How it easily connects to LinkedIn and how it organizes things to track connections.
I wish I could copy and paste steps and move them around.
It is allowing us to have a way to easily pursue prospects.
Easy to use interface, excellent support and customer success team. I love being able to use LinkedIn AND email outreach and I look forward to phone outreach being added too
Can't wait for phone outreach to join in - would also be useful to be able to customise lists rather than go with the names that are already in place. I've been really impressed by the platform
Outreach at scale using more than one platform (email and LinkedIn) that is personalised and timed. Helps me maximise my time and drives engagement with cleints
In my oppinion is a easy way to create contacts lists and campaigns. The way of design campaigns is easy and usefull.
I would like to program campaigns with more than 1 month of time
The first problem to all none known companies is to generate leads and contacts and overloop does it easy.
I like the the linkedin integration to build contact lists
Open/ click rates don't always seem accurate
helping us execute cold email campaigns and track interest from customers
I like how easy it is to create new sequences/workflows and how customizable they are. Also, the reporting features help me evaluate the performance of each of my email campaigns. Generally, importing leads and contacts is simple, quick and has fewer steps than most similar tools.
When you have multiple contacts within an organization, it's difficult to check if you've emailed anyone within that organization before.
Prospect has been great for automating my email follow-ups. I used to spend hours every day on this, and now I don't spend any time on it at all.
In love with the contact fetching and sequence
A lot of manual tasks that can be improved
Sending Sequence
Good automation software (similar to tools like Reply.io) that allows you to split test, segment, and better understand the results of your campaigns.
The price is definitely higher than some alternatives (Mailshake is a lot cheaper) but the additional features like split testing are worth it.
Automating our cold email outreach. This allows us to focus on follow-ups and closing.
I've only just started using prospect.io but it's been really time saving and a neat tool. At first I was a little concerned the data wouldn't be accurate/up to date but I verified it was really quite accurate with some known companies.
I've not really used in anger too much to uncover any issues so far.
Mainly collecting and exporting contacts and prospects. Traditional prospect databases are too wide, and prospect allows me to target specific niches without wading through useless data
Scraping for emails is a great feature. Building campaigns is SUPER easy
Wish it had auto-scraping for all pages within a search. Now you have to manually switch pages and hit the scraping button
Gaining leads through cold emailing
The email finder tool allows me to make contacts with ease, without having to use their personal email. Plus, it helps me find all of my contacts easily, regrouping them by company.
I thnk that the extension in Chrome occupies a lot of space on the screen.
Overloop provides an esay solution to find business emails
The tiered pricing works well for our company needs
No specific complains, the platform is quire user friendly and easy to navigate
Outreach, it's been a great tool to acquire leads
Love the interface - more so than the interface, the Google Chrome Extension, which I use frequently, when I have multiple tabs open in Google Chrome.
From my perspective, Prospect.io data seems to have some integrity issues, meaning that I'm finding more accurate contact information from other, similar tools.
I use Prospect.io to identify new sales prospects, which we research, and then execute direct outreach campaigns.
The Chrome Extension is very simple and is incredibly easy for importing leads to Salesforce.
It's good for commercial teams, but has proven to be very poor at servicing teams focused on Enterprise companies. When you get away from standard (first.last@, etc...) email formats and start adding things like middle initials, numbers, etc... it struggles immensely.
It was originally brought on to solve the problem of the large amount of time our commercial team was spending prospecting and manually inputing data to Salesforce.
I love that Prospect IO is a Chrome extension, so any website you go to, you can simply click the extension button, and it'll scan contact information for you. I also appreciate the LinkedIn feature. It keeps track of people you've already "prospected" - so you can stay organized and don't lose credits.
There are often malfunctions with the software. It has trouble loading, or it simply doesn't work sometimes. I often have to uninstall and re-install the Chrome extension to get it to work again.
We've significantly increased our lead database by using Prospect IO.
Integrates with LinkedIn to create Prospect record in Salesforce.
Salesforce integration is unreliable and required a workaround to even function when prospecting outside US. For a European-based product this was a disappointment.
Lead creation and email patterns
Tools to help find or qualify emails, CRM capability and good contact filtering options.
Lack of unsubscribe feature, lac of list management and the a mail limit of 400 emails sent (total)/day.
Our team was looking for a drip email marketing software that could manage and score our leads. The UX was poor, there were typos and the email editor was not robust. Overall: Pricing plans modelled after how many emails you can send a day was an odd one.
Overall the software can help you save a lot of time, it takes a little time investment up front but saves a lot of manual work.
Had these bugs which made me stop using it: - Always disconnecting my email addresses and not working, and didn't notice it wasn't working for a while. - Their typing field crashes a lot, cutting/pasting/indenting is pretty buggy - Search function in the app doesn't always work - Pretty slow functions - Sometimes no answer to a question about bugs
I used to fill a lot of automation gaps in my sales process. When it was working a little smoother, it was great to save time on prospecting clients.
Hugely responsive customer support team. Very easy to chat with and helpful with answers. It's easy to upload lists, and they offer an email verification service that checks for invalid addresses on upload.
Honestly, there's almost nothing to like. The UI is challenging, the system behaves unexpectedly (eg. you think a campaign is paused or archived but it keeps sending emails), you can't schedule multiple campaigns in advance because one contact can't exist in multiple campaigns, there's a limit of 400 emails sent per day (which is usually fine but can be frustrating in certain circumstances), there's no unsubscribe option/link, there's no clear indication who has received a campaign once the last email has been sent, it doesn't show you lists of who bounced, responded, clicked. It's really only in its early stages. There are numerous typos throughout the application making it feel unpolished and not market ready.
We need a reliable email service provider that integrates with the rest of the marketing stack .
