Having a single place to manage web, social media and email content with simple analytics to show results is ideal for a small marketing team.
Social media reporting not being integrated into other analytics. Prefer them together.
IT has allowed us to launch a new brand as a sub-brand to our primary with full social media, email, website and landing pages.
This product is by far the industry winner in terms of content management. Hubspot Marketing has allowed us to create a robust audience database and content strategy that allows us to understand our audience in a way we have never been able to before!
The tool can be quite complicated in terms of features. There are so many things you can do with HubSpot it can feel quite overwhelming at times. A tried and tested workflow recommendation would be great for a website, content strategy etc starting from scratch.
The automation capabilities in HubSpot are brilliant! We have developed 10+ automated email series that are triggered according to our customer's behaviour and data profile. It's a great way to re-purpose evergreen content, establish ourselves as thought leaders and nurture qualified sales leads.
One of the best parts of Hubspot is that it's easy to navigate. Really important for us as a team as we are always pressed for time. One of my favorite parts about Hubspot is the Academy, as well as the easy-to-use blog creation feature. The reporting and analytics features are also fun to track and interpret for our clients and senior management.
Some features are limited, as well as it can be expensive for smaller teams with small budgets. We are often in need of extra features that should be available for the rest of our team, but they cannot access them as they need to be upgraded to a higher user, which is currently unavailable due to budget constraints.
The benefits of using Hubspot are: organization, ease of access, and transparency. I also enjoy the Hubspot academy feature when I need to review inbound marketing and content marketing skills. I was able to improve on my marketing know-how. I enjoy working with Hubspot very much and highly recommend it with my friends in other companies.
I love HubSpot's end-to-end experience. Not only they provide you with the marketing automation tools you need, but also they transfer as much knowledge as they can in the process. They never fail to support you with any learning resources.
They need to enhance their website builder. The Content Manager needs more access and authorities.
HubSpot has provided marketing solutions for our company and helped us track our results.
Easy to use, regular updates and changes. No issues with it not being online, very reliable a robust. An excellent team of support to answer every type of problem you make come across, from solving website technical questions to offering advice for reporting. Hubspot makes it easier to notice trends in customer engagement, from seeing the pages a lead has read, what campaign got them into the CRM, the timeline of statistics over a period of time.
Perhaps that some obvious things cant be done, exporting and searching through email content seems to be very limited. The service requests with the biggest amount of user support for change often get ignored, and a new update which wasn't needed gets rolled out. Quick similar to Apple when they announce a new app for their watch that calculates the energy you've burned while doing yoga, but the users wanted a more durable charger for their iPhone.
This helps users to have a central place to support our leads, helps teams to act on behalf of others when they are away.
I can manage social media postings, emails, and our company website from one place. This also makes it easier to see data across multiple modes of communication.
Would like to be able to tag individuals and businesses in social media posts.
I'm creating efficiencies and leveraging data. With one workflow I was able to start measuring the value of our third-party marketing sites while also saving time for my sales team.
HubSpot is very user-friendly, it's simple to navigate, the functionalities are very beneficial for my business, and I love the customization availabilities of website pages and emails.
There is not much that I dislike about HubSpot, although our business would love a cart and check-out implementation.
Our company uses HubSpot to host our website, post to social, send emails, and manage contacts. Our HubSpot rep is always available to help us in any way we need.
I love the ease of use when creating new web pages and the simple tracking of campaigns. HubSpot is the benchmark for me in a marketing system.
Being relatively new to the market still, HubSpot keeps on involving, so things move around a bit and options change, so I have to sometimes go looking for things when I thought I knew where they were. But that is a champagne problem!
Keeping track of all campaign activity and being able to segment my contacts with various filters in my list ensuring I target the right people at the right time. Setting up workflows to automate some of the more mundane tasks that a marketer needs to do.
The tools, of course, are wonderful but Hubspot Support is remarkable. I always know that if I am unable to make something happen all I have to do is reach out to Support and someone will get me an answer. I love knowing that my success is just as important to Hubspot as it is to me and my team.
I wish that chat support was online 24/7. I know that they are available a lot, but there are quite a few times when I need to chat with someone right now and chat will be unavailable. I find chat easier to use than email or a phone call because I can continue to work on other things while I'm waiting for the Hubspot support person to help me come up with an answer to my question and know that we are taking care of the issue in real-time instead of waiting for an email response.
Contact management, deal management, website design, and marketing promotions with social posting and newsletters. Also, managing our Podcast promotions with a dedicated blog page.
The ability to engage with a prospect as soon as they hit your site to the moment they bring you more customers. Hubspot lends itself perfectly to enhance the buyer's journey at every stage.
There are parts that could be more detailed and more organized. Folders in workflows are now a must because we use so many. The if/then decision criteria could be split into 5-10 way options rather than just 2 (yes/ no). This would allow us to do so much more on a much simpler scale
We're able to segment / separate prospects really well by persona/ job title/product interest. We want to be able to use a lot of automation but still, speak only relevant content to each prospect.
