- Simple UX - Easy to integrate with CRM tools
- Too expensive compared to other tools that offer similar solutions
We handle our NPS tracking through Survicate, and it's connected to Braze.
I like the UI. It looks quite organized and is easy to navigate. They offer tons of native integrations and support custom integrations as well. It has good customization options and creates professional-looking surveys.
I wish they allowed more free days per survey. Currently, they allow seven free days per survey. It's good for simple/less complicated survey needs. It's a bit pricey too as compared to other tools.
We used Survicate for a prototype feedback survey to collect data and run reports. We were satisfied with the tool!
The exit intent feature – we can popup a survey when users are on the brink of leaving the site and understand why they're heading out! The interface for building surveys is easy to use and fast, and the integration with the website works perfectly.
The UI of the survey's is maybe a little old-school and could be updated to make it a compelling experience for users.
Survicate allows us to mesure our audience on-site in a way we couldn't previously do with email surveys.
The support team is very responsive and kind. The integration with Intercom is very helpful as we can send our surveys directly through there. There are lots of question types to use, although I would love to see in the future an option to have a required comment field for certain responses (e.g. if they select Other, make that comment required instead of optional as it currently is).
A few bugs here and there. We have trouble with the email notifications not going out due to the thank you page 'failing'. I have also noticed that my survey data does not flow into Google Sheets as well as I would hope.
We conduct our implementation mid- and post-launch surveys through the platform. It has helped boost our response rates that were previously pretty low. I like that we can start a survey directly in an email so that clients can easily click a response.
It is very easy to use especially the setting of different questions. Just a few clicks away to create your very own survey.
The subscription cancellation. I always fail to unsubscribe my plan. The good thing is they always do a refund.
I can easily create user surveys on my website across different domains using one account. It is time saving. All reports can be gathered easily.
Price, relative easy-of-use and implementation
Not strong enough features Customer support The software didn't fire on exit intent on multipel tests
Understanding visitors and customers
The product is flexible and integrates with Intercom, meaning it could make a decent component in your customer service stack. There is quite a lot of flexibility in how to setup and conduct surveys compared to something like MailChimp.
Despite a good product, the issues with Survicate lay with their people, their T&Cs and their customer service. They are one of the few companies to take credit card details for free trials, and they offer no system for notifying you when they are about to take money from your account. We thought we had successfully cancelled only to discover that they had taken money for 3 months from our account unbeknownst to us until we received our credit card statements. On contacting them, they advised that they wouldn't consider a refund in any circumstance whatsoever. Their responses between emails was often over a week, so making any headway was almost impossible.
A more flexible solution for customer surveys than MailChimp.
