Having data insights into people you are speaking with or wanting to engage has been powerful and valuable. I truly enjoy logging in every day to do outreach.
Sadly not enough time was allocated to use all of the functionality and learn more about its potential.

Best-in-class for contact information. I especially like the org chart feature to help understand how a business functions internally. Saved searches are also helpful.
Its hard to differentiate people who are employed full time and people who are consultants. No ability to store notes, or connect notes from the CRM into ZoomInfo.
ZoomInfo helps me find and contact people relevant to the work I do. It benefits me by being the most accurate source for information, and notifying me when people change roles.
The most valuable part of Zoominfo is the ability to search for a company or person. Best thing is to find the contact information of the lead. Compared to competitors, this is helping me get my cell number.
Needs to update the contact information and latest company details on the database. Sometimes it is outdated.Update database on the real-time when the lead updated his information on LinkedIn
Able to locate right point of contact and get there email and phone number is very helpful.My productivity has increased. Business performance has improved as we have more outreach.
I have been using zoominfo since some time now. I have over achieved my targets. You can get accurate data wether their Linkedin profiles, contacts or email.
I cant think of anything. So far it fulfills all my requirements.
I have tried other tools similar to zoominfo. I can say zoominfo solves all my lead or data generation problems. I like zoominfo extension and data filters.
Very user-friendly interface and probably the most accurate contact data on the market. Disclosure: I'm a former employee of both ZoomInfo & LinkedIn. I have been in sales for over 20 years and currently have access to both SalesOs and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I lean on ZI more, which might be recency bias, but I find that having access to cell phone numbers and (mostly) accurate email address provides better access to buyers/decision makers.
Data isn't always 100% accurate, and you need to make sure that your site admin understands all the features available, or else you won't get as much out of the platform as possible.
Building lists for Salesloft cadences, finding phone numbers to reach key decision makers.
Easy to understand. Love the interface. Advanced search allows you to filter to exactly what you're looking for.
Not very much information on international accounts. At least for the ones I tried. Germany, Italy, Spain and Brazil. No luck.

The database in ZoomInfo in unparalleled but the ability to get alerts for triggers in your accounts is one of the best things about the platform. I cannot think of another tool that accomplishes a fraction of the enablement ZI provides.
I wish there was more depth that ZI was able to go into regarding the scoops they provide. Scoops are very powerful and I understand there are inherent limitations so this may just be a pipe dream.
Contact sourcing is the main reason I use the platform. But I also leverage the platform to get triggers as to when best engage my account list and the contacts therein.

My favorite thing about ZoomInfo is the chrome extension. It makes it easy while searching for new prospects on their site. Especially since I can filter who shows up by dept.
Sometimes the information on ZI is outdated. I've had some issues when sourcing from ZI, so I always double check.
ZI makes it easy to find prospects information extremely quickly.
The ability to customize your search from industry to employees number, position, location and more

ZoomInfo allows me to find contacts to go to market to and upload it to SalesForce in a very easy manner.
I love being able to find information about contacts that I wouldn't be able to otherwise.
Sometimes contacts no longer work at the establishments, so having it updated more often would be better.
It helps me see insights about companies and how to better sell to them.
The feature that I like best is using the Chrome Add-On extension. I can go to a company's website and use the extension to quickly get the contact details I need.
No search product is perfect. ZoomInfo Sales OS is the best that I have found. I would like to get more company contact details, but this is improving everyday.
Sales OS saves me time. I can quickly gather the contact information for the companies I am researching. The more time I save, the more Outreach I can do. The more Outreach I complete, the more sales I make.
I love the details that are aggregated when you search for specific verticals and titles. It is a very 'user friendly' platform, set up to minimize your down time
Only negative feedback i could see is sometimes there are simply too many results populating whenever you try a simple search within an industry vertical; easy to get around this though!
Solving the problem of recycling the same leads and not being able to branch out with our business development; Zoom info has helped us solve this problem in a tremendous way!
ZoomInfo takes the most challenging part of being an SDR out of the equation, finding the right person to speak to. With ZoomInfo I can locate the right person in the correct department and have several different ways to contact them.
Though there are little downsides, it can be somewhat time-consuming to filter through contacts at a big organization/business. It would be great if you could filter by department!
ZoomInfo helps me take time out of the sales process by allowing me to access direct contacts with cell phone numbers, email addresses, etc. It narrows down the sales lifestyle process and cuts it in half.

One downside of ZoomInfo is that it's not always up to date. I have reached out to people who are no longer with the company.
