I have been using Campaigner for 6 months now, the platform can sometimes be slow but overall we have had a great experience.

Making a template should be a lot easier than it is: Creating and editing templates has a lot of old graphic (frames?) technology that makes for a frustrating experience when trying to line up text blocks with headers, footers and images.

We have seen a spike in sales since using the service. Kudos to the customer support team! We were happy to see such a helpful and responsive support team, all inquires were met in a timely manner. Cannot wait to dive in and experiment with some of the more advanced features of Campaigner.

Email workflows : Campaigner newsletter Workflows improves the performance and effectiveness of our email campaigns.By enabling us trigger targeted emails to customers based on pre-specified schedules,time,form submissions, call to API,and a customers actions or lack of action on previously received newsletter. High inbox delivery rate : Campaigner assists our email marketing efforts ,by helping us navigate the technical pitfalls of email deliveries ,while providing us with important best practice tips for effective email marketing campaigns. At an extra cost,we are provided with a dedicated IP which comes with customized domains : leading to an increase in our newsletter inbox delivery rate. Social media visibility: Every newsletter we send to our customers contains a "share bar".This share bar enable recipients of our marketing emails to share our email with their contacts on social networking platforms like Twitter,Facebook,Linkedin and Google+. Leading to more people getting to know about our services ,while providing us with a medium to increase our email subscription list.

From experience it is usually difficult getting across to the Campaigner email support team on weekends.I know the modern day business works 7 day a week(same at my organization) however it is possible Campaigner email gives their staffs the weekends off.However this needs to be worked around,probably staffs working from home? Hopefully,I haven't crossed the limits of my review.

We get to interact with our customers via their email inbox ,and Campaigner provides us with beautiful analytical info. to track every part of our interaction from data on email delivery rate, open rates ,click rate to even social media shares. Therefore enabling us measure our email marketing efforts in real time and discover what is working and what isn't.

This tool makes it super easy to import contacts for our newsletters.It has a wide range of colourful templates ,which only improves the quality and catchiness of our newsletters.Email delivery rate is high. The customer support team behind this tool are always willing and available to assist,whenever we have needed their assistance.

We recently began using this product and while it isn't a perfect tool yet, it gets the basic work of creating and mailing our newsletters to contacts very well.That is the major reason why we signed up for campaigner email ; every other thing is simply icing on the cake.

The ability to broadcast information over emails and sms has helped our business. Campaigner works as a broadcaster for information and running sales campaigns for us. The reporting gives an overview of the overall success of the campaign, where numbers of open and number of reverts work as a metric.

The emails sometimes end up in spam folders. A thorough research and proof check has to be done manually before running a campaign.

Different customisation of email template is available for automated pushing and marketing. You can set timing for sending automated email. One can also view the dashboard for tracking all the email status.

Compatibility across different systems and OS can be improved. Service support is adequate but the time for ticket solving can be improved a little more. On-site support also can be improved.

The reporting feature from Campaigner had a lot of really great data. It was robust and easy to navigate. I also found their account team to be incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to work with. The platform was always being improved and it was clear they were on the right path to making it better and better.

The platform really needed a drag and drop editor for users in my organization who didn't have any experience with email. Even the smartbuilder was too difficult for some of them to use.

We had switched from Constant Contact to Campaigner because we needed to do more advanced emailing. Campaigner was game changing in giving us the ability to do more targeted emails and segmentation. It helped our engagement rate increase and our unsubscribe rate to decrease.

I like the simplicity of it. It is not difficult to use unlike other email building platforms such as Salesforce's Pardot, which is very cumbersome.

I wish that the email builder allowed you to do more. It does not allow me to achieve what I want artistically so I have to design it myself and just upload a jpeg, which is not SEO friendly.

We are able to reach out to potential buyers and clients that we would otherwise not be able to reach.

I’ve used this for a while now, and it’s a pretty decent program for getting your business out there via email.

You can take time developing your own templates, setting up APIs, etc - or simply get started quickly with their turnkey templates and phase into a more elaborate setup.

The reporting section could use some more meat. The pre-existing reports are inadequate for long term email program growth.

I love it because I can schedule the sending of emails to my subscribers, since there are more than 500! and in the easiest way I have seen, believe me I have tried many options

You must be very detailed in each step you take, because if you configure the tool incorrectly you can cause chaos in your mailing list and send the wrong news

It helps me better manage my time by designing in a single day the emails that I will send to my subscribers weekly or monthly, it seriously makes my life much easier, which makes me have more free time to enjoy with my family

I like Campaigner's workflow feature the most allows you to send a series of emails over a long period with ease. Furthermore, I can also easily download a contact list in Excel for quick filtering before re-uploading it into this tool which is another beneficial feature.

I find it quite tricky and inconsistent while designing marketing email templates which results in different design output and does not fulfill my thematic concept. Furthermore, the email templates interface differs depending on the email provider that recipients use, which is an inconsistency that I don't like. Additionally, bullet marks, unexpected font sizes, and several other layout-related issues show up in some emails but are not reproducible in the application.

The overall experience with Campaigner has been average. On the one hand, it has been conducive for pushing regular newsletters to the large volume of our subscribers and followers. In contrast, on the other hand, it lacks more advanced customization and reporting features to have clear insights about the performance of each campaign.

Organizes and distributes mass emails to a broad yet tailored audience!

Referral affiliate program difficult and not that profitable for most people! The Campaigner Email is also just most suitable for particular individuals and or companies with massive list of email contacts!

For certain individuals and or companies, it reaches a broad and massive audience in a much shorter amount of time with less overhead cost!
