Very reasonably priced product with excellent sound quality, a fantastic administration panel and technical support that is second to none. Often you have a service that doesn't measure up in one or more of these aspects, but GoTo Connect is the real deal.
Honestly, I cannot think of anything I dislike about this service.
Our former VoIP provider had call dropouts and administration issues, making us look for another provider. We thoroughly tested three alternatives and chose GoToConnect after demoing all three potential service providers.
I enjoy that my phone system and meeting software work together for a seamless voice solution. GoTo Connect is a vital part of our business communications.
We have not as yet found anything we do not like about Goto Connect. We feel that it will be able to grow with us as our business grows. The updates have always been to enable growth.
We have tried numerous VoIP solutions from most of the major players and have without exception lost hours of productive time attempting to get the systems to work with our business. We were always being told to conform to their software as opposed to making it work for us.
Access from any location at any time allows me to work from anywhere. It also has a recording feature that makes it possible to keep a call history on your phone, laptop, or remote device. This feature is really cool and has a straightforward, simple, and interactive user interface. A
Audio quality on low or unstable internet connections is also an issue that can be fixed in the future otherwise no graduges or complain all good.
VoIP, excellent connectivity, and trustworthy service have all aided in Go To Connect's quick expansion. A fantastic feature for project collaboration and smoother operation is video calls with clients and teams. Furthermore, the crystal-clear voice quality enables flexibility in working without a such office or home background noise. The platform is also simpler to understand and use because it offers 24/7 customer support.
I like the ease of the user interface and how simple it is to set up and train collegues

Upsides are call recording. As well as the ability to text co-workers internally. Also having the ability to save multiple phone numbers per client is great, they can reach out o me at anytime & i always receive the call. The aestetic is also great & the layout of the app works well. Everything is easy to find. My co workers can find me & the directory feature for internal co workers is great to use since im terrible @ remembering names. So having the people categorized by department is great. Another thing i like is that i can use the app across all of my devices. it makes working from home a breeze knowing i always have my contacts/directory & messages on my phone or laptop if im not around my computer
The App can be alittle finnecky at times, making text go away, usually i just close the app & re-open & everything is fine! The app is improving atleast from what i've seen. They continue to update & build ontop of a solid service. One thing i dont like is that when i pick up a call using blue tooth headphones, they automatically disconnect & i have to manually connect them again. But im sure that has nothing to do with their software & everything to do with my iphone. One thing i dislike is that sometimes the website has a hard time being as good as the app. the website is definitely more wiry.
The only problem it solves is being able to use the App on my cellphone so i can clear up my computer screen. Also it helps me keep clients off of my personal phone to clear up my messages & calls. One thing that also helps is that people wont have to wonder what my Number is. Co workers phone numbers are now easy to find! Also the clients can send me a text instead of a call which is HUGE. Another thing i like is that i can use the app across all of my devices. it makes working from home a breeze knowing i always have my contacts/directory & messages on my phone or laptop if im not around my computer. So i can easily access every line of communication needed to continue my work.

Dependable service with very clear voice quality that allows me the flexibility to work from my office or my study at home. Provides options and works well. I have not used any other VOIP services, but this beats the traditional phone service by a huge margin.
The PBX interface works well, but is not always intuitive. However, it is always something that can be figured out, and in my experience, the customer service has been top-notch and was able to help resolve all questions.
Allows flexibility on where I can work. It allows me to work from home, my cell phone in my car, or my regular office. Any calls can easily be transferred to me.

I like GoToConnect's ease of use. Setting up an auto-attendant was easy. Receiving and making calls is easy. Setting up a fax line took five minutes (yes, some people still send faxes). And amongst the cloud phone systems I researched, GoToConnect gives you the most value for your money.
I want to make calls using Siri on my iPhone. Something like "Hey Siri, call 760.555.1212 using GoTo." I have suggested adding that feature. But it hasn't been implemented. About two minutes ago, I tried to use Siri to complete a call using GoTo, and the phone responded, "Sorry, GoTo hasn't implemented that feature with Siri." They need to. It's a safety issue. This is the only shortcoming I've encountered.
My company needs phone and fax numbers. GoTo provides them, and makes it very easy to set up and configure my phones.

Our move to GoTo Connect has been fantastic! The transition from a landline system was both economic and seamless. While these two factors alone would have justified the move, the fact that we are now utilizing a far better phone system with more features further explains the switch. These, coupled with a highly knowledgeable and friendly Customer Service staff, make our decision all the more sound.
There is very little to dislike. The only possible dislike has nothing to do with GoTo Connect, that being any internet downtime, i.e., storms, equipment malfunctions, etc., caused or incurred by your internet provider.
GoTo Connect has provided our company with a much-improved phone system at almost half the price we were paying.
I work in IT and am involved in configuring and deploying the solution. This is the best VoIP system I've seen so far. It is very intuitive to configure and manage. Configuring the dial plan and managing extensions is a breeze. It has great reporting features and out-of-the box metrics that are very useful. The call quality analysis logs are also very helpful. It is very resilient to outages and offers flexibility during those outages. GoTo support pages are very helpful and the documentation is top-notch. It is easily searched and there are many helpful videos and quick 2-minute how-to's. Phone support is also very helpful and somone usually answers within a minute or two. End users are able to call their support directly.
Coming from IT support perspective, setting up the hard phones is a little tricky. I also would like some additional bulk management features for making changes to multiple extensions. When using hard phones, you can't use the softphone transfer buttons within the app. We just ended up giving many sales people bluetooth headsets which they seemed to like much better to avoid hard phones all-together. Setting up the hardphones are the biggest pain of all. We love the softphone with the headsets.
GoTo is giving us the ability to function during outages and gives much flexibility over traditional systems. Managers love the reporting features which were lacking with other solutions.

Easy to connect with clients and employees
GoToConnect is a one-stop shop for all my business-related communication needs. I use GoToConnect online on my cell phone and have a handset on my desk. I have been using GoTo for more than 6 years!
My only complaint is related to my internet connection, and I cannot find any reason to complain about the service I get with GoToConnect. Even when I have an issue and have to call for help, the ENTIRE TEAM at customer support is awesome!!
Even before the silly virus & scam demic changed how we interact and communicate, GoToConnect has made it possible for me to connect with my clients and agents from virtually anywhere at any time.
