"Airmeet Is Beyond Zoom on Steroids"
What do you like best about Airmeet?

Airmeet has a fantastic team of well-qualified people who provide the world with the best virtual events platform I've ever used. I no longer need to bear the liabilities and expensive costs of hosting an in-person event. My event attendees, speakers, and my team no longer have to fly halfway across the nation or world. Event attendees no longer need to spend a small fortune on accommodations and event fees. It's a win-win for attendees, presenters, my team of organizers, and more importantly, the environment!

What do you dislike about Airmeet?

After relying upon Airmeet for more than a year, it is difficult to dislike the platform. Normally, I would point to customer support. However, Airmeet provides a 24/7 support lounge where I can meet with their event professionals who provide quick solutions. No matter where an organizer resides in the world, a team of Indian support members are available to answer any questions with the support of Airmeet developers. Perhaps I dislike the fact that Airmeet is browser based and doesn't offer a standalone application. However, the platform's stability has greatly improved since I first used it and is arguably making it difficult for me to imagine using it as a standalone app.

What problems is Airmeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

COVID and ballooning fuel prices have made traveling anywhere a burden. In-person event attendance has significantly reduced and although wearing a mask is essential, it is uncomfortable to do so at an event. Networking with masks isn't appealing. Airmeet gives me an impressive and customizable platform to wow my audiences and meets and even exceed their values. Not to mention, my event budgets and liabilities are far less by going virtual.

"Comprehensive experience for organisers as well as participants"
What do you like best about Airmeet?

Airmeet is definitely one of the finest and the most cost-effective services that I could find. For the organising teams, Airmeet has a number of impactful and highly valuable elements that were absent from the real-world experience, such as separating organisers from guests and offering a dedicated backstage feature for the hosts and speakers to communicate with one another. In addition, setting up single or multiple webinars is a simple and painless process. One of the best features of Airmeet is the social(networking) lounge, which truly provides a real-life feel between participants by encouraging them to share what is being discussed and have small talks and note-sharing, among other items. In addition, the ability to host a full event with several sessions and speakers is very useful and extensive. Airmeet also has simple streaming capabilities. Your streams can also be planned. You will archive your sessions for free with them. One of the most enticing facets of AirMeet is the variety of free functionality. It is particularly helpful to small companies and organisations with minimal capital in terms of growing up and growing.

What do you dislike about Airmeet?

The onboarding process should be more comprehensive, particularly for participants and attendees. We often hear from our attendees that it would have been much easier if they had a full understanding of the app and how to make the best of each of the functionality available. Another functionality, the chat, seems a bit out of the norms because it does not support certain typical typing functions including moving lines and sending private messages to attendees and participants. Even, at first glance, Airmeet can seem to be too much and a little too abstract for the organisers and speakers, with too many features and a puzzled feeling.

What problems is Airmeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to set ourselves apart by creating a memorable experience for our users and the audience but were unable to do so with digital and budget limitations. We had a near-perfect Airmeet experience, with just mild hiccups. Airmeet assisted us in scaling up and growing much faster than we could have done on our own, particularly given our financial constraints. Our organisation needed to do something bigger, and Airmeet was the perfect choice for us since it provided us with all we needed. Airmeet's perspective is distinct from that of its rivals, and it sets them apart. Rather than just entering a Zoom call, it seems that the organisers are working hard to create a better environment for their participants. Attendees are often impressed and elated by the fresh and detailed experience and credit the organisers for their hard work in hosting such an event, although for the organisers, hosting such an event on Airmeet is a smooth experience.

"Great, low-cost platform for large events"
What do you like best about Airmeet?

We were able to execute a 2-day virtual conference for over 50+ guests for free! Not sure if their pricing has changed since then but this was an enormous plus. We also liked the breakout tables and they seemed to do really well based on the feedback we received. The meeting sizes didn't seem to have a cap, and you could live stream alongside your seminars to YouTube Live and , I believe, Facebook Live.

What do you dislike about Airmeet?

The platform is still under construction so streaming pre-recorded video to the attendees was choppy and laggy. I had been in touch with customer support and they had tried to help me troubleshoot some of the issues I was having but it didn't really pan out. Would love to see that aspect better addressed in the future!

What problems is Airmeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

It was a great way for us to execute a low-cost virtual experience. The breakout rooms were a huge benefit for us as well, because they helped capture some of the "networking" aspect that you expect at a real conference. We got loads of feedback from attendees that they also loved this aspect as well!

"Overall a great experience for our users when using Airmeet"
What do you like best about Airmeet?