1. Automation and Workflows: It saves a lot of times and effort for us. It takes care of sending E-Mails, Following up with leads etc. We also use the Webhook feature to trigger other automation. 2. App ecosystem of Hubspot ensured that various systems could work in sync with each other. 3. The E-Mail marketing tool is simple to use and well designed. I have started sending almost 4-5 times more emails since we moved to Hubspot from a competitor. I would not have known its importance had I not used E-Mail marketing on other platforms. I feel Hubspot has nailed it. 4. I use Social Media management tool for automating my posts. I don't have to look into posting on social media every day. We typically schedule posts once every 2 months and Hubspot takes care of posting them every day. Though I believe that some of the other tools like Buffer and meet Edger, have better features.
The system does develop bugs once in a while which takes time. However, the additional time is less than 1% of the time that gets spent due to bugs.
1. Email marketing 2. Automation 3. Hosting website and landing pages 4. Sales calling 5. ADs
The complete Digital Marketing platform - allows us to manage the complete Customer Journey. Allows us to optimise Content for Inbound (Google Search) . With seamless integration in to Salesforce.com for CRM / Sales Management. From there, the platform is able to help create outbound (Email) campaigns. In addition with our Website built on Hubspot, we can easily modify, manage and develop pages (landing or otherwise) to help with streamlining the customer experience. Reporting allows us to monitor what works and what doesn't quite work and change course as and when required. All this , allows to manage things internally as opposed to relying on Digital Marketing companies out there who will never know our business as intimately as we do.
Very little to dislike, but changes/ updates to the platform can occasionally throw us off, as features that were once present may get discontinued or will be found somewhere else.
Sales and Marketing Alignment. Managing the complete Customer Journey Inbound marketing and improving Google Rankings without having to resort to Google Ads
The user experience and the support is the best part of the product
Reporting could be more friendly, A/B testing is a little problematic and no heatmaps
Marketing automation, social media sequencing, blogging
I can do all of my tasks in one place. And the support team is always available with a quick response and with a solution.
I had an issue with LinkedIn posts [images], but Hubspot' team is trying to solve it. I have difficulties with editing website' pages maybe it could be more simple.
I am using Hubspot to schedule social media posts, to send emails to leads and clients, to create landing pages, to launch new blogs and videos, to learn more and stay up-to-date. All of that in one place, that's great!
The ease of the tools to automate and boost your marketing systems
Emails don't look the same in Outlook which is a Hubspot error
Marketing automation, once in place, takes a lot of small jobs off of my plate so I can focus on developing & optimizing our website.
HubSpot pulls the majority of marketing technology essentials into a single place.
As with almost any CRM, it can be difficult to target more than one type of business. We have two distinct industries in our target audience. However, we have no way of setting up goals, ratings, etc. that only apply to one company type versus another. It could use a more robust social listening option. Captions for videos would also help as I currently have to set these up manually.
We have pulled all of our marketing initiatives into HubSpot in one way or another. It is where we host our blog and landing pages. It what we use to generate trackable short links. It is where we build and operate our email campaigns. It handles our drip campaigns, our monthly and quarterly newsletters, our customer outreach, and our social media. Our entire sales team uses HubSpot as their CRM - which brings sales and marketing much more closely in line within our business. Overall, we have seen a large improvement in lead organization and tracking as well as a huge timesaver for the marketing team.
Automation and effectiveness are critical to maintaining a strong marketing campaign - Hubspot enables me to get so much work done and I can count on it to function properly. If something somehow goes wrong, I know I have robust support to back me up. Email, Social Media, landing pages, lead processing, blog posts, SEO - we try to use every available tool within Hubspot's vast toolbox to keep our marketing engine rolling along smoothly and quickly.
I have very little criticism of Hubspot - it surely gets the job done effectively and if there are issues, I can get them resolved. The support is 24/7/365 and US-based - we have a similar system for our own customers and it is one of our best selling points so I know there's real value in providing effective support. Thank you for all your hard work and for your wonderful software.
We are managing inbound leads from social media and email regularly - with Hubspot's CRM ingetration, much of the lead processing minutae is bypassed. I don't have to work on social media posts every day to have social media content sent every day - I can load up the calendar and trust that the social media posts will be properly disseminated to our audience (customers and partners) in a effective time table.
All the automation setups, ease of contacting and nurturing the target audience. I really enjoy creating pages / blogs & emails on Hubspot. The platform has opened so many doors and is just a pleasure to work on.
Could look at adding drop and drag email building feature to landing / blog / web pages
Having everything in one place and all populated so conveniently
Workflows increase efficiency and create more organised internal processes. easy to use marketing email templates and landing pages to create beautiful marketing collateral for our platform users. The service hub is great to manage queries through tickets, host articles on the knowledge base and provide excellent customer support.
If I had one wish it would be to have deal automation as an individual cost instead of having to pay for Sales pro if it's all you use from that module... Also to have project templates on deals so that deals and projects could be better linked.
We can reach thousands of users using emails and workflows super quickly. It helps me save time and increase productivity. I can ensure better internal processes within my organisation through the use of workflows, pipelines, projects and tickets.
It's just so EASY to use and to explain to people. And the features are there to help you be better. Nothing complicated, just tips and tricks that help you get better as a marketer and a business.
It's hard to figure out the website building unless you're a developer. I wish that was easier to work with.
Tracking! When I got to my current job they were sort of tracking with GA but nothing else. We've actually been able to tie our efforts to revenue now. I would like to learn more about how to generate an ROI on these things.
