Nothing. It have everything you need to succeed as a business owner.
Keap is like my personal assistant but is better: It works 24-7 365 day a year! It save me about 15 hours per week.
I love how easy it is to use the system. Training was a must, however, Matt was brillant, supportive, patient, and knowledgable. He made sure I had everything I needed to know and where to find it if I realized later I had a question.
The only thing I disklike is the limited options of payment processing integrations. I use Square and have for a long time, but Square doesn't have an integration for Keap. Instead, I had to open a new account with another company. Not a bad thing, but not the easiest.
Time! I am solving the problem of time! No longer do I need to retype email broadcasts every time I want to send a new one. No longer do I need to manually set up appointments for new contacts. All of this is done for me! Keap makes it so easy to quickly do everything I need to do. There are limitless possibilties with their automation system. When a potential client emails me via my website form, an email is automatically sent back to them that allows them to book an appointment with me then a second is sent (after booking said appointment) with information they need to know before going into said appointment. All of this happens without me ever needing to take the time to manually respond. It's such a life saver.
Keap is crucial to the client lifecycle. From initial client contact, automatic emails, follow-up reminders and data storage, Keap is like having a personal assistant that reminds me what the next step is with each client and what their needs are. The customer service from Cathy and Madelyn, is outstanding and they even program the product to our specific needs as they arise.
There is truly nothing I dislike about the product.
All of the lead histories are in one place. Previous contact details can be easily accessed and saves a lot of valuable time.

Pop-ups in landing pages, ability to book an appointment in a specific type as an admin for any time - even if the calendar shows no availability, ability to book recurring appointments as the admin, wish there was an option like Kajabi for online courses and document uploads on the landing pages.
Events online with landing pages, coaching clients, emailing my audience and networking.
It's been great for initiating database calls, and initiating the follow-up is just so easy. Lot's of opportunities to track all forms of communication and keep it in one place that is hyper-easy to access. Great for noting the relationship you are building with customers and clients.
No major complaints. Like all systems, the integrity and accuracy of the info entered will reflect how valuable the information will be.
I used to have issues following up with different clients who were at various stages of the purchasing process. Keap allows me to streamline the information and to avoid missing deadlines and follow-up dates.
I really thought that the one on one coaching was essential

On occasion, as is the case with complex systems, my campaigns become a bit too convoluted to be reliable but that's as much on me as Keap.
My email and marketing reach and focus have been dramatically improved resulting in new clients and sales in a way I couldn't do on my own.
I like the functionality of the software to cover account records, notes, tasks and marketing opportunities. The visual organization of daily tasks and dashboard function make my daily jobs focused and productive! Being able to send email campaigns, broadcasts and tag customer needs provide individual service to each person that comes to our website.
I don't love the app, but the laptop/desktop version is amazing!
Follow up and the nurture flow for our clients is incredible on KEAP. No one falls "through the cracks". The Tasks and Note section make it possible for a new employee to pick right up where the last communication left off. Everyone who comes to our website gets a customer record in Keap and this makes it possible to contact and stay connected to meet their needs.
It may take a while to learn where things are in the menus, but once you get it, you get it. Everything you need for CRM is here. My fave feature is the first-in-its-class campaign builder that's perfect for visual thinkers like me.
Email lists are tightly monitored and become unmarketable if you don't frequently broadcast. Using DKIM authorization for sending email is pretty much a necessity now.
Very complex funnels are a breeze as they are all laid out and interconnected visually. It's great for any business.
I was blown away at the amount of training I received from professionals that used KEAP in their own businesses. Not a call center but actual professionals that cared about me successfully using KEAP
I did not realize the learning curve I needed to create campaigns.

So much is crammed into an hour it is sometimes hard to keep up. Repeat viewing is advised!

I love how easy Keap makes it to automate routine tasks. I have learned to save time by creating automated systems. My clients are served better and I have more brain power to focus on high-payoff activities. I also love how easy it is to create new products and set up payment systems. Keap makes earning money simple.
The only downside to Keap is the landing page builder. We do use it for some things, but it is not as robust as other systems.
I don't have to think about following up with prospects because we have created automated campaigns to do this for us. Our clients are served better and we have more time to generate more business.

It's so easy to connect, stay connected and nurture both prospects and clients. I don't have to worry about any tasks falling through the cracks or trying to remember every detail in my brain / notepads / post it notes. Pretty sure I'm saving some trees here!
I started with Keap Pro and really loved the canvas and campaign builder. I wanted a robust system that would adapt to my changing needs. The online training really helpful, and the help desk was fantastic when I got hung up. But when I started using a shared campaign that had been built using Infusionsoft, I realized the time and date functions wouldn't work in Keap Pro. I wanted the functionality of Schedule Once, so I upgraded to Infusionsoft Max Classic. I really like the ability to add features. It's working so smoothly now.
I asked the questions about the differences between Keap Pro and Max Classic, but I didn't really understand the explanation. If I'd known about the time/date problem for those using Schedule Once, I would have gone to Max Classic right away.
I am looking to automate as much of my business as possible. Keap helps me do that. It stops emails when the desired goal has been reached. It sends out ongoing client feedback emails so that clients are always monitored without my direct attention at every stage.
