As an inside sales lead, I handle a team of 20+ BDM and we all need to work towards our monthly and quarterly goals. For this we need accounts and data, so zoominfo does 70% of our work.
I have used this tool for almost 6 years, and i can say that best tool for a sales professional. You can generate leads, make calling, run campaigns, reporting what not.

I have used this tool in two previous organizations for almost five years, I haven't anything better than Zoominfo, however in my current company, they use their competitor
Lead generation is the main thing Zoominfo solves and now zoominfo has changed a lot, so if you are part of sales team you know you can do 80% of your work on zoominfo
The User-Interface is very easy to navigate. I like the amount of filters provided to users to allow defined searches for leads and contacts. ZoomInfo's dashboard also allows for great information like Intent Signals.
Sometimes I notice that despite my filters, some contacts may slip through and completely disregard my filter. For example, if I filter out employees working in HQ in Texas, some random person who doesn't live in Texas occasionally filters through. However, even this is rare.
ZoomInfo recently made some changes to the UI. This was a great update as it allowed me to remove filters I don't use, which overall made the page more comfortable to view and easier access to information necessary for me.
ZoomInfo allows my sellers to identify ideal customers when they are ready to make a decision. They can generate a pipeline with urgency while confidently targeting our customized buying committee.
If administrators are unfamiliar with SalesOS and have not completed the SalesOS certificate training; sellers will have difficulty adopting the tools. Training and education are critical.

How easy is it to navigate through my accounts and dig up the right and best contacts inside the companies by filtering roles, using preset filters tailored to my need, like buying committees, scoops, etc.
I might be missing key shortcuts to be more effective and efficient in gathering the information needed for me as an account manager to use its full potential. Perhaps more tutorials should be available for me to learn how to use the tools better.

It has all the required data stored, important for prospecting and for a business to grow. For, identifying potential connections in this tech-led time it's crucial.
It needs to be updated. sometimes I don't find exact data, and the numbers or emails are not updated, wrong, or unavailable, hindering the prospecting process. Please, check and fix that aspect with updated and correct data.
Zoom info has great data storage, it helps me to perform market research activities nicely and i figure out the companies and contacts who could be potential clients for my company. It's helpful for lead generation, calls, and emails.

What I like the most is the quality of the information, contacts, purchasing propensity, and detailed financial information that can be obtained through the simple filters of the advanced search. I like how easy it is to export data to different formats and even better directly to Salesforce, this option is really useful and allows excellent management of resources, time, and efforts.
Sometimes the contact information is out of date. I think that the filters applicable to job positions could be even more precise. search conditionals can sometimes end up in redundancies.
