It's got a great system that handles everything all In one. The LinkedIn scraping email feature is also very helpful. The way the Ux/Ui is designed it's one of the simplest platforms to use
The deliverability is decent but their servers don't deliver as well as mailshake. It's not a huge difference but if they could boost their deliverability by 5-10% that would be great.
Basically I used to use 2-3 different systems before using reply. But with reply I can scrape emails, I can send emails, and I can verify emails all in one. The LinkedIn scraping tool is very effective and the ability to use various sequencing and messaging on different platforms is great and I hope they continue to expand on this.
LinkedIn integration feature. Just great
Inbox is not useful, no search by emails
Email automation with 2nd touch on LinkedIn
Template tester rating different sections of an email.
Difficult to understand the people I speak with. No real person to person conversations to address questions.
I love that you can warm up an email. Imagine a new employee with a brand new email. You can't start with shooting 1000 emails per day. You will be blocked. The software also offer what is the best ramp-up scenario for the number of emails to be sent on a daily basis.
It would be great if the system could be synchronized with LinkedIn so that it could automate the linked in "View Profile" and "Send Message" actions.
Creating a mass outreach campaign for potential users.
The customer service! I am still new to Reply, so I haven't explored every feature yet. I like the different ways to automate steps in sequences, especially wth Zapier.
I dislike having to use the extension for task management, but overall it is still usable. V3 is supposed to be better in this regard.
Adding in email verification and adding different outreach methods to sequences.
Iam impressed with REPLY io calling feature as it helps to connect easily and also the pick up rates are brilliant as it routes throught the local region which is a brilliant
Rare glitches on Campaign Dashboard analytics
It eases the bulk work of sending emails with its effective automation, emails, and calls tracking features rally make the work easy and measurable
After using outreach for some time, I switch for a more lightweight solution (and less expensive !). Reply is simple to setup and use, campaigns are performing well, reporting is clear. Support is reactive and competent! Best bang for your buck.
Nothing to report here, as with all software you'll have some options or features that you'd like to have but it's a very good platform, I'd not complain here ;)
Simple email automation.
that I can simply create sequences, groups and lists of people, create my own filters
sometimes bugs it has, can find all emails I need
Automatization of routine sales processes, I can mix LinkedIn and emails - very suitable
I recently opened this soft for me and found it very useful for sending emails with follow-ups. I like the opportunity to add contact lists with manual options, the system recommendations about the text in email, planning and personalizing emails. I like very much support in a chat - always find the answers to my questions and even more - can give a piece of advice about the domain!
The navigation isn't intuitive enough. It wasn't easy to find the place with signatures and sometimes double names of the sections make me crazy (for example, People in sequences and People as a general section). Also, I would like to see an easy way to check which emails exactly are delivered-non-delivered (a list with emails and names) and the possibility to fix failed emails inside the system.
I share information with the media trying to outreach the journalists. My benefit is their reply to my email and interest to my topic. That helps me to achieve the KPIs of media coverage.
The email scraper, email warmup, overall user interface
sometimes it runs super slow or scraper doesn't work correctly which can slow down efficiency
automated sending
technical support - they are very quick to respond to issues of different complexity and importance
the opening speed of the website can be slow sometimes
benefits in the form of foul apes, multiple campaigns, a user-friendly interface, and a cool support team that speaks to me in Russian among other things
Reply has a great and intuitive interface, as well as a Chrome extension to make it easy to get contacts into campaigns. It's easy to set up campaigns with existing templates, and their support / help interface is very robust with a lot of useful content.
There are a couple of things to ramp up with - but that's the same as with any program. It's very intuitive and the company is very supportive of any tech support / help issues that may arise. Not much to dislike, really!
I've been able to create multiple campaigns based on geography, do A/B test emails, and really organize my workflow around who is actually opening my emails rather than blindly stumbling around in the dark.
easy to use and easy to create automations. Sending emails via gmail helps with the delivery rate
A little expensive product, and the annual payment for us who are from Brazil harms the company's cash (because our currency against the dollar is undervalued)
We were able to create an automation flow, and reduce the time applied to prospecting.
Consumer-grade. Easy to use. Do not need to do DKIM/SPF settings if you are using O365 or Gmail. Zapier-friendly.
Can be a bit more expensive than most of their peers.
Scale outreach in a personalised manner + ability to drip them
The entire UI is intuitive and easy to use. Connecting to your preferred mail server is a breeze, and you can build and launch email campaigns with a few clicks (email copy aside).
There isn't much to dislike here. There is a learning curve with any new product, but it is a very short one compared to others on the market.
We can reach our prospects with ease and can measure the performance of our email campaigns to see what is working and what needs tweaking. The actionable insights that Reply.io provides are invaluable.
My favorite feature is the ability to detect time zones automatically. Saves me a lot of time and allows me to send much more personalized emails. The A/B testing has also helped me improve my open rate.
I feel the cost can be reduced a bit for clients not using the email extraction feature.
My email engagement has engaged significantly and I can target my pain points much more easily.
Reply is super easy and intuitive to get set up - a monkey could do it
Nothing really - they've added a lot of capabilities recently on channels outside of just email which has been really helpful
We needed to scale our outreach and outbound sales processes, and this helped a ton. Saved us 10s of hours per week on drafting notes
I like the simplicity, ease-of-use and UI
I like everything. There's nothing I would change.
Emailing at scale. Email follow-up.
This tool is really useful for not only finding contacts but streamlining communication with a large volume of clients. I've saved me so much time and generated lots of new business.
The one thing I dislike is that it sometimes grabs contact info for people you're not interested in if other people are on the page that you are looking it. This is a minor criticism though.
Getting contact details for new clients. It's just a great time saving tool.
Ease of use. It is very clear on how to get prospects into a sequence.
Finding things like logged notes from a call is complicated.
The benefit has undoubtedly been the vast majority of prospects we are able to engage with.
