The user interface is very easy to use and is updated.
The jump between version 1 and version 2 of the editors removed some features. But it’s my understanding that this has been resolved.

The reason I like PandaDoc is that I can easily design personalized proposals. The ease of use is amazing as well. I can collaborate with my team to design something that fits the needs of potential customers. I also love the tracking and electronic signatures.

The ability to know if client opened your proposal, where they spent most time gives you insights which help you close the sale when you call them after. The templates and content library helped speed up the process of creating a proposal, and allowed us to be able to focus on the main core points of the proposal, rather than waste time. It’s wasy to personalise and speeds up the work flow tremendously.
Simple things like organising and sorting previously sent proposals, and may be ability to hide expired proposal. Copy and pasting text can also be tricky and I opt to typing it instead to save headache of formatting it.
Ability to look professional to the clients, and present great proposal which show off our agency. When clients see the level of effort put into the proposal now, they see our agency as a big agency which can provide the work they need on a high end level. This allowed us to increase our margins.

I'm able to show my clients all options from both a price and a visual perspective. My quotes are much more professional than my competitors and makes a great impression on my clients. So easy to have them sign my contracts and other documents and they can even pay right from the quote!! Makes the repetitive task of quoting every day so much easier and faster!

The ability to quickly upload and route real estate documents to buyers and sellers, as well as see the notification when they view and complete it.
I don't have a dislike at this time, I would like to see an ability to edit the actual document in Panda Doc if it's a WORD doc. That way I don't have to do that in WORD than re-upload it.

It is very easy to use! It is very fast and makes obtaining e-signatures for documents a breeze.
The emails often go into the spam folder of first time users.
I am using PandaDoc to be able to attach a digital signature on documents when required. This has especially been useful during the pandemic when I can not obtain wet signatures as quickly or easily.

Signing orders cause problems at the best of times, and not being able to change the order after it is sent is slightly annoying
I send documents across the country daily, and because of this online platform, I am able to get people registered for school, without the wait of postage.
