OpenPhone has been a game-changer for my cleaning business. Its ease of use and implementation has allowed me to seamlessly integrate it into daily operations, making communication with clients and team members a breeze. Customer support is top-notch and the frequency of use has been daily since implementation. The number of features available is impressive and has added value to the business. Overall, OpenPhone has been a reliable communication tool that has undoubtedly contributed to the success of my cleaning business.
I haven't come across any aspects of OpenPhone that I find unfavorable.
OpenPhone is helping me solve the problem of managing my calls efficiently and tracking the effectiveness of my outbound calls. With its VoIP capabilities, I am no longer tied to a physical phone and can easily manage my calls on-the-go. Its outbound call tracking feature allows me to monitor the success of my calls and make adjustments as needed to improve my business.
The convinience is outstanding. They have a very fast and uncomplicated onboarding process. Due to it being so convinient I integrated it in my daily workflow. I had some self created issues that the support resolved quickly. They also have a vast varity of features I am still looking through (Webhooks, text messages, etc)!
Right now there is nothing to dislike! Its a great service.
Calling the United States from Germany is very costly using my business phone number. However with OpenPhone I have unlimited calls and text messages.
The fact that you can text message sms and make in and outbound calls.

Being a parts upplier from South Africa and with several suppliers from the USA makes communication much more effective thus reducing our delivery times and resulting in getting more orders from our clients.
There are no downsides to Openphone at this moment.
Due to high call rates from South Africa to USA, Open phone reduce the costs significantly.
Being able to operate my phones like the big boys is a fantastic tool.
Not being able to set certain contacts to automatically bypass the menu is a bit constraining.

Having a number for another country without being there. This helped me in the moving process from Mexico to Canada, being able to make local phone calls and send text messages, in a friendly app, and at a just price.
Not having data associated to the service. That is why I had to port my number when I landed in Canada.
It allowed me to contact people in Canada even before I arrived there.

Having an US nr in my iPhone - call and sms, that is great, easy to use, immediate support , easy to install, it integrates with a lot of other apps and that's amazing
Would be nice to have a fax service with this nr as well

My teammates and I have a shared business phone number. We get notifications in Slack about any activity. We can see each team conversation history in the app. Inbound calls are routed to our phones, and we can place outbound calls to customers easily too. We have a text autoresponse too.
I am on the go all day. I can use OpenPhone on my iPhone and on my Mac! Its super convenient. I use this platform most days! Each conversation is saved, giving me a quick reminder of our last conversation.
No dislikes to speak of. Any issues I ran into was "user error" and was corrected with additonal training.
I got a new computer and had to reinsall this platform which was a bit tricky. One email to the help desk, got me up and running within minutes.
I've implemented OpenPhone at 3 companies and everyone is a HUGE fan! I love how easy the software is, the integration is done in SECONDS and there is no training needed. If you know how to use a regular phone, you will know how to use OpenPhone. I use this product on a daily basis and it has made my workflow so much easier. It's such a great product, ease of use, and the support team- THEY ARE AMAZING!!!
There is not 1 thing that I dislike about OpenPhone. It's THE BEST!!

Texting and having a dedicated phone number, the hubspot integration is a plus
Double logging of calls in HubSpot is a bit annoying, messing up our numbers.
Helping our team have dedicated numbers for conducting sales, allows us to make cold calls/texts.
