It has a smooth intface with my other systems like MS Office as well as Xero thereby keeping tabs on Invoicing as well as correspondence.
A smoother interface with LinkedIn would be beneficial. I currently have to copy LinkedIn messages into Capsule to ensure my database is kept up to date.
Prioritising time management and customer contact.
Really easy system to use, easy to navigate. If there is ever an issue, there is a team on hand to sort everything out. Excellent training and support from the start from Keith. Everything is on one place and easy to access. I use it daily and would be lost without it.
There is nothing that I dislike about the CRM
It keeps all of our information in one place and i can track all of our customers journeys throughout.
There are various areas of Capsule we like using, but what stands our for us is great customer serive. We have only needed to contact them twice, but each time they responsed quickly and helpfully, and then followed up a couple of weeks later with a check in. We like the way it integrates with Outlook and our calendars, as by doing this is brings through all customer meetings that are approaching and places them in the client's upcoming events. The projects board works well for us, as it keeps all projects together and sorts them in the different stages of roll out. We use the projects board for all our active projects and use Capsule as a meeting tool to go through them all. We also find integrating with Mailchimp it works well, as we use it for Marketing.
It would be helpful to have more than one active automation on both Oppportunity and Project, and also to have a dynamic either/or function where it can choose either automation based on selections.
Keeping our projects visible for the whole team and is keeping the team members on track with their tasks - everything is getting remembered. It also enables us to have a record of client meetings and progress.
Sends reminders of what I need to follow up on
Knowing where to access tracks, pipelines, tags etc.. some of the functionality is quite hidden or easy to forget how to find.
Remembering who I need to contact, what status my projects are at and what is in my pipeline. This makes me feel much more on top of my business and I am less worried about forgetting to follow up with clients.
Easy to use, quick to implement, cost effective for the needs to smaller teams with non-complex use cases
Support isn't live chat, not as comprehensive as other established CRMs (but the cost reflects this fairly)
Pipeline visibility, project management, contact tracking
It's the fact that you're not forced into a certain way of using CapsuleCRM.You can mold it into many ways of using it.
The calendar doesn't differentiate between actions and appointments.
Seling and organising seats on webinars. The pipeline can be converted into a tool that is near perfect to do this,
- Document storage and chat integration is the best, which I haven't found in other tools of similar pricing.
- I think the interface could have been better.
- I used to sell bank policies to the customers and target them for different offers.
Capsule is an excellent CRM that satisfies all of our requirements. It's simple to locate and extract contact groups for upload/sort purposes. This software has a clean, simple, and intuitive sales pipeline dashboard. Not a dime spent on training or a headache of a migration. The user interface (UX) of CapsuleCRM is excellent, and the number of available integrations is impressive. We've found it effective, and as a result, we've grown.
It would be nice if we could set screen filters for contact sorting. Its integration with Mail chimp isn't smooth, and contracts can't be listed alphabetically. It lacks marketing essentials. It needs a more efficient user interface.
Capsule CRM allows us to personalize our activities by scheduling easily and organizing a calendar. It helps us track info in the program and manage consumer and business data. It tracks and links milestones to success factors, making managing sales-related businesses easier.
It gives us accurate data, sales and contacts.
Nothing is negative in CRM, every thing is best.
No problems at all. The benefits it can give to the user or consumer accuracy of the data's needed.
It's a better way to manage sales, contacts and etc.
No negative comments for CRM, all of the feature are good.
The benefits of it is, it track leads close opportunity and accurate forecast.
How easy and intuitive it is to set up tracks and see workflow set out
Takes a while to set up contacts - wish I could import from email client and better still from social media connections (e.g. LinkedIn)
Keeping track of workflow for new activities
Very easy to use and any problems have been resolved quickly and efficiently by the customer service staff
I do not use all of the features but there is nothing to dislike about the ones I do use.
I use it as a customer record database - it fulfils that requirement
Simple functionality, yet has everything we need to share contacts Reminders, tasks, contacts, opportunities. Setting forward reminders by including to-do+7 in an email bcc, for example Integration with other systems is a big bonus
Sometimes used to drop connection with Gmail. but not in latest version We don't use the funnel functionality, but that's more because of the nature of our business (bespoke consultancy)
Sharing info between employees, setting follow-up calls and tasks, tracking opportunities. Integration with Gmail, Mailchimp, Xero
Using Capsule for 8 years or so. It just did what it advertised form the beginning with gradual useful additions over time. What has remained is the responsive Support when occasionally you need help. most cloud-based multi-tenant solution have very poor support. The Capsule Team is a light in the dark.
Would like to have more 2-way integration with, or even Capsule capability, for newsletter and event mailing.
Storage of all relevant B2B customer communication; our CRM of choice. Standard solution for all our team members requiring minimal internal coordination overhead.
It is user-friendly, easy to learn, and simple. And, great customer service.
The only missing feature for me is that a Person can't be associated with more than one organization. Otherwise, all good.
The team has more visibility into our sales pipeline and we are avoiding duplication of efforts.
This is a quick and simple tool to learn and share with co-workers. Simple first glance and reference from contact to organization. Great Email BCC features saves time and effort to keeping track of correspondence.
So far so good, it fits the bill as our sales tool.
Tracking sales CRM
I like that its functions allow you to customize the activities you want to do with this tool, gives you the options to schedule and organize the entire calendar of activities in a practical way.
It fulfills the functions that it offers and it works in the ideal and practical way, to if that I do not have any negative aspect that to limit.
Gives you the ability to easily manage everything that involves the CRM achieving easy handling of the entire process.
Capsule is a software that covers almost everything related to my business, and it provides me with a nice features list that work well and helps me keep my pipeline organized. The way Capsule works is simple and automatic, allowing me to keep information tracked in the program and to manage all my contacts, enter specific data about organizations and customers that I usually do business and campaigns with. It creates a easy way to track milestones and link them to factors of success depending on the type of milestone, and makes it easier to manage sales-related business.
Capsule is a simple software that lacks some important marketing features.
Capsule does perfectly when it comes to keeping and managing contacts in one single place, which is something I like. As of benefits, I find that using a software that is this user-friendly makes the work easier and since it’s cloud-based, I have access to it on my phone, which is another thing I find beneficial and does not interrupt my workflow. Using this software was not difficult at all, and setting everything up was very lightweight and it adjusted to my way of working instead of me doing it so. I like that they seem to be updating the platform constantly too.
I liked the calendar and event tracking, the Google Apps integration and also the possibility to create workflows. Feature list: * Contact management * Event (calls, mails, meetings) management and tracking * Selling/Partnership workflow * Reporting: ROI, income, selling, future perspectives * Social Networks and services integration (loved it) * Email seamless integration (worked amazingly perfect) * Google Apps and other integrations * Support cases * Mobile app support
It felt that it could have a more productive UI in some times, specially on the calendar view.
I used Capsule CRM to keep track of commercial contacts over the phone, email and personal meetings. The calendar helped me organize the contacts and I kept track of all contacts, the discussed subjects and date/time of each event. The workflow feature allowed me to setup a workflow that made my life way easier because I could keep track of the stage I was on the conversations with each prospect.
