All the functions and features are easy to use but what makes SocialBee different is there help centre and customer service, really exceeded my expectations.

So far, i've not found anything i dislike, but i've not explored the whole system yet. Compared to Hootsuite which I used for 5 years is so much better.

Not having enough time is a big problem for me, so being able to plan and schedule social media is key, it's easy to repeat posts, this has freed up so much time.

SocialBee allows us to set up auto-posting to FB and IG pipelines once our articles are published on our WordPress website. We can even set at what time the posts are to be shared on FB/IG according to the reading habits of our fans. This saves us a ton of time. We have a hardworking bee to help promote our articles.

We will need to re-connect to our IG and/or FB accounts from time to time, otherwise SocialBee cannot share our posts. Perhaps that's the restrictions of FB/IG instead of SocialBee. But if there is a way to eliminate this, that would be perfect.

As our company is consisted of me alone. Have to design and code the website and write the articles are already a heavy burden. I literally have no time to grow our FB/IG pages. I can now offload this task to SocialBee which is performing perfectly and reliably.

This product has ben one of the most helpful by providing an affordable solution to our social media strategy. It has allowed us to offload hours of planning and make our day more about focusing on the important aspects of our business.

I only dislike that I did not find out about this organization and product earlier in our journey. There are a few quirks to learn, but the staff helps you along the way to learn how to move forward!

The product has been able to take a role that usually requires an additional staff member to be done for a fraction of the cost. We are able to tell our story and share our events without having to spend thousands of dollars.

One stop app, for all the social media we use. And it just works! Like how we can schedule and even pull posts in auto-magically. Totally simplified our posting.

I haven't had any problems. No dislikes.

There is not much for me to dislike, it's been very efficient and content matches our brand voice.

We're a small startup and I don't have time to research and create content, let alone format it to fit the different social platforms. It saves me a ton of time.

I can easily manage all my social media accounts, batch content and plan posts into cathegories. The platform is very easy to use and gives me all the functionalities I need. I also appreciate great customer service, I got help very quickly whenever I needed.

Effective social media content creation and batching.

I'm using Social Bee to manage social media posting for three organizations, including two nonprofits and my own company. So easy to categorize and schedule my posts. The integration to Canva is a big plus too!

No downsides that I can see! Very useful and low cost tool. What's not to love?

SocialBee makes it fast and easy to schedule weeks' worth of posts for three separate organizations, all with a single login.

I love that SocialBee makes social scheduling simple to use. The approval queue is outstanding and quick to visualize the post and get it approved or edited. There are many impressive features, like hashtag collections, import media, Canva integration, LinkedIn first comment, Alt tag, detailed Analytics for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest, and Short URLs integrated with the most well-known names like JotUrl, evergreen content, and much more! It saves my time, effort, and money and enables me to work wiser and smarter!

Honestly, there’s nothing that I genuinely dislike. But I’d love to have new features like Social Inbox, social trends, and templates for quick content creation. But even without that, SocialBee is an excellent SaaS.

SocialBee allows me to create and schedule content for all my websites and business in one place. Bulk scheduling and analytics are tremendous benefits and save time in planning and building content. The time I save helps me to focus on creating content.

We love using SocialBee for all of our clients! It's a big bonus that they can schedule directly to many platforms that other tools cannot.

I would like a better notification system for posts that fail. Somehow our IG connections were switched to manual posting, and we missed several posts.

SocialBee is streamlining our social media management, allowing our team to focus more time on creative and less on schedule.

That I can post by category and it will then post accordingly to the social media schedule. No more adding to different platforms and trying to miss the same post on the same day.

Can not set post to go out within a set time frame. It does have an expiration date, and it can add specific dates - for all posts. Can't do variations or different platforms on different dates.

SocialBee is my go to socialmedia posting platform. I love how it has Canva linked to it so I can create the post images in SocialBee directly or add directly rather than creating and downloading from Canva and then uploading.

