Organization and a proper onboarding process for partners

The best part of PartnerStack is that it is connected directly to our business PayPal account. The funds ONCE APPROVED get sent to your account - and then to you.

I was surprised by the time it took to notify us of a reward - to the time it took to approved. The "pending" period is long. I found the site hard to navigate and didn't realize you had to "submit" once approved to get the funds.

Using PartnerStack is only a benefit - one place for all extra funds received for making referrals.

I love that I can move referrals around as needed and that I have visibility to see all earned rewards. I also have found the hubspot integration to be very useful, with only minor bugs. MOSTLY - I love how responsive the support staff is. I rely on them a lot and I know I can trust them to answer my questions in a timely manner.

I wish I could see when a partner has been paid vs when they have withdrawn the rewards. I also wish I had the ability to export information based on a partner or team, I think the analytics tab is great, but I wish I could drill down to more specific searches. I do a lot of "merging" or combining two accounts, I wish this was something I could do on my own, but I have to get support involved every time to help change a partner key or update an email address. It would also be helpful if it were possible to transfer rewards from one account to another (especially when they are the same person) without losing historical information.

PartnerStack manages all of our partner's referral rewards automatically and keeps a clear record of what has been rewarded, when, and to whom under any given referral.

The support of the team. Super friendly and eager.

The integration manuals etc. Was quite a few errors.

Parter program

Easy to get up and running and manage multiple programs at once. The team is very responsive to questions.

The platform has a ton of quirks and usability challenges. The fact that there's no concept of "teams" or multiple people from one organization being able to be on an account makes it restrictive for bigger partners. Really, it's better for affiliates or one-person shops.

We were trying to grow and scale multiple partner programs at the same time. It's been nice to transition the payment of partners to PartnerStack and know that our partners will get paid for all of their referrals in a timely manner.

The overall platform is easy to use and intuative. The customer support is responsive.

The reporting that you offer an affiliate is very limited compared to competitors. It is very diffucult to overview performance and receive detailed reports in comparison to Tune, CJ & Impact

Reporting Advertisers management

There are no upsides to using Partnerstack. We would be better off without it.

Lots of fraudulent accounts. Lots of stolen credit cards. They are really bad at monitoring this. They should remove these "partners" immediately when any fraud is detected, but they just keep them rolling.

It's supposed to make affiliate management easy. It does not happen.

Software is easy to use and understand. There are no learning curves. Partnerstack team is extremely helpful.

we had a lot of signups as partners. Who didnt know what they were doing. They generated no income or no advertisement, no signups. Partnerstack was a huge dissapointment. Waste of time and money.

We are marketing our products through a partner network and Partnerstack is a great platform to do it.
