I love the way how easy campayn is to use and how versatile activity reporting it gives back. I love the fact i can track website visitors and i can use email and data editor filters to run a campaign. Campayn has really increased our conversion and lead generation rates.

I really don't see any dislikes for campayn other than availability of integrations with other Channels and CRMs so that we can track all marketing activities under one umbrella. That's something can be looked upon.

The best thing is the email designer feature. It has everything in it and you have to just imagine what you want to create. The rest thing is just a matter of drag and drop. We can create our own designs but I preferred to use their own as they are up to the mark and fulfil your requirements. The reporting feature also helped me to create reports without getting into offline sheets and entering data manually. It has all the things you need for email marketing.

There are lot of things which I do not like but for now I must mention the price chart. There can be more options in the basic plan and lesser price of unlimited plan. A moderate plan can help in this thing as there is no other features added in basic plan.

When I use the mobile application it is a bit tedious or complicated, however it is something that could be improved over time and it does not affect me so much because I mostly use the PC to carry out my email marketing campaigns, it would also be good to add more options segmentation and decrease a little pop-ups which can be a nuisance for customers. The templates and designs are nice but when I need to make changes to space or size I would like to be able to enter numbers and pixels more easily to achieve a better style setting
