How well 1Password integrates into all aspects of my computing life, from login passwords to credit card information.

I honestly can't think of anything. And yes, this is too short of an answer because I can't think of anything.

My wife and I share a vault for our small business accounts. Logins, tax information, etc. and it's so easy for either of us to check on any of those accounts.

I love the simplicity and usability of the browser extension as well as the app.

I'm the one in charge of getting it set up on all our team's devices. I 100% understand why there are hoops to jump through to validate everything but I wish it were a little easier.

I work in real estate and we have a million different login's, multiply that by having 10 agents on the team and 4 full-time admin staff and we have a lot to remember. 1Password has made it possible for us to save login information securely as well as have more control over who has access to what. If anyone ever leaves our team, it's a quick process to remove their access to all our secure data.

Automatic generation of strong passwords using multiple rules, including length, number of numbers, and symbols. Multiple secure data vaults shared by several users.

Nothing at the present - I've been extremely pleased with 1Password

Low cost of entry. Cloud based password and secure data storage sharing. Don't have to come up with weak, easily guessed, and re-used passwords.

It's accessible almost everywhere and syncs without issue. I've used this password manager ever since running into issues managing a lot of different logins personally and professionally. It's saved my sanity multiple times and I continue to maintain my own account outside of any job-related PMs.

It's sometimes really frustrating to remember whether I bought the cloud version or the Mac App Store version when setting up a new computer or reinstalling after wiping an old computer. The workflow there is not as idiot-proof as this idiot sometimes needs.

I haven't used it for business yet. In previous companies the price has always been more of a barrier when comparing against LastPass.

I like how 1Password always updates its software in a very short amount of time and how amazing it is as a piece of software to keep all of my important documents together in one place.

I don't really have anything that I dislike about this program other than the drop support of Dropbox when they have decided that was best for the company to do that.

The business problems are to make sure I don't lose any password that I need for any of my software I use or any of the important documents that I would need at some point.

It works 99% of the time, and when it doesn't, the devs are friendly and ready to help. These people rock.

The inherent variability of password entry

Everybody, everybody, everybody needs myriad passwords. Long gone are the days of "PASSWORD" for every password. This is a crucial security tool that I've used for years, and I've got my whole family doing it now.

I like the easy one-keystroke filling of passwords. I also like the random password generation, and how easy it is to store new passwords. I also like the ability to store other data easily (software license codes, personal data, etc.

I can't think of a disliked aspect of the software. It works and works well.

Using and storing complex passwords for enhanced security.

I keep password and important scanned documents securely on the web, so I can access using a phone, laptop, desktop, and share info with my wife using the same account. I keep scans of my passport, birth cert, visas, bank info, and all sorts of other info that I can email to people when applying for a job or if I need to show someone proof: and all from my phone! It's also useful for remembering web site logins of course, and I can auto fill credit card ino on web pages.

When the app updates I have to download scanned documents from the cloud.

Secure information when I travel, knowing the iphone is fingerprint secure and that 1password is an extra layer of security on important info, using my fingerprint to access it.

You can't beat the cross-platform experience. I recommend it to all of my users.

Sometimes the Android keyboard gets in the way, but honestly, I feel I'm nitpicking when I say that.

As a systems administrator, there are hundreds of passwords to store and organize. I couldn't do that without the solid credential management of 1Password.

Virtually flawless in design as well as execution. Exceedingly easy and intuitive to use, anticipates my needs, essentially transparent until and unless I need it, configurable, customizable. My wife is not at all tech savvy and was using this app within minutes after I purchased it and installed it on her hardware with no difficulty - or questions! - whatsoever.

Mobile app still requires more keystrokes and app switching than I would like, but this is likely a limitation of the iOS I use and not of the app itself as they are clearly limited in what the OS permits for data sharing between apps. This is not at ALL a dislike, but a suggestion for future expansion is automatic read ability (OCR) of credit cards that the user wishes to add to the system might provide an even more efficient and faster way to incorporate these into the app. Same with adding secure notes that may be readable via OCR from .pdf files one wishes to import.

Efficiency, flexibility, ease of use, ability to use on my laptop as well as my mobile iOS devices.

Hassle-free password secure generation and management for both OS X and iOS. They seem to be active in the online community and managed to adopt Pwned Passwords into their web-based product in 27 hours!

I don't like the sole focus on the subscription-based purchase model - I'm on the standalone purchase and love it. I understand how the subscription model would/could work for a lot of people, but I'd like to see a little more balance between the purchase options.

1Password makes it simple to generate complex passwords for new and updated passwords in websites/apps and makes it simple to manage passwords for hundreds of systems. I can now have unique & complex passwords for each service, ensuring simple memorable passwords aren't weakening overall security. Shortcut keys make it incredibly fast to log into systems, so there's also a productivity increase. The iOS software integrates really nicely and syncs with the desktop version, ensuring maximum efficiency and security across multiple devices.

Well organized, accessible from any platform

Updates come along rather frequently, not a bad thing but can be annoying

The sync between devices is so very useful. When you have individual credentials for every account it is crucial to always have access to those credentials. Also, a recent thing i discovered is the two-factor feature - so extremely well implemented on the desktop! My new favorite feature

Apparently they have discontinued selling 1Password as an individual app and you can only subscribe now. I think the subscription version is a nice feature, but I'm fond of getting to choose where I store the cloud version of my vault.

High security without the hassle.

Very easy to use. Really appreciate the integration with Safari, Face ID on the iPhone

no negatives. The program wants 40 characters, so I'm typing more, but there really are no negatives I'm aware of.

Keeping track of passwords and being able to use longer more complex passwords easily. The program filled all of these goals.

The thing I like the most is the extensive cross-platform support

That I can't auto-fill in apps on Android from 1Password, but that isn't AgileBits' fault, it's the platform, and honestly for the better.

Having many different complex and secure passwords. The benefits are that I now know that none of my passwords are leaked and if they do, it doesn't compromise another service that I use.

This is really the premium experience, and exceeds those of other managers I used for a long time, like LastPass and Enpass. It has the nicest UI and extensions, good search, and great generation options. The built-in support for one-time passwords is nothing like I've ever seen.

The high price is likely to be a turn-off for a lot of folks, as I know it was for me for a long time. I've evaluated it, and now it's really hard to go back to any more budget option, however.

Everyone needs to have strong unique passwords. Although I was already using other managers before, like I mentioned above, 1P allowed me to search for a known weak password I've reused and eliminate it from many important sites.

1. Password creation with desired elements. 2. Available on all my electronics. 3. Questions are readily handled by FAQs or the staff who are responsive, succinct and more importantly -- have a good sense of humor.

Perhaps the only weak link I see in 1Password, is the password for the program itself. On an iPhone a fingerprint is good; I wish that option would be available elsewhere in terms of security.

The ability to drop out concerns re: file confidentiality and security

I have both the mac and PC version of this software, but I'm primarily a Mac user and the windows version was a nice addon to have asI do have to work on a PC sometimes. The best thing is that I could buy it once and use it, I do not subscribe to the service and that option has not been taken away by the developer. Many developers leave their old users in the dust when they move to a subscription model. Another thing is that it just works and is constantly updated to provide you with the best security.

There is not much I dislike about this software. The one thing I would like is the option to have a portable version like Roboform. Anyway, it's a small ask and not a deal breaker for me. I would like to see two factor Authentication when a vault is added to 1password for the first time on a new machine.

Security and having to remember a million password, the internet still has to agree on universal login and till then 1password has saved me well. At work, passwords change every couple of months so this is a lifesaver in keeping up.