I was previously a subscriber to another service but it was significantly more expensive per month. As founder of a nonprofit Animal Rescue, who also does the social media for a wildlife, rehab foundation, and a small art studio, I need to be able to access all of the social media that I'm creating in one space. SocialBee gives you the ability to access multiple channels in a very organized way and saves me both time and money in the process. It was slightly challenging to onboard initially,k that was mainly my lack of tech expertise It would be amazing if there was an option to have a support person walk new sets through the process if needed Or video training perhaps

I use it mainly to schedule, and pre-populate all my social media posts on the various platforms that I use Definitely makes the process much more efficient.and has helped to build our brand visibility

It allows me to easily post updates to all of my social media accounts at once. I am easily able to post different variations to each account especially those like twitter that don't allow as long of posts. Oh and they are always updating it.

Every now and then it will glitch out when trying to add a different image to a variation of a post and will have to do it again. Though this is very rare it can be annoying.

The problem social bee solved is taking a long time to send the same update or a very similar update to each and every social media account. It just keeps things together much more easily.

SocialBee makes it really easy to schedule a variety of content across multiple social media apps. I love the fact that you can also make variations of the content to suit each platform.

I'd love to see it have native integration with Instagram Stories but it is my understanding that that is an issue with Instagram, not SocialBee.

I don't have to worry about logging into a whole bunch of platforms at a certain time. Instead, i can set my posts to get scheduled and then I never need to think about it again.

I find the platform easy to navigate. I appreciate the re-que features for automation. I find it useful to be able to post on so many different platforms for personal, as well as business use.

I'm not too fond of the social media video/reels capabilities. I schedule content for work at a 9-5 position, and I don't particularly appreciate having to physically push out a post from Reminders after 5 PM when I am at home.

SocialBee has solved most of my automation problems, except for the abovementioned problems. I appreciate the browser extension to quickly add content I find around the Web to a content file for immediate or future use. It solves having to Save anything to my computer or spend time re-creating curated content to share on my company's social media channels.

I love the fact that socialbee can connect to all of my social platforms and post for me. I also like that I can load multiply images

there is simply nothing about this software that i don't like.

It's a great content and scheduling platform with many helpful weekly hints, so we feel much more productive, which creates momentum in our team. The analytics are showing steady improvement.

These are some of the things I love about SocialBee: 1) I can organise my content into folders, so I can compartmentalise my launch sequences. 2) I can create my content in batches and then schedule it across the social media channels I'm keeping a presence on. 3) the phone app allows me to post on my personal FB profile in minutes as well as uploading Reels and TikToks. 4) New features are constantly being added that help me spend less time posting on social media and more time connecting with my audience. 5) They made a lot of promises at the start and kept all of them over time (I bought a lifetime membership because of their roadmap).

The only thing I don't really use or find useful is the analytics for FB profiles. As most of my posts were shared on my public FB profile there were zero analytics available. Now I switched to professional mode I hope this will change also in SocialBee.

SocialBee saves me a tonne of time by allowing me to repurpose my now huge content bank so I can maintain a presence on social media in between launches. This enables me to spend that time where it matters the most: with my clients.

I am blown away by the quality of both the graphics and the content that my Bee, Raluca, is creating. For the first time in a decade, I'm proud of my social feeds.

Reviews are more trustworthy if there's some small complaint, but I have zero complaints, haha.

I've looked at other companies for social media management, and the cost was WAY more than a solopreneur could afford. Literally, Social Bee is creating phenomenal content for 1/100 the price.

I am struggling with the mobile app. which is not as user friendly as the web-based platform.

Time is always our greatest asset, and SocialBee is saving me on posting time.

I love the fact that you can schedule by time and by repeating schedule (evergreen) as well as push to personal Instagram & FB accounts (most other solutions only push to FB pages)

Getting help can take a bit of time and there is a steep learning curve for newbies. Maybe some more training videos would be helpful - especially understanding the evergreen scheduling

posting and being present consistently on social media. Love that it has the canva integration for fast graphic/photo creation. Been able to maintain a consistent presence for months!
