Duda has an amazing platform that is second to none. The customer service is great and very professional. They are an amazing company with professional customer service.
The hours could be extended to offer more options for service. Not being able to contact a customer service rep on the weekends is difficult for me.

I had to really think long and hard to come up with something I don't like. At times the builder seems t slow down when in preview mode. On rare occasions I need to clear the cache on the browser to keep it running quickly.

The builder has seemed a bit clunky (slow) at times. But we believe this can be more of a connectivity issue than it being Duda's.
We truly appreciate Duda's platform. Its ease and client support, even its email support (which we use) is responsive. Though it may be on the higher end, price-wise, it is non-the-less a good quality product/service.

The builder is quick and easy to use while still having a good range of features. It makes building sites and maintaining sites so much more efficient. The customer service is excellent too.
Not much. I wish there were more features and you were able to have a bit more of a 'pixel-perfect' control over the design.

Features, ease-of-use. Their customer support has been very responsive and helpful. Integration and implementation have both been very strightforward.
There are some bad 3rd party widgets/functions but that isn't Duda's fault. They should incorporate the functionality from their most popular third party widgets into the core software.
Speed of implementation.
Duda can be simple to use for those that don't have any background in CS or web development, but can also be robust and in-depth for those that have more experience. Many of the annoying parts about building and launching a website are automatic when using Duda, making it easy on you and your team. When we have had issues with the platform, their customer service team has been responsive and helpful.
The developer mode they offer can be confusing at times with the custom features they have put in.
Part of our business is building websites for clients and I'm in Duda everyday to accomplish that. After using it for some time I am now able to effectively build a website in much less time than any other solution I have experienced.
Customer support with the agency plan has always been great. They are fast and responsive and always get questions answered. The product itself is super easy to use, especially for my clients. I've been very impressed with site speeds. Pricing is phenomenal.
I wish Duda had more templates available and was more widely used in the industry.
Duda makes it easy to create websites. The editor is so user friendly and inututive, my clients are able to edit their sites themselves and are able to feel ownership.
They have plans that will suit any site designer or entrepreneur. Responsive customer service and good variety of templates. They are quick to solve my problem and do it with a kind attitude.
Pricing may not suit small businesses as other platforms start lower then Duda.

The visual builder is much better than the ones I've used with Wordpress and HubSpot.
Sometimes the CMS is a bit challenging in formatting changes from handheld devices to desktops.
We use Duda to host and manage our own website, as opposed to websites for other customers. It allows us to easily update content, perform lead gen and communicate with our customers.
