Everyone can use it! Even the first demonstrations of Modules / Apps fascinated me; and then with just a little bit of creativity and time, a number of use cases will come up. Each of my colleagues already had an idea what we could do with Bryter. And then I started myself and created a Module for generating of Service Level Agreements for Service-Sales-Team and a Portal for the Global Procurement. Of course, the always friendly and helpful Bryter-Team helped me. The time invested in building your Modules is definitely worth it. With the support of Bryter, you can map even the most complex cases and create contract-generators. Our business now uses our Modules as a matter of course, because the use of the built modules is child's play.
I want to have more time to build more modules for the business. ;-)
NDA, SLA, DPA-Generator ... - provide templates or let the business create its own agreements. Both is possible. The most difficult thing is to take away the shyness of yourself and the users; as soon as you have used it once, whether as a user of a module or as a creator of a module, you will be happy to use it afterwards. In addition to generators for DPA, NDA and SLA, we have also covered LOI, PoA and other standard agreements. We have also made it possible to write standard clauses regarding force majeure, Covid-19, etc. In addition, we enable business to navigate through the "jungle" of the Group's guidelines and policies. And we go on; there are still many ideas ...
In scaling organizations like ING there is always the challenge of finding the right information swiftly. BRYTER helps us to design our processes as transparent and seamless as possible, making information more accessible and enabling people to find the information they need, when they need it. This saves our time, our commercial colleagues’ time and means we can provide a faster, better service.
Nothing really. With BRYTER we can automate repetitive tasks which means we’re better able to use our resource with more complex and individual tasks
For example, we use BRYTER to gather information weneed for keeping our contract database up to date.
Development of workflow using low code environment.
I did not find anything that dislikes me
It allows to development of a workflow using complex logic easily and fast.
Improves the collaboration & communciation in companies by providing an tool, which is easy to use. For the development of the process, the backend is very easy to understand.
Preview function is not sufficient, since you always have to click through the whole process and can´t jump directly to the point where you have changed something.
Transparency of a process with lots and lots of stakeholders. The user is guided thorugh the process and sees at the end what he / she needs to do next. Because of that, we were able to decrease questions from the user, which they sent without Bryter. With Bryter they have everything in the output sheet.
BRYTER's no-code platform is practical for speeding up the process of providing legal services. But what I personally like the best in BRYTER is its user friendly interface and the logical thinking behind the application which is extremely engaging. For building up a law-related module in BRYTER I believe that the basic understanding of law is necessary, but it is easy to work with BRYTER, even for those who do not have background knowledge in frontend software applications. It only needs training and practice which is possible via BRYTER Academy. And last but not least BRYTER's Customer Success Management has provided us with a contact person who has been available to us constantly not only to updates us about the latest features but also to answer our questions.
One flaw that I noticed is that some of the instructions in help center of BRYTER Academy are either explained too complicated or the search engine for finding them does not work well in targeted search. Needless to say that so far, this has not caused any trouble since our contact from BRYTER's Customer Success Management has been available to guide us through the issues we face.
Legal matters.
Visibility of logic and conditions allows you to spot errors / what logic powers what areas easily
Post completion of module experience, lack of data and insights once a user completes (i.e. lack on the user side, not the back end)
Complex decision tree and logic paths, building legal knowledge and expertise into easy to use flows.
Allows users, with minimal training required, to quickly build functioning prototype tools. Time to MVP is great. Empowers subject matter experts to build their own tools. More advanced features allow for much more powerful applications to be built. Visual editor means stucture of tools is clear. Debugging and testing features are improving.
The document automation capabilities are limited - doesn't have anywhere near the sophistication of other dedicated document automation tools. Look and feel of the tools could be more flexible. Absence of any data visualisation capability.
Initially, embedding high level legal knowledge into non-chargeable client-facing tools, to generate leads and market intelligence. Increasingly looking at paid-for tools in more narrow areas of legal knowledge
What I like most about BRYTER is the intuitive design and clean optics. It is easy to understand, and one does not need to be a programmer to understand what is happening.
The way new features are published, because there are no changelogs visible for more "casual" users.
We automated most of our internal processes regarding grants and permissions.
The software is fantastic and has made significant progress in the last few years. BRYTER added so many features during the last years and the team improves BRYTER every day. - but that is only one advantage because the great thing about BRYTER is the team that supports onboarding and analyzes the real needs in interactive sessions.
To be honest, not much. BRYTER does what it is supposed to do. As a coder, of course, you can push BRYTER to its limits.
We can build self-serving tools for clients/lawyers on the fly and don't need to involve third parties for programming applications.
Strong customer service and a wide range of features.
No visibility of changes when filling out an automated document
More efficient document drafting, decreased review time necessary Easily accessible tools for clients allow enhanced interaction and better understanding of the issues at client side
User friendly interface great customer support team
Unability to perform loops without storing entered data in database
Aquisition of all necessary data using a user friendly interface
I highly appreciate the flexible applicability of the BRYTER solution. I can think of several dozen use cases within our company. Furthermore, with the use cases gone live until today, our users report their satisfaction and positive user experience with the platform. It simplifies legal processes for them.
Building generators and workflows is not that simple and self-explaining as one could expect. I had some experiences with describing processes before (ARIS), but to get familiar with the functionalities and different tools was not easy. I learned that it is more complicated than expected and promoted. In the end, it requires a lot of experience and practice.
We are automating our legal processes and enabling our internal clients / end users to help themselves up to a certain level of complexity. For now, our internal clients save time and get their legal answer faster than before. Afterwards, they still consult us when they have further questions or the need for legal advice. What I hope is that also for our Legal Department, the benefit will further increase as well.
Application UI and intuitive "programming"
Integration of third party applications via api. Not possible to extend by using programming languages like C#
Central intake process, customized approval workflow
