I am unaware of any changes or updates being made. As it is now, the product works exactly as intended and is easy managed. Our staff has loved the availability to adjust phone schedules with little effort.

The main benefit is that we have toll-free numbers that are not directly tied to a physical line. Getting a toll-free number form a telecom requires it to be tied to a physical or cellular number with no other options like call hunting.
