I like that it is reliable. Before Kajabi, I had used many different software but many of them would have bugs, go down, stop working right, and one (Constant Contact) even froze my account after months of being a customer saying they didn't support my business type. I was mid launch! Kajabi has never given me an issue and it helped me eliminate the need of most of the other software I was piecing together!
The cost can feel high when you're just starting off. But if you look at it as aninvestment on what it makes possible, and focus on using it to create sustainable income, it doesn't feel as high. The other thing they could improve on is community. They have a Facebook group but Clickfunnels has conferences, and really active challenges led by its founder. I don't want to use CF but I would like more of Russel's type of gamification and dedication to really helping your users learn how to market so they can grow their business.
The need to have: - sales pages - email marketing - online courses - a way to collect payments - a way to generate leads - a way to deliver digital products
Kajabi is phenomenal as a LMS (learning management system) for my courses. It's simple to set up, there is minimal technical responsibility on our end (don't have to worry about updates, plugin conflicts, server maintenance, etc), and the user experience is easy, intuitive, and effortless. The primary reason we adopted Kajabi was for the end user experience it created. After using Wordpress based LMS for years, it freed up a lot of time and worry having all the backend tech handled. Their support and training, along with the software itself, are constantly being improved
The price. In order to carry the number of digital products needed and accommodate our list size, it put the cost to about $300/month. This would be more easily justified if they were equipped to ensure reliable uptime and the other features were more built out, but over the past year there's been multiple times (in addition to the planned maintenance downtime) that they've had issues with the platform being down. When the platform's down it's beyond frustrating because there is nothing we can do but sit and wait whereas with Wordpress based LMS, there were contingency plans that would have it back up and running in less than 10 minutes on another server. Initially, we started using Kajabi with the intention of utilizing the CRM features and discontinuing the CRM we'd been using. However, after testing the CRM abilities, I found that there were many areas it fell short. I will say they've been pretty diligent about continuing to improve and build out the CRM.
The biggest problem that was solved was the simplicity of setting up courses and not having to mess with any of the tech details. Being able to plug in the copy, files, and content and trust that it would work as needed for customers to access their materials without having to perform rigorous testing has saved tons of time and energy. Not having to create special menus, widgets, layouts, and commands to redirect customers to their content... there are a lot of details that go into setting up LMS material in Wordpress that can be easily overlooked and ruin the customer experience. We did an extensive test of the software before moving to it, so there weren't any surprise benefits other than the improvements and additional features that have been added since adopting Kajabi.
Everything you need to run a business is all built into Kajabi. It is also more cost-effective than any other platform.
I wish there was a comprehensive reference book for it.
Enables me to seamlessly and easily run my business.
I like the way so many tools are packed into one package. I can handle email marketing, sales funnels, webinars, and course content all in one place that's easy for me to manage as an instructor and an entrepreneur. It's got such a great UX and UI compared to its competition, too!
I wish Kajabi had a bit more robust analytics features. However, Kajabi is always improving, taking feedback, and adding new features to their product. Plus, enhanced tracking (like in ClickFunnels) would be AMAZING. Still, I'm a huge fan of Kajabi and highly recommend it to everyone I meet who is thinking about launching an online course, podcast, or coaching business. You can try it for free here:https://app.kajabi.com/r/pX9DRMmb
I'm able to keep all my business software needs in one place with one product. I don't have to worry as often about connecting APIs or trying to integrate other products into my workflow. (Even if you do need to, they make it easy to connect with Zapier, etc.). Plus, I can even give discounts with coupon codes to my customers and encourage my students to find more students with my affiliate program. Kajabi is nearly perfect as an online course platform!
The best part of Kajabi is that I have an online website, sales funnel, email marketing, online courses, and sales cart all on one integrated platform. The other great thing about Kajabi is that they continually add features and new capabilities without increasing prices. I run my entire online business on the Kajabi platform.
I wish they provided more configurability and customization capabilities for the checkout pages.
My annual expenses for the website, email marketing, and other digital marketing needs are less than they would be for individual products. The big problem solved is that they integrate all my tools on a single platform. This saves time and money!
- So i have been creating and automating in kajabi for course creators, its been 2 years now its very easy to use. - I love the UI/UX of kajabi - The only tool i use to host courses for my clients - Its very user-friendly and can easily integrate payments processes - Customer support is very good
- Its little costly,i would say by this price please extend the days of trial to 30 - Landing page builder need to improve - Hard to setup dynamic email sequences
I use kajabi for my clients for CRM,landing pages, courses, marketing automations and integrations.
Kajabi provides our coaching business with an online course platform that integrates website themes, marketing tools and sales pipelines. Customer support is very responsive and often responds in real time via chat.
Price. Kajabi is the most expensive solution on a monthly/annual basis that we evaluated. However, the high cost is offset some by using Kajabi's capabilities to eliminate several existing tools.
We were able to eliminate an existing website that could not natively integrate with an online course platform. Kajabi truly offers a premium level solution that allows you to simplify your business/course content.
The kajabi support! Living in Sweden and having Swedish customers, I often need support when the USA is still sleeping. But the Kajabi support arr always: Awake, listening, attentive and gives great support. They save my Day or night. Then of course is all the features available. The Kajabi team is always improving things. And most of my customers has now only a website in Kajabi and have stopped using other platforms like WordPress. Which for them is very good - they, my customers, need to focus on their businesses, and the fewer platforms and software they need to learn is always time-saving.
I could say price, but when I compared it with other software, I found that what I get is much more than any other software in a similar price range. So for the moment, I'm not all satisfied with the assessment tool. However, I know the Kajabi team is working on it, and I have found that Jotform.com is very easily added to Kajabi pages.
My customers had all gone from no income on their webinars to earning lot more. One client has on a few webbinars made 5 figurer amount ($). The main advantages are that my clients can offer a safe way to pay. East ways to create courses and add pdf files and videos. For me I can serve them with automations like pipeline, email campagins. And also create assistent and show analytics.
