We can record the events which is useful without using third party. Integration with slack helps to get notification on our slack bots. They are good at customer support with live chat and we got assistance through chat on implementing our integration.

There are some limits in the free plan and I felt some difficulty while using the mobile app it will take little time to load that is not something to dislike overall the platform is so good
