I've been using mail chimp for 10 years because it's interface, audience management and reporting tools making marketing enjoyable. MailChimp also has intuitive templates, editing functionality and testing tools. Intuit keeps adding and improving upon the strong foundation of Mailchimp and I'm really loving the integration with Canva.
I would love for Mailchimp to improve upon the image library to make it clearer which images are available after you edit the original image. Also, a notice/flag when fonts are different in like text boxes would be helpful. Sometimes you don't know until someone notices in a test email.
Mailchimp is allowing us to communicate regularly with target audiences, promote events and manages our list.
It's very helpful for me to use and their features are very good.
I haven't found any thing bad still yet in this
I had to send bulk emails and it help me in that purpose. I sent many messages and email easily
Mailchimp has stood the test of time and has improved and expanded their services to integrate with many other tools, offering a wide variety of functionalities.
Mailchimp isn't the best options for those who run their ecommerce on Shopify--the integration was native at a point, but that partnership ended a long time ago.
Mailchimp is used for our newsletters, automations, and other campaigns for our subscribers. It has been easy to use, and has enabled us to send out updates frequently, without hiccups.
We can have several different subscriber groups to meet the needs of our organization and send targeted messages to our audiences. We can also track who is opening our messages and change our strategies if needed.
If the message is being sent out to an outlook user it does now show like in the Mailchimp preview. I have reached out to Mail chimp customer service and was told that this is a known issue and they suggest I hire a third-party code writer to customize the HTML code for our needs.
Being able to share when funds are available to patients or when services are expanding. We can also creat different groups so that only those that want to receive certain topics will only receive what they signed up for.
The interface and email creation screens make it simple to deploy an email. The campaign report clearly shows helpful and relevant information about our mailings. Mailchimp integrates well with other contact management systems we use.
There is some ambiguity when managing cleaned, deleted or archived emails.
Mailchimp is powerful enough to work with our large mailing list. It is simple enough for new users to jump in and create a campaign with minimal direction. Mailchimp pairs well with another contact management system we use at our non-profit.
Mailchimp is one of the great and most effective tools for managing email marketing campaigns with tons of benefits by automating your emailers. Their key area of focus is to provide the analytics angle for the campaigns and customise your plans and campaigns accordingly.
There are no such major dislikes but there are a few restrictions with the customization for the emails, as it doesn't have a great template to offer. It does provide new ways of automation for your work and utilizes time.
a. Managing your Email Lists b. It's the new age of AI-enabled technology offering the go-to platform for marketing campaigns. c. It's the most accessible platform and easy to use. d. Offers different options to choose from on the basis of the work you want to do.
Mailchimp's UI and reporting is the best on the market. I've used Constant Contact, Hubspot, and a few others. We couldn't run marketing without it."
It would be cool to see more developed deliverability/ IP/domain warming as a feature in the future.
As a long-time Mailchimp customer, its been a tool that helps us stay connected with our clients.
The best thing about it it's use interface is so simple and you don't need a lot of training It's self explanatory Also list management is so easy to do
For 10 years i haven't experienced any dislikes about it
It make me more productive and efficient
Easy to use, also it's a user friendly Accuracy of database list Easy to create email marketing Also it's simple to setup
It really works best for me i reccommed you to join it
It's great for email marketing i have used it more than 5 years
It's very easy to use and helpful for all our requirements, intuitive, good features
Very little to complain about it............
I'm able to launch campaigns for my clients
Integration with other platforms and design/ audience tools.
I can't think of anything. The service is perfect.
One place for email marketing.
Easy to use: Mailchimp has a user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for marketers to create and send emails, as well as manage subscribers and track performance.
I didn't find any cons while using this service.
Its customizable templates, automation options, and integration capabilities have helped me streamline my marketing efforts.
Its user friendly and super customisable that allows us to send customised messages to your target audience at the right time with 100% accuracy, its AI powered so you get to see analytics as well. some level of training is required but again the UI is intutive and if you start playing the the interface you get to learn on your own. keep track of your sent messages.
pricing could have been competitive as it mainly targets smalls businesses so i belive they can work on pricing a bit and make it more affordable. There is opportunity to further improve the UI to make it more usable for non tech users with self help and tooltips and quick learning videos.
Its a great tool for email marketing reaching your target users for any use case efficiently and keeping track of all your communication and good amout of analytics to make smart decisions, above all its super customisible and allows custom template integration as well. i can always make sure i have my branding in place for any sort of communication i send.
I have used Mailchimp since I started buy own business in 2012. They have always provided ease of use, good reporting, reliable emailing and they also integrate with a lot of software we already use.
The only thing I wish was better was the design templates. They are very stock and boring. If they could be a little more cutting edge with their designs or integrate with services like Canva, it would be amazing.
No problems. Their emails are sent reliably and they have many tools to enhance your mail lists.
Mailchimp is the ideal software when you have a small list of under 10K contacts and you want to do mass emails. The software is easy to use and especially list management is so easy to do.
It can get a bit expensive and not very useful if you have a large company but even then the solution offers enough interesting aspects, furthermore I think it would be great if more templates are added.
We basically do it for one off mass emails to a big newsletter group. The list management functionality is just great! Also it's easy for clients to change the status of their subscription.
I love the campaign options and that you can separate them easily in the app. I love that it has lead capture pages for free too. It has decent storage before you have to pay for anything which is a feature that a lot of similar sites don't have.
I love the app and used it for an email lead generation for my blog, but one downside I've come across is that MailChimp does not allow any affiliate marketing for their funnels.
Free software for building my blog leads and affiliate marketing leads. Free lead capture pages and email marketing up to the first 2000 subs.
Accuracy of database list. A/B test routing
I would like to remove the mailchimp logo at the bottom of emails.
Staying in front of my clients consistently
I really enjoy the ability to easily create and send campaigns from the platform. The ability to segment my audience and build off of that is very helpful as well.
The service limit is the only thing I dislike but that is on me for the plan I wanted and the appropriate price point for my business. I do think that their pricing plans are well laid out and appropriate for the market.
The ability to quickly segment my audience based on the interactions with my emails has given me an enhanced advantage on interacting with my customers and potential customers.
It is very simple to use, having to take over the responsibility of sending emails from my marketing director, it took me no time at all to understand how to use it and track results.
Having to use a 2 week confirmation code to access. Perhaps that is how the marketing director set it up, I haven't attempted to look into that because it's her account I use.
Seeing who has opted out of receiving our emails, especially when some people complain they don't receive communication from us, and we find they unsubscribed! This has helped to grow our mailing list.
Mailchimp has proven to be invaluable for us in managing a database for purposes of our project surveys, and tracking the effectiveness of our E-Newsletter and White papers.
We have found no difficulties working with Mailchimp. If anything, there are so many options, we are sad we aren't constantly using them all.
We are measuring the penetration rate of our E-Newsletter in particular and our financial literacy materials. We are still learning what works best.