I like that the Airmeet platform is very interactive for end users. When we ran our first large-scale event hosted on Airmeet, our customers were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the whole experience. They kept asking what platform it was. The tool offers a great deal of functionalities that ensure a great virtual event, including emojis, live feeds, and notifications. This is such an upgrade from using an ordinary webinar platform. As a whole, it was relatively easy to navigate around and familiarize oneself with the tool. I especially value the fact that Airmeet has native integrations with other platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, which makes the operation much easier to handle data-wise. In addition, support is quick. We had a Slack channel where we could chat directly with the Airmeet team and get answers to our questions in a timely manner. On the same note, I appreciate that Airmeet updates its platform based on customers' feedback.

What do you dislike about Airmeet?

Some features were not available on Airmeet when we ran our first event using the tool, such as the native feedback survey. When we used Zoom for normal webinars, this type of survey proved to be useful in collecting not only feedback but also leads post-webinar. The second thing that I believe Airmeet could improve upon is the customization capabilities for landing pages. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to make the most out of the current capabilities on Airmeet while ensuring the visuals match our brand guidelines. It would be great to have more options for adding banners, backgrounds, and blocks of content. Finally, I'd prefer to have the option to remove the footers of Airmeet's branding from the landing page as well as the emails. It doesn't look nice showing a third-party's information on a company's events, and it might harm our traffic and SEO wise.

What problems is Airmeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Airmeet helps us elevate our events from being a single webinar to a multiple-session large-scale event. This enables us to reach a wider range of audience and provides them with a great interactive virtual experience. As a result, our brand is more recognized and better received by our target audiences.

"Misleading pricing, poor customer service"
What do you like best about Airmeet?

The demo that we were shown looked awesome. Feature-rich and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Airmeet?

(a) Mis-selling; (b) Switching off features between a trial vs paid subscription despite verbal assurances to the contrary; and (c) Refusal to provide refund. I spoke to a sales team agent, who heard my requirements and budget during a demo, then pitched me a product that was $2,000/month. This didn't align to the pricing on the website, so I asked a colleague from a different office to set up another demo. The price they were quoted was around $800 annually. In a proposal sent through on email, the features listed did not align to any of the packages on the website (the wording was kept deliberately different in order to not allow us to compare packages and pricing). We asked multiple times why we were quoted different prices, without response. Thereafter, we are given a few days of trial. We were happy with the trial and made the annual commitment. When the product was activated (i.e. no longer a trial), some of the features disappeared. We asked why and were again given no clear explanation. We then asked for a refund and were told (copied verbatim) "I won't be able to offer refund without knowing the exact reason for choosing to move out." The reasons were as above, and outlined in several emails. Our cancellation request came within a few business hours of the payment being made. However, the Airmeet team mandates I needed to get on a call with them with my team (not just me, but I had to bring two other colleagues that were involved during the trial!) and thereafter they would assess whether we could get a refund.

What problems is Airmeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were trying to upgrade from using Teams/Zoom type of experience to something with richer features and engaging delegates experience. We cancelled the product within a few hours of signing up for an annual subscription because we were missold the product. However, we did move to another similar vendor, and are happy with it.

"Airmeet Meets Our Needs"
What do you like best about Airmeet?

Airmeet is cost-effective. It is constantly improving and the support is great.

What do you dislike about Airmeet?

Participants (delegates) management is cumbersome. Sorting and editing the details of participants is difficult. There need to be more control over granting and denying access to attendees.

What problems is Airmeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cost-effective virtual platform.

"An awesome tool that makes virtual meetings feel like a cakewalk"
What do you like best about Airmeet?

Airmeet makes the meetings feel less remote by making the entire experience immersive. One of the best parts is that it does not ask for any additional app to be downloaded/installed, making the experience quite seamless.

What do you dislike about Airmeet?

Faced a few compatibility issues as I could not login using my mobile phone. Also faced a few technical challenges like audio dropping but that could also be an issue with the person's microphone.

What problems is Airmeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Airmeet, people face no friction and lose no time in downloading the app but quickly login to the meeting. This is especially good for those that are not well versed with online video conferencing. Moreover, it feels like an offline event too

"Feature rich platform, Consumes a lot of internet bandwidth"
What do you like best about Airmeet?

Landing Page UI - Good details and relevant information is shown to the participant or registrant Platform UI - Enables a lot of features to interact with the participants, gestures, connecting with speakers during the session which is controlled by the host

What do you dislike about Airmeet?

Consumes a lot of bandwidth leading to speakers dropping off in between the session, if the bandwidth fluctuates a lil the speakers easily see them dropped off the platform, i feel the tech team look into it. The product is costly, if you are a user who wants to host meetups/events with 100-200 ppl I will surely recommend using the free version. For more conference-like features, it is a good product but costly.

What problems is Airmeet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Benefits Participants are not bored while waiting for the event to start, they can use virtual tables to connect with fellow participants and it leaves them being part of a community :) Enables more brainstorming - Be able to get interested folks on stage with speakers during the session, fully controlled by the host
