's performance based on their duties. Performance data and calendar events are displayed through a fully user-friendly interface in a highly direct platform for each type of client.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The performance of mobile apps is really poor in comparison to its other versions, and the pricing mechanism of this software is undeniably pricey. It has not been greatly strengthened as a budget management and billing software, and it can be stated that one of its main disadvantages is the cost of using the tool, because it contains several unbalanced costs that are added as the number of features implemented increases, and because there is a lack of guidance and information that is not supplied when the service is received. I also want the platform's overall look to be customised in terms of sources, colors, design, and so on.

The project management functions are outstanding, and the evolution of system updates has been really advantageous. Scoro's customisation works wonderfully for us; we've been able to tweak many of the variables such that they truly fit the way we execute projects. It contains all of the features, but nothing else we attempted did.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Its configuration is completed fast, therefore there is no need to study or adjust because it is intuitive software. For better framework administration, all modules or capabilities are integrated through the control panel or control board. The fact that it is a multipurpose program appealed to us the most. It has enabled us to handle CRM, billing, and process monitoring all at the same time. As a result of all of this, we are able to enhance various elements of the organization from a single location. The control panel, views, and filters, as well as the interface, are all well-designed features that adapt to any device.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The learning curve is rather steep. However, once you've got everything set up, it's pretty much easy sailing from there. It might be a little too complicated at times, and it can take a while to wrap your brain around all of the many ways to do the same task. I've been using it for a little over a year and am continually discovering new things.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scoro is being used to manage our client database, as well as to coordinate people's workloads and do sales, performance, and organizational problems analysis. You name it: task and project management, proposal pipeline management, financials, time monitoring, and staff efficiency tracking. What do you like best about Scoro?

This allows for a more dynamic administration of activities and saves time by avoiding having to re-set a task. To remind yourself of activities or events that you've previously scheduled in the calendar, the alert capabilities are quite helpful. Bill tracking is done in a way that gives me a comprehensive picture of all I need to know. As a result of Scoro, we've been able to streamline our financial and project management operations. In this way, everything we accomplish is brought together in one place. It's a miracle.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The only concerns we've heard are about how long it takes to complete a project. As a result, we may approach out to the Scoro team to see if there are any ways we can further personalize our own experience/workflow within Scoro. Because some large email companies like Gmail do not sync your contact list, it might be difficult to find people. For this reason, it is not a software you can use right away. It takes time to master all of its capabilities and make the most of it.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is now possible to manage the many projects and jobs that we perform on a daily basis. Improved profit margins through better tracking of project expenditures, etc. are some of the benefits we've seen. In addition, a modular dashboard allows us to keep track of all of the activities planned for the week and gives regular feedback on existing objectives and sales agents' performance. It's all in one place. It is very easy to implement and allows you to manage all projects from beginning to end (quotes, projects, payment, etc.).

What do you dislike about Scoro?

You need to enhance it, despite the fact that it includes a cost management feature. Prices for a project are difficult to estimate in advance (some expenses are for the entire project, and sometimes there is more than one cost for a single service) since it is difficult to establish all the costs connected with a project in a bid. Scoro interaction with Google Calendar isn't quite finished, and switching between Scoro view and Google creates a lot of extra effort.

All consumers may receive estimates in a simple and professional manner. Also, I'm able to perform all of this through a single site or service. Another service was more complex or incomplete than the one I needed, so I decided to look elsewhere. It is also linked with Google Calendar, which is a wonderful synchronization tool. The building panels could not be easier. I am able to acquire any metric that I am searching for with great simplicity, which makes traction reports for commercial meetings, easy and without issues. In addition, the training of new beginnings on the platform is quick and straightforward, since the interface is so clear and intuitive.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Only the quantity of tiles you may utilize inside a panel is limited. In other words, I saw it almost by building numerous panels for various applications and it's easy to switch between them. I also want the general aesthetic element of the platform to be personalized (sources, colors, design, etc.)

Task management, project management, client monitoring and an overview of the projects. It was really beneficial to use data for analysis. In the field of shooting reports, I found another CRM complicated, whereas Scoro offers limitless filters to assist me locate the specific information I'm looking for. What do you like best about Scoro?

We are able to complete our full project process in one program. CRM, Sales Pipeline, Quotes, Projects, Tasks, Invoicing, and Time Tracking. All of our project contacts, notes, and files are in one spot. It is quick and easy to see where a project is at, who needs to do what, and if we are ahead or behind. I also appreciate that we can invoice within Scoro and track payments. Another benefit is that you can see the utilization of everyone to make sure you are using everyone to their full potential.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

As an Administrator, I convert quotes and set up a lot of projects for other people within our company. Scoro defaults to me as the person in charge of the project so there is some manual changing of people that has to be done when converting tasks in quotes to projects. Not a huge deal but it does take time. In the utilization report you can not filter out billable and non-billable time but I believe they are working on creating this feature. As Administrator, it would be nice to be able to make changes in other colleagues accounts without having to log in as them (it would be nice to have an Administrator panel where I could set up email signatures and other common features for each user without having to log-in to each of their accounts). There is a lot that can be done, but there is also room for growth.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have saved a lot of time with project management. Everyone knows where a project is at through the notes and files we can attach to a project or quote. We have also been able to fully utilize all of our consultant's time. By being able to schedule and assign tasks well into the future we have been able to make sure everyone within our organization is being used at capacity (tracked in the Planner and through Utilization Reports).
