No option to have multiple axes, best representation chosen sometimes is not good, heavy correction or cleansing required in data before it can be uploaded, takes a lot of effort in explaining columns and date fields

Not having data uploaded live. otherwise, the software works wonderfully
It has enabled us to track a purchase order (container) from conception to delivery to our door (overseas documentation). With the use of this information, I was able to take the process step by step, in segments, or all at once as the need arose, furthermore, I began to get creative with the information I wanted to see and included my purchasing budgeting dollars for the next three months.

Inventory management and demand planning issues around site balancing and stocking out of product while carrying leaner inventory levels. We have more actionable data that is readily available to make inventory planning decisions off of.

Able to quickly gather actual velocities and reports without the old manual process of pulling and scrubbing data. Conversight allows us to save a ton of time.
The ease of set-up and the cost are great. The personal attention is helpful, but not always as timely as I would like.
Parts of the product are not user friendly for staff on the back end. I wish that more of the verbiage used in the app was customize-able.
We use it for library contact-less service. It has really helped us continue to provide this service, even after the libraries opened in person with the same staff capacity.
