It is a great way to sort out your onboarding process.
It takes a little time to get a hang of it.
Having used Excel sheets previously, using Rocketlane has eased the overall onboarding process
I can Apply some filters as per my requirement it is user friendly.
I am not able to direclty search anything.
Because there are many filter and all informations are available at one place so it is very useful to us.

More enhancement to the platform would be helpfull
Reminders, Allowed Clients to view the progress on the Tasks or phases which avoids us to keep update the clients in timely manner
The interface is streamlined and keeps all tasks organized. It is easy to navigate and manage different projects, set up tasks, set deadlines and collaborate with team members. It provides the correct visibility to the clients to track the progress of their projects.
As of now, everything is working great !
Rocketlane is pretty smooth in organizing workflows and has helped improve our project management. It has performed incredibly well and could be of great benefit to any organization.

As a CSM responsible for implementation, it is a great tool for tracking implementation, customer details, and iterating on common templates.
I like that you can create custom fields and columns to track what applies to your business. I also like that you can create dynamic templates for varying client needs.
Once a project is created you cannot dynamically update project dates/timeline. You have to manually update the date or each phase of the project. You also can't dynamically update the project template. It would be nice if you could add additional phases to a project or more easily update the project once it is created.
Rocketlane is helping us keep track of all the tasks that need to be completed in an implementation. It helps us keep track of to-do items, and due dates, and helps us easily see the status and project of each client.
It helps me automate my mundane tasks. The tool has evolved so quickly in such a short span that it has made my life a lot easier. Onboarding customers has never been systematic and I would love to see how Rocketlane's capabilities can make work easier for me.
There is nothing to dislike about the tool but I cannot wait to see the next few feature updates that will take place. The automations and streamlining of an onboarding journey has never been better.

Rocketlane is the most comprehensive tool project management tool we evaluated and I'm so glad to be working with them. No real downsides in my experience so far.
Rocketlane keeps me and my team so much more organized, and it allows us to manage tasks and timelines with internal collaborators as well as external customers.
The platform is incredibly easy to use and very well thought out. There are even some nice little easter eggs that we didn't know about that made the process so much smoother to onboard our clients. The support team is incredibly helpful and responsive. Our clients love having a very easy project management tool that they can refer to and also share with others. Our team loves having a tool that helps speed up our processes and betters our implementation methodology.
I really cannot think of anything. If there were a "nice to have" request that we put in, the answer was always, "On the road map, coming in 1-2 months or Q4".
It is saving our team hours of work every week, resulting in a huge ROI for our company. Our implementations are getting faster and our clients are more organized as they're able to know what's coming.
Status Update module helps me nudge my users at the customers end to take action as well as to keep the buying committee informed on the onboarding progress
I haven't identified any issues with the platform yet. The UI is a little overwhelming at times.

Project plan feature of Rocketlane makes it easier to understand the timelines, ownership, and due dates of tasks. 4. Not just project management but also the timesheet feature helps in resource planning. 5. Easy to understand compared to Jira or any other platform.
1. Latency Issue. 2. In the timesheet, when we don't log hours against the task. On reload of the timesheet, the task gets deleted from the UI. 3. Can be made more customizable like drag and drop like tasks in the project board.

More Efficiency and productivity in handling the projects/customers. 3. Helps in better onboarding experience even to customers along with stakeholders.
Its clutter-free design. Its ability to show details in the form of a Gantt chart. The option to chat, and send information to your clients within the tool. The option to create various custom fields and have them all displayed on the list in a custom order.
Integrations. They provide a lot through their Zapier integration but we use a lot of tools and so it would be great to have a deeper integration with them. Also, the file upload option is brilliant but if it were to be made available only s a client unlocks a stage in the onboarding process, it would be great.
Rocketlane helped us revamp our onboarding process. It gave us our first taste of a well-defined onboarding process. It helped us open conversations with clients right at the beginning. It really helped in reducing churn. It also gave us a direction into what onboarding should be like, it helped us plan and have it executed in real-time. We can see a real change in churn and expansion through this.
