It has a free tier which is useful when you are on a low budget

The paid tiers are somewhat expensive to what you get

It helps me market more, the a/b tests are quite useful.

The GUI is good, but the rest is kinda hard or doesn't work properly

Implementing certain features didn't work like you expect

You can reach it easily and without any hassle. The storage capabilty is also a big advantage.
