I like how easy Airmeet is to operate and how it resembles a live fair. The price is also affordable.
I wish that mobile users could access the fairs, but you have to have a desktop or laptop. I also wish it was accessible with other internet browsers and not just Chrome. Lastly, I wish the character limit on tables was more adjustable and not just 24 characters.
Since we cannot travel, we are doing virtual fairs and it has been great!
The overall experience of the platform which has the social lounge and features like real time analytics, showing chat messages on screen, customisable backdrops, themes.
Tends to use a lot of bandwidth even now. No device compatibility feature for speakers to access this from mobile and ipads, etc.
For the IET, during the pandemic, communication to our stakeholders, volunteers and members of the IET was paramount. I hosted more than 40 webinars on Airmeet on Future Tech, Future of Work, and Future of Mobility & Transport to address challenges in these areas and show how technology can help organisations and individuals navigate the crisis. The reach for these events has increased drastically as people from 50+ countries have attended these events and we have received tons of testimonials praising these events and how it has helped them gain knowledge.
- Can go live on YouTube & Facebook together - Good customer support - Free for small communities under 100 attendees
- Very complicated user interface and user experience - Not enough touchpoints for 'Help' except connecting with support directly - More branded customizations could be nice
I used to conduct my webinars and meetups for my readers community at www.merrative.com We used to come together to discuss ideas from books and used to go live on YouTube and Facebook at the same time.
High quality, interactive video panels, roundtables and presentations Easy to navigate and personalize with lots of great features Designed to encourage networking and engagement from attendees Rich data capture for organisers and sponsors
Pricing has increased in recent months but still much better value than similiar alternatives
Hosting high-quality conferences, meetups, webinars, roundtables and pitching events
The strategy behind the software is sound. You can tell that they understand the nuance of what attendees and sponsors need from a virtual experience. The speed networking and conference tables in the lounge are immediately familiar to attendees and sponsors alike, making the learning curve very short for virtual event paticipants.
Nothing. The platform is easy to use, both from an attendee and planner perspective.
The main problem we are solving is creating a compelling networking and non-session engagement strategy for our virtual events.
The fact that multiple events can be held simultaneously. A very well done representation/emulation of an actual physical event.
Comparatively steeper learning curve because of the diversity in offering.
Having held a webinar on my own. It was fairly easy to collect data and polls in a file post the event. Very important if generating leads is something you care about
It works, they have an iPhone app for easy use on the go and I believe that functionality extends to android as well. They're constantly developing it – three of the features I requested this summer have already been released. They are wonderfully helpful and I really appreciate that they use their own platform to deliver customer service 24 seven.
Honestly, nothing yet. There are still a couple more features I would like released but it seems they are working on those and I trust that though release them soon since they seem to be on a very fast development pace.
It's way more fun and connecting than zoom and I can host meetings hangouts and virtual conferences on it
UI and UX Social Lounge Quality of Streaming
Nothing really to complain about at least for me
Ability ho host Events in the pandemic especially in a sector where online is new
The user interface and user experience of Airmeet is... infectious! And the dashboard and overall features and design layout are... captivating. I recall ranting about it to my brother-in-law when I first discovered it. When he finally agreed that I show him what my raving was all about, he couldn't shut up after he logged on for the walkthrough we scheduled. I have had the same response from invited speakers and networking events attendees. The UI and UX thrills attendees. If you have organized an in-person conference with branded spaces and exhibition booths, Airmeet feels just like being in such a physical brandable conferencing space. Before I contact prospective sponsors for my events, I brand an exhibition booth and about two breakout / inquiry desks with the prospects' brand elements from their website (yes, all virtual). Then I screen shot these and show to them in my proposals and discussions. Of course they are hooked. The platform sells itself!
I totally love the platform. It is one of a few solutions I rave about to just about anyone I care about or want to win over. That is how blown and confident I am about Airmeet. And I have had the pleasure of seen them implement features I have suggested, so I am deeply in love.
I mostly use Airmeet for professional networking events. I sell attendees on the fact that they can make these critical first contacts from the comfort of their homes or offices without the need to travel. So no travel cost and minimal physical space pressures while attending these important business meetings. The platform offers two main packages - i.e. Meetups and Conferences. Both come with speed and slow networking features so, I offer networking sessions with every event I organize on Airmeet. It's an irresistible allure for my attendees; the prospects of making strategic business connections through an online event, which is not exactly effective on most other virtual events platforms.
Provides a great platform for virtual conferences and professional gatherings. Easy to conduct keynote speeches and networking sessions both.
Requires high internet speed and connectivity
College events and conferences. Makes networking very easy
Everything you need is right in front of you. no need to install additional apps or extensions. It is complete within itself. If there is any problem, it is resolved in minutes by the team. The platform is smooth. Different joining options depending on the network conditions. Reactions during the meetings. It is all good and friendly. If you have an event on Airmeet, you don't have to worry about the platform, just your content.
Nothing in particular. I have been to Airmeet for 3 events and not a single bad experience once, so I cannot really tell what I dislike.
I have been to 2 virtual conferences and one summit using Airmeet. There are many benefits, some of which are already discussed.
I appreciate how Airmeet comes so close to having an experience of a physical event. The features of booths and tables are a highlight.
Nothing I can recollect of. Maybe the pricing can be more viable, from what I've heard.
The gap created by the virtual setup due to pandemic could be brought down by a large scale.
The ability to interact with speakers before the sessions starts in the Backstage and talk to the attendees in the Social Lounge and Speed Networking makes it a close, rather a better adaptation of real time events
Not able to make video announcements is something that makes it a bit difficult for us to grab attendees' attention.
We are hosting Webinars and AMA sessions which are a part of our Marketing efforts for our University Program
The front-end and the back-end are well designed: easy to use, you can customize it as much as you want or use it with default settings. You can create event in 3 minutes with "sponsor booths ", "coffee corner for chitchatting". The platform is stable, can handle thousands of participants simultaneously and gives You the "being there" feeling.
As AirMeet is a new platform, which is growing fast, there could be functions which are in the to-do list, but they are listen to their users, so you can recommend a feature.
We were organizing meetups and conferences before February 2020 and we were facing the situation that we have to have an online event platform to host events. AirMeet was perfect for us, we are still using it for hybrid and online events.
Tables allow for group interaction and discussion
No voice feedback when on stage - makes it hard to read the room.
Managing a geographical diverse portfolio and allowing them to interact.
