I like the ease of sync projects easily and collaborate with other people

I cannot do many things in my prototype, like vertical navication, i cannot make a sticky menu on scroll

It's solving the good communication that i can with a client by commenting or previewing prototype. Clients are happy and can understand a very first view of their product

I like how quick and easy it is to get started with prototyping images with InVision

InVision is very limited with the interaction features since there are only hotspots

I'm trying to present an interactive mockup based off of my lower fidelity wireframes.

I like the simple process of setting up a clickable prototype. The way projects are organized is nice. I also enjoy the sharing functionality that allows the designer to share out a prototype, password protect it, and gather comments so feedback is in one location.

I wish there were better animated transitions. Reviewing comments can be a pain. You have to be in comment mode and it is difficult to move through the pages. I really wish there was a way to connect it to our Product Backlog management tool (Microsoft TFS). I think the craft tool looks great but I wish it would connect to Illustrator and consider software coding (XAML) rather than just web based coding (CSS).

Creating realistic prototypes so we can test software solutions without writing code. It is much easier to make changes to designs then to code.

I love the features that they offer for Mood Board Creation. It is easy to use and to share with others.

How hard it is to update a prototype. In order to change one thing you have to rebuild the entire thing. If there is an easier way to do it we have not found it yet.

We are solving how to show our clients the interactivity between some things. While I know it is not seamless it still gives a general idea that is much easier to understand than trying to explain it.

I am a new user and I am sure there are many more features I haven't had the chance to use it yet, but what I like so far the most is the easy way to organize my screens so I can easily put a mockup together in almost no time. Sharing the design with the client is also very fun and gives a much better real experience than sending pure static screens.

I haven't stumbled on a bad feature so far which I think is very good news.

Sharing interactive design through static screens was not a good way to sell an idea to the client. Much more had to be described, for example, where does the menu slides from, what happen when I click a button. Now the client can experience all these features and have a real feeling with real interactions and animations. For me as a designer it also helps me to better see the effects I want to achieve and whether they work or not.

The ease of use, and the ability to click through a wireframe to tell a story is fantastic. It's easy to get an illustrator files up there and work without much hassle at all.

It hard to add custom elements to wireframes, say some key behavior animations that would be great to tell a story.

We use InVision to mostly tell stories and to help with user experience testing and defining requirements.

What is dislike about invision is it do not have their own community to help designers for assests

The problems which i am solving while using invision is I am creating great and good looking user interfaces which help the clients to grow

Very fast prototyping of UI/UX ideas. Liked the ability to switch from web app to iOS/Android style. Easy to access to other's work and to collaborate on the same design. If you need to work on the design on other pcs you can do it since everything is cloud-based.

It's not so easy to get started. Sometimes doesn't save changes of the animations layout. Restricted number of animations and lack of personalization like smoothness of the input and frame rate.

Fast prototyping was one of the thing I was looking for the most. It's easy how I can sketch some layouts and the upload them on the go by using my iPhone and test it on other phones as well.

InVision provides a simple and straightforward solution to make sense of all the wireframe created in Sketch. It's easy to share and preview with coworkers.

The lack of designing ability on Invision. Now that Sketch launched its own prototyping functionality, I am now worried about Invision 's furture.

My first experience with InVision was with a client that was using it - and he told me to upload my revisions to the InVision project... I couldn't figure out how to upload - I eventually discovered I had to create an account and start the project myself. But it wasn't very clear to me.

A solution to presenting design comps to clients with elegance and simplicity... especially great for website design comps.

Invision has a really simple interface and very limited feature set that makes it easy to link hotspots to basic transitions/animations and other screens. Hotspot templates are great for things like menus that you'd otherwise need to manually wire (which could be quite repetitive).

Invision doesn't handle hover states that then allow the user to click very well. Contacted support and was given a super hacky workaround that wasn't useful.

Static screens capture only a small part of the intended experience. Being able to link experiences together gives a user a better example of how things flow from one to the next and also how the experience as a whole may unfold.

I like how fast it is, It feels like your using an actual application and it easy to iterate and change designs quickly, I also love how you can do different interaction designs such as drop down, swipe left, fade in etc. It really helps helps bring the product together. Another thing I really love is how easily sharable the project is, you can send a link or invite someone and they can comment on each page giving feedback which really helps me when designing.

One thing I wish they could do is possibly make it easy for people to collaborate on it more, It would be interesting if you could design with someone on the same application on a wireframe instead of finishing the design then putting it into inVision, just a thought but would really help me as a designer.

Many I've worked on various projects one was a fashion photo application for creative people who can pose as their favorite icons. Using inVision has really helped me see who everything flows from a usability perspective and from a branding perspective. My client is fashion magazine and it was very important to keep a specific branding and styling that truly reflects the style of their magazine. InVision helped me a lot with that.

InVision was one of the first in its class of software. I really like that it is web-based which makes it accessible to many people beyond those that would have to install a desktop app.

The fact that it's a web-app makes it a little cumbersome to use and perhaps fully maximize. We are slowly moving over to adobe xd and are much happier with the workflow and software.

We often need to mock up different ways in which software could be designed, used, and built. We use InVision to communicate those designs and allow users to walk through different flows.
