While using salesforce its' really easy to see quick info about my customer
Something the information is simply not correct
having to look at multiple screens and search contacts
If you want to get a large amount of email addresses this is the tool for you.
They only have phone numbers about 50% of the time and 75% of these are customer service numbers.
Email marketing. It gives a great deal of people to email that may be relevant prospects.
Sometimes the information is more up to date than on other online resources.
It often crashes and can be cumbersome. It does not always have the companies I am looking for.
I am able to get relevant contact information for my prospects.
Email generation! The ease of searching.
Integration design within gmail and limited availability of emails of some companies
Contacting businesses for connections
I like how the formats are always correct if they have any from the company. If it's on there, then it's going to be right. And from then I can figure out the person's that I need.
Missing quite a few companies so it's only effective if the company is on there.
It's enabling me to specifically target who I need to via cold outreach.
I was searching for tool to all my recruiting team to search for candidate contact info. This worked, but not the best fit for our needs.
There is nothing I directly dislike about the tool.
Was able to use it to find contact info on potential candidates!
I used Clearbit Connect for a short time last year. The tool is supposed to allow users to find the email addresses of people on websites via a Google Chrome plug-in. I liked the idea of the product, but was . Unfortunately, the plug-in only worked about 20% of the time.
The plug-in did not yield the results I was hoping for - I was usually unable to find the email addresses of the people I was searching,
When the plug-in DOES function properly, it has helped me find people's information including company email and social media profiles. I've been able to connect with several people in my industry this way.
I’ve yet to come across a service that provided such a complete data set
It’s a little overwhelming to try and decide what to use, and where. Lots of options!
Haven’t implemented it in production as of yet, still playing around with it
Clearbit has an easy to use and well designed API. I also appreciate their integrations with Marketo and Salesforce.
People input their personal emails. Clearbit's personal email data is lacking.
We had lots of leads but not enough info about them. Clearbit enriches our leads to give us more info.
I love having apps within my gmail that give me insight into the contacts with whom I email. Seeing everything there within a single screen is invaluable.
It seems to work intermittently at best. Some of the data is also well out of date. I emailed myself from my other address and saw info that was 10 years past.
Much easier to connect with people who contact me. I often find that I can track down a business lead much more quickly after a quick look into clearbit. I'm not using salesforce at the moment, but I think the integration there will be a huge timesaver for me when i return to it.
It's smart and insightful. Brings good data.
If your customer or their company is not based in US or EU, the data is messay
Before contacting prospects, I would research the background. Clearbit jumpstarts that process
The interface looks better than Linkedin Navigator
Not sure the emails are correct yet because it will always give me an email.
Finding legitimate emails through linked in and gmail.
Depending on the account, would provide a good number of potential contacts.
Generally in our experience, we would have to double check via LinkedIn that all the information was correct and up to date.
Building out contacts.
enjoyed the great interface within salesforce CRM
lack of data and very poor customer support
using to enrich and add to the data in our existing salesforce CRM
Love the idea and premise of the platform
Not sure the contact information is accurate
Networking. great for sourcing emails
Easy to find and download the extension, looks good
Incomplete info on leads, unreliable/outdated info
Trying to find emails/linkedin connections
Setting up the integration via Zapier is quite straightforward.
Their sales team was unresponsive to my emails and not able to provide a DPA. The subscriptions are quite unclear (what subscription do I need in order to use which features) Finding contacts only works for business email addresses, not for Gmail or other private email addresses.
Enriching captured email addresses with more data in order to improve the lead scoring for our MDRs.
I don't like anything about it. It takes up my inbox space and angers me.
It's bulky and useless. Completely useless.
None.
