I've used multiple email automation systems but reply gives the best data, assistance and all round easy to use design!
I can't really fault it! But the one thing I would say is that it can sometimes be quite laggy.
It is solving email outreach and making it super seamless!
What's most helpful is the simplicity of the tooling. You can create lists, and seamlessly run sequences on them - all with a few clicks.
There's a couple of bugs from time to time but the eng team is pretty responsive and are able to fix them quite promptly.
For me, they are really solving the list building piece. The ability to query contacts and get their information is incredible.
Reply.io is the best Outbound and Outreach tool on the market, period. The UI/UX is fantastic, and the customization features are immense. Finally, a product with solid pillars of email deliverability and automation from LinkedIn and other channels. Congratulations team.
Chrome extension can be improved. Needs more stability, mainly in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Overall is good but needs some love. Also, more custom variables (liquid syntax) would significantly improve message personalization. Something like Mutual Connection, Period of the day(Morning, Afternoon, Night), Time in current job, etc...Overall, a great product
With a platform like Reply.io, we can increase the volume of qualified leads/prospects and close more deals and MRR. Email deliverability is also super important, which we can achieve with a tool like Reply.
I love the interface, easy to understand and find what you need. Their support is so fast too!
Right now there isn't anything. If anything comes up I speak with support and they genuinely take it on board and most of the time add to the roadmap!

Reply.io got great solutions for lead generation; I like everything about emailing, LinkedIn automation, etc. First of all, I was looking for a tool to work with LinkedIn leads, but then I started using other Reply's solutions, and I can recommend it.
I cannot say it's what I dislike, but I prefer a more extended free trial period for any service. Nevertheless, this is a good service, and it's worth being tested.
It helps me automate my work on Linkedin, and it is also handy to use when making email outreach. So it covers mostly all of my marketing needs. Now I know that I don't miss any quality lead.
If I ever have an issue with my reply account or any questions with sequences, the friendly Reply team solves the issue within 10 minutes, every time!

3 months ago we started to use Reply.io for our email outreach and I can say that it's the most convenient tool we've ever used. There are a lot of different functions that do work with email for us easier (A/B testing, letter positivity, templates, and so on). Customer support is always in touch and ready to help.

Solving Outbound outreach via different channels. The most common is Email and LinkedIn cooperation.
I was looking for an email cadence tool... outreach.io was the one everyone was talking about... but hey typical corporate fashion... no transparent pricing, only yearly contracts etc... bad service for small/medium business... it wasn't working. Then I found reply.io and gosh... what a find. I LOVE it. Reasonable pricing, amazing functionality, easy to use, good integrations with Pipedrive... it was really all I needed. Service has been great too. I am a huge Reply.io fan!
No downsides so far. I love everything about reply.io.

Their customer support is super helpful! When raising different sorts of questions to their team, they have been always providing a great customer support, doing their best to find a solution, workaround or compensate the problem.
I wish if there were a "back" button when opening a single sequence, so this button could enable going back to the full list of sequences. Currently, if I want to back , I need to click on the Sequences tab. Just a UX thing, in my opinion.
Warming up an email address or even a whole domain was a struggle I constantly faced when doing email outreach. The Warm Up email function is super helpful when adding any new address, making sure I decrease chances for my email to finish up in spam.
Reply has outstanding and reliable customer service. No need to wait for a couple of hours before our team's queries/problems are solved. Plus, Reply itself is a beneficial email marketing software. Hands down to Reply team!
It would be the graphics. Once the sequence is opened, it automatically redirects to the steps. I don't find it pleasing. For me, it would be better if once the sequence name is clicked, it would shift to the sequence inbox instead.
Minor queries in running the email campaigns. Reply has a bot who instantly answers concerns and if ever the scenario requires a human presence, their team won't keep you waiting for long.
I do like the settings' simplicity and performance. Ideal tool for outreaching.
Technologies behind the user interface are a little bit outdated, which is why sometimes I had issues with screen updates.
E-mails outreach automation for sales. I send ~2000 e-mails per month and get leads from there. Also, I connected Reply to Zapier to automate some processes in CRM and minimize routine work.
Extremely easy to use and you are ready to start your sequences very quickly. Easy management (import and enrichment) of leads.

I like best their UI/UX because it's designed well and it really makes the process more simpler to navigate given that the workflows can get complex.
Sometimes the campaigns are suspended when there are too many invalid emails, which has caused us some delays and confusion.
It's helping us build leads from lists of cold emails. We mostly use it for lead generation and it's been efficient so far.
