The simplicity of its interface and how easy it makes ecommerce operations. I really, really rate their customer support service too - fast, helpful, very patient and always solve my problem.
My least favourite thing is the troublesome hoops you have to jump through to integrate with WooCommerce - it's a LOT of mysterious keys and check boxes that can be confusing if you're not used to working with those systems all the time. But I think that's on the WooCommerce side rather than Mailerlite to be honest.

In genral, the product works great! I switched from MailChimp for a cost savings, but was very happy to not lose and features, and actually has more features. But this review is about the great customer service I received in working with a touchy DNS updated needed to verify our domain on MailerLite. The response was fast (Hours not days), they asked for a screen shot of my DNS entries and quickly devised a solution. As a software compay, I really like to see other in our industry that excel in good customer services. We recommend MailerLite to our customers that are looking for a Newsletter solution and anyone else we encounter that is looking. Thank you!

Managing my customer list and delivery support and news to our customers.
It is fairly easy to learn, and as a new small business, it gives me the opportunity to have nice features in a free account until I grow my list.
I wish that the migration process was a bit easier.

Hands down the best tech support through the chat box. Josue was thorough and very patient in helping me solve my problem with implementing the code for my email forms to pop up. As a non-tech-savvy person, I so appreciate being helped by a real human. Super friendly and patient and resolved my issue easily!

I was having trouble switching over from classic to new and the person I got through customer support was incredible.
It's easy to use and has all the elements I need. The email support and the video tutorials are great. It integrates easily with other platforms that I use (primarily Thrivecart).
I don't love that they updated to a new version and that it requires a complete migration vs a more simple update. I'm going to lose all my info in the Classic version because they are also discontinuing the free version so I can keep it as an archive. The new version is good though.
Easeful way to reach customers. I can create forms to allow opt outs to certain campaigns. It integrates with my shopping cart and course builder so I can easily communicate with specific customers / groups.
MailerLite makes it easy to send newsletters. It is particularly helpful for me as an author because it's uncomplicated and I can re-use the old version without having to upgrade to new technology. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. I use the system weekly and I can send via TimeZone which is particularly useful.
The newer version is too technically difficult for me.
Being easily in touch with my core readership, able to let them know about new product and bargains.
The customer service is friendly and fast. The program is easy to use. I am very satisfied. These are 2 very important points. Good and fast customer service is my number 1 priority!

Easy to use for email marketing.
I was stressing about the migration of mailerlite classic to mailer lite. I am not a very techy person. The migration was relatively straight forward, with lots of how to guides and lots of simple steps broken down into bite size chunks. I chose to start using a form for email collection. When I user tested, it did not work. The customer support was excellent. Prompt response. Quick identification of where I had gone wrong, and simple solution to how I could fix it - with clear screen shots and arrows so I could learn and fix it myself. Just what I needed. I have used the help desk twice in three days, for small bugs (all my error) and they have been brilliant each time. The updated mailer lite system is so much easier to use. I have no idea why I was so stressed about it all. Great system, easiest I have used so far. I feel it will be easy to integrate mailer lite with my course system that I use, and the number of features on the FREE plan is just perfect for me at the moment whilst I grow my business.
The only downside was the uneccesary self imposed stress about migrating from classic to the new lite system It is great, and so is customer support. Thank you

Mailerlite provides an affordable subscription plan with features that help my email marketing.
For a novice to email collection, embedded forms and landing page surveys Mailerlite has been invaluable in building my business and updating my growing email list. The support when trying to add a survey to harvest customer problems has been so useful. Although my knowledge is limited I felt able to make the changes needed to improve the function of all of the above without feeling clueless. The support team are patient and work with you to solve problems. Great job Mailerlite!
The function of the quiz wasn't as clear as I thought it would be, however once I understood the limitations I was able to make changes effectively.
Mailer lite helps me to automate a chain of emails from an embedded leader magnet request which I use to promote my business and services. I don't have much technical experience in how to build or even embed an external form into my website but I found it to be much easier than I had anticipated with Mailerlites instruction.
Easy to impliment and integrate with APIs. The interface is very intuitive - it's easy to see what you need to do and how automations and subscriber lists interact. It's incredibly easy to use, even if you aren't familiar with how lists and automation work. Plus, customer support is fast and helpful. I'll admit, I'm still fairly new, but I was able to get four lists up and running in a week with only minimal customer support questions. There are a lot of other features to unlock, and I'm looking forward to learning.
Almost nothing! They're fantastic. If I had to say one thing, and let me say first this is totally fair of them as a company but it still doesn't work very well for new potential customers, is there is no email support unless you go to a paid plan. As I said, fair, and I understand, but if you get stuck and can't move forward with the knowledge base (or wildly searching a multitude of videos) then you need to upgrade. But the price is right for new business, so I was in. Don't regret it!
Fixed an issue with emails not passing through to the automation.
at the moment, their technical support is awesome, I had trouble today and the agent stayed in chat with me for an hour, while I was communicating back and forth with my client.
the branding defaults are only applied to emails. Nothing else.
I've used other products and the one thing MailerLite has on them is the interface. Things are much simpler to do.
If you are a beginner, MailerLite is easy to use. They offer tutorials so you know how to create the emails you will send to readers of your website. You can choose how soon you want to show a pop up "ad" (asking your website's visitors to subscribe.) After that number of seconds (or minute) the "ad" pops up offering your readers a chance to subscribe to your website. You get to design that pop up ad, and you can choose the easiest option. When you add your own photo (I used a photo of my roses), it looks beautiful and professional. You can send out an email each week to let readers you have posted a new article. MailerLite never loses the subscribers who sign up, so you can easily get the weekly email out to them. You just click on the current subscriber list, and they are the ones who receive your email. If you are a non-tech person like me, you can choose the easiest method to write your weekly emails. There are many other companies that offer email subscriber service, but they are much harder to use. They are not easy for a beginner. My website has been up and running for nearly 2 years, and I have never had trouble using MailerLite.
No problems so far, and I've been with MailerLite for nearly 2 years now.
When I clean out the cookies on my computer, MailerLite has sent me an error message, somehow not recognizing me, even when I log in correctly. But I have contacted customer service, and they quickly fix this so I can still log in.
simple and easy to use tool. The service is exemplary, they have a tutorial for everything and what they don't have, the attendant will do everything they can to help you.
It's incomplete compared to other tools like active campaign, I miss using UTM to track... although there are UTM in mailerlite it doesn't have the same function, you can't create rules for groups of leads and other things. I also don't think it's fair after 50k contacts to not have unlimited emails anymore.

I was comparing all major newsletter solution which can be used in Germany having the GDPR in mind. And as a freelancer - even with technical background - it was way easier to handle, than the other ones. Although it also has a broad feature set and is easy to implement! The customer support team replies within minutes when using the chat.
The migration to the newer version could have been done full automatic and including all old campaigns
